Mexican authorities seized 18 kilos of fentanyl and two kilos of heroin hidden in a bus, just hours before Trump's 25% tariffs on Mexico take effect.
The White House says the tariffs are in response to fentanyl trafficking and illegal migration.
Mexico has made several high-profile drug busts in recent weeks, but its president insists the country isn't a fentanyl producer.
