It's really not worth trading this - if your base currency is BTC, just hold. If it's USD, wait tuntil all cloud indicators are bullish again - cloud's green, price above cloud, tenkan above kijun, lagging span above price.

BTW, just to clarify, I meant that the 4h timeframe is not worth trading at the moment. The weekly is still such an obvious buy it's fucking insane. The people cashing out here are going to feel real dumb in a few months from now.
