Delighted to take part in the 18th #EuropeanSpaceConf today. We often speak of space as the ‘final frontier’ - yet we have one just as vast and unexplored right here on Earth: the ocean.
The EU Ocean Observation Initiative on which we are working is about strategic autonomy: ocean data, including for the European Digital Twin Ocean, must come from European assets and trusted partners.
This will also offer numerous business opportunities.
