I have inside access to multitude of cases related to hospital acquired infections and the like.. straight up injustice like some doctors are so fucking retarded such a severe lack of diagnosis and disregard for safety protocols it's awful patients being stuck in hospice when they desperately need surgery or patients comming in with symptoms and only to get tested for one thing and then just left for it to get worse

Wegovy in particular, has caused multiple cases of megacolon and colon rupture due to constipation and the effect on the digestive system causing the patients to die of septic shock

One patient in particular was in agony for 6 days complaining that she has been constipated for a very long time literally telling the nurses "they feel like they are going to die", despite being in the hospital for constipation, the patient did not receive any related treatment for 6 days and soon after was rushed to the emergency room for surgery, she died shortly after(or during) the surgery

There is a lot of medical malpractice going on from misdiagnosis, lack of treatment, lack of testing, failure to follow protocols, etc and a lot of these people would be able to win a massive settlement in court however they don't know what happened and it is illegal to give the information to the due to HIPPA
