Look at my wound it's slowly healing

What's crazy is that like when I got it I took a nap and then 4 hours later when I woke up it didn't hurt so I *think* I started working n again(?) but the next day or so I was back working just without using my middle finger

And now it's like it isn't even there! Except for the weakness and a very small spot that has no feeling to it
