Got to the point that I was hallucinating turning off my alarm so hopefully this will wake me up because the sound tends to make me panic because of childhood experiences (nothing bad, just like tornado warnings and being alone in the dark and getting these) I'm not gonna do it often but hopefully this will force me up when I need to wake up
