Britain’s foreign policy isn’t neutral, it’s aligned with US imperial interests.

In the North Atlantic, the UK Ministry of Defence has confirmed that British forces supported a US operation to seize a Russian-flagged oil tanker linked to Venezuelan exports, providing naval and RAF surveillance assistance to a US blockade aimed at crippling Venezuelan oil access. The operation, framed as sanctions enforcement, reinforces UK-US collaboration in projecting power and controlling resources in the Western Hemisphere.

This isn’t isolated. Britain’s presence in the Eastern Mediterranean shows a similar pattern: the UK maintains military bases in Cyprus (RAF Akrotiri and Dhekelia) that have long been used by British and US forces for operations tied to Israel’s war on Gaza and wider regional interventions. Intelligence flights over Gaza and transport support from these bases link the UK materially to Israel’s military campaign, even as official silence or denials continue.

The logic is consistent:
- Global resource control (Venezuela oil)
- Geopolitical domination (Atlantic and Middle East)

Military logistics and intelligence sharing
These are not acts of neutral diplomacy they are functions of imperial alignment.

Imperialism is not “over there” and Britain’s strategic choices show it in action: supporting US operations on Venezuela’s energy and facilitating Israel's genocide of Palestine from bases on Cyprus.

The IHRA ‘working definition’ was NOT designed to be a tool to fight racism. Just the reverse. It is a tool to make ILLEGAL the criticism of Israeli racism: Israeli apartheid, occupation, ethnic cleansing, torture and mass murder amounting to genocide. All of which is carried on with full backing of US and Britain, including the present Labour government.

These are the most dreadful and heinous international crimes, in which Wes Streeting himself is complicit. The IHRA ‘definition of antisemitism’ is therefore a corrupt tool of political repression behind which Streeting hides HIS OWN, and the LABOUR GOVERNMENT’s complicity in genocide.

1.4 million NHS workers will be subject to political censorship and repression as a result of this adoption. The target will be all pro-Palestinian British workers (60-70% of British workers are in sympathy with Palestine, despite the years of incessantly hostile media), and particularly Palestinians, Arabs and muslims working in the health service.

The IHRA definition is thus a RACIST tool of repression, which is being used to suppress all discussion of Israel’s crimes, to attack pro-Palestine activists and to facilitate zionist attacks on progressive, pro-Palestine and anti-genocide British workers.

We’ve seen this pattern before. Especially in Latin America that the US claims as it's backyard. Sanctions, coups, kidnappings, always dressed up as justice, always ending the same way.
