Dear users, we are announcing 3 important updates in @ChatKeeperBot.

❗️Section “Reputation” in settings

Recently, the @ChatKeeperBotSupport support chat has seen an increase in the number of requests for help setting up “Reputation”. Now setting up a section is much easier. In the menu “Settings” -> “Reputation” -> “Basic Reputation Settings” and “Advanced Reputation Settings”, there are hints and detailed instructions with commands for the bot.

❗️License Transfer

If the chat was blocked or you decided to transfer the ChatKeeper license to another group, then you do not have to contact technical support. Just go to the “Other” -> “Advanced” section and select the “License Transfer” item. Please note that only the creator of the chat can use transfer.

❗️Deleting users for a period

Questionable profiles have no place in your chat. Did you notice that the group was spam-attacked by mass entry? The “Other” -> “Advanced” section will help you. In the “Delete users for a period” item, you can now create a request to clear the chat for the period of time you specified.

Friends, here's an update on important changes to @ChatKeeperBot.

❗️Have you ever seen nicknames that break chats? It's inconvenient for all participants: the characters of such nicknames "crawl" in the main text, preventing perception of the information and, consequently, to communicate. Take measures for such users automatically.

❗️A new type of fraud has appeared in Telegram. Here's how the scammers operate: a spammer enters a chat with a typical first name, last name and nickname, but changes his profile data after some time has passed. He changes them to try to pass himself off as a chat administrator and cheats subscribers in private conversations. Now @ChatKeeperBot is able to check new users repeatedly for name and surname changes, the interval of checks is set by you.

The new settings are available under "Settings" → "Moderation" → "Face Control", the settings submenu is called "Face-control rules".

Friends, it's been a long time since we shared news about updates to @ChatKeeperBot features. And we have accumulated quite a few of them lately! So today we will tell you about several important bot upgrades.

❗️ Added black/white list to "Telegram Link Filter".

This is important: this way you can, for example, limit mentions only to those users/channels/chats you don't want to see in your group. Or, on the contrary, you can allow mentions only of individual users, groups, or channels.

The white/black list can be found here: "Settings" → "Moderation" → "Filters" → "Telegram Link Filter".

❗️ In personal cabinet, in the "Chat settings backups" menu, information has been added about which administrator has made changes to the bot settings.

If you have a large group and several bot administrators with access to your personal cabinet, it is important to monitor their work and exclude amateurism. For this purpose, we have added information on who exactly edited the settings in the restore backup chat settings menu.

"Chat settings backups" can be found here: "Other" → "Advanced".

❗️ The message from ChatKeeper containing the corrected message from the user now contains information about whose message was corrected.

This is where it should be explained in more detail. If you activate the "Automatically correct errors" option in the bot settings, ChatKeeper automatically replaces messages from users with an incorrect keyboard layout (ytghfdbkmyjq hfcrkflrjq) with a corrected one.

Previously, the bot simply quoted the corrected message and sent the correct one. But we noticed that cybercriminals have tried to use this feature for fraudulent purposes. To protect your groups' followers from possible scams, ChatKeeper now says in the corrected message whose message was corrected.

You can activate the "Automatically correct errors" option here: "Settings" → "Moderation" → "Advanced".

New section - Administrators statistics 📈💁‍♀️

Well, chat admins, this graph will show who is slacking and who can ask for a bonus for overtime 💪

Now you can analyze how efficiently all your chat administrators are working.

Statistics on admins are displayed for 30 days and show:
🟢Messages: total messages from admins (regular+replays)
🟢Replies to messages: number of replies to messages from admins
🟢Administrators: how many admins wrote on the specified day

You can also go to the user’s profile and see who the admin interacted with. Namely, what kind of user did he have the dialogue with?
Graphs of “Messages by day of the week” and “Messages by hour” can show the most active working hours of administrators.

Module: Global chat network moderation commands

Global moderation commands will help admins manually restrict participants in the entire chat grid at once.

You send a command to one chat - it works for the user in the entire chat grid where he is listed as a member.

/gmute - the member will be sent to silent mode in the entire chat grid and will not be able to write in them;
/gban - the member will be removed from the entire chat grid forever or with an indication of the time when he can return to them.
/gkick - the member will be removed from the entire chat grid with the ability to return to them immediately after leaving.

How to use: send a command as a response to a user's message, or enter a command, username and restriction time.
Who uses: chat administrators
Time: 1h (1 hour), 1m (1 minute), 1d (1 day)
Example: /gkick @username, /gmute 3h @username, /gban 30d @username

For commands, you can set:

Notification text that the participant will receive in the chat where it was applied (/gmute /gban /gkick)
Delete the message to which the command was sent (/gmute and /gkick)
Action after the /gban command is executed
A button to remove the punishment, which is attached to the notification. You can set the text or remove it completely (/gmute and /gban)
