There are so many cuts on my hands 😭

I plan to make some good Christmas presents for my parents this year, I'm going to cast the MACK truck company bulldog hood ornament in aluminum for my dad because he lost his real one when he sold his jeep, it was used as the shifter lol and for my mom I'm cutting these "gemstones" we have from Georgia, there was this historical mine area that has a thing when you pan for gold but they put a bunch of random interesting looking rocks (99% of it is variations of quartz I think) so I'm gonna cut some of the good ones into "love you mom", I've already just the L and V and that was surprisingly easy with the dremel and some bits from harbor freight that were on sale I think I can get it done by Christmas, I have all the materials needed to build a larger forge for the casting and already have the rocks so yeah

Idk I've made a couple knive blades out of dull HSS sawsall blades but they won't really stay sharp for too long Ive just been using them to practice putting the proper bevel and edge on the knives

Maybe I give some decent quality little semi-useless knifes to my friends the blade isn't the issue it's the handle mechanism

Going hiking with a twink I met on Grindr a while ago idk hopefully something works out
