What do you need to get one:
🗺 Area of 7 hexes, one of them bordering the other 6
🏦 At least 3 outlets of the same type in the area
📈 Boosts Management, Marketing, and Service must be max level for this outlet type

You can increase your income by upgrading the boosts and adding more hexes to the building.

💰 The more you boost your building, the faster it pays off. But it brings you income even at level 1.

🖼 All buildings skins are unique, and you'll get a random one for yours. There are rare and super rare ones - and we will update the collection regularly.

👴 A lil' Q&A about buildings!

Q: What do I get for owning a building?
A: You get a one-of-a-kind object - no other player will own a building with the same design. Moreover, you get passive income in coins and gems for it.

Q: Can I boost the income generated by building?
A: Absolutely!

For player-created buildings, the gem income and upgrade cost are the same across all series. Coin income depends on the outlet type used as the base for the building. You can boost all characteristics - read more here.

Q: How fast will the building pay off?
A: It depends on your strategy and investment in boosts.

If you expand your building to 20 hexes, it may fully pay off within a month. It can bring up to 480 gems per day. With maxed-out gem income, the building can generate up to 2 880 gems daily, which is over 86 000 gems per month 🔮

Q: The skin collection is limited?
A: Yes. There are rare and very rare building skins. But we will add more skins, and more outlet types to build in.

By the way! Soon, building owners will be able to host their own giveaways. The winner will get the building, and the previous owner will collect all gems gathered during the giveaway 💸
