Today's update: the bricks I made are now being cooked although it's just to dry them because the temps don't get high enough to glaze or whatever

Built a better filter adapter and semi automated the dirt filtration to filter out the rocks, still nowhere near being any quality clay but it clumps together and hardens when it dries

I collected the charcoal from last nights fire and stored it in a bucket, I will need charcoal to achieve the temperatures needed to harden the clay if it's even worth it for this low quality of clay

The bricks will be used to make a small kiln or I'll use mud we'll see this will allow me to create quicklime from the limestone I've gathered and turn ash into a similar material, I can then mix it with the low quality clay to form a hardening mortar activated by water which will speed up any building processes I have immensely and make any future rock walls I build much stronger

I am also looking into using the clay as aggregate for the insulation in the cupola furnace for steel and potentially the temporary foundry for casting aluminum, I have to do a bit more research for the cupola though the book I'm reading on it gives some formulas that have to be followed exactly to ensure proper heating of the metal layers in between the coke
