❗So what's gonna happen in coming months?
Here is a list of possible scenarios in economic and military fields:
_let's start with economy in Russia, the first forecasts after the beginning of the SMO predicted a 12% GDP drop this year, latest estimates predict only a - 4%, so three times better than what the Western enemies hoped, why this happened? On one side the dramatic rise in energy prices which led to a record budget surplus and on the other side imports substitution has been less difficult than expected thanks to support from China, India, South America, Asia, Africa; many western products have been smoothly replaced. So the trend is that in coming months the economy in Russia will further improve due to a mostly successful decouple from West.
Plus the Ruble still is the best performing currency in 2022
_ what about the EU economy? International agencies predicted a +3% growth this year, months passed and the latest estimates are that the bloc will only grow by 1,5% at most. In coming months due to the huge debacle in the quest to replace Russian energy the EU will be forced to dramatically reduce consumption, this means many industries will be shut down and millions of people will be left without heating, of course this means the latest 1,5% estimate is just a mirage, economic depression is basically granted, situation particularly critical in Germany. Prices of energy in the EU continue to grow exponentially reaching new historic highs day after day, this means that even if energy will flow, at least partially, large majority of European won't be able to afford it, so both families and industries will go bankrupt, the European middle class might disappear completely.
_ situation in the US won't be as bad as in the EU but the economic depression in the old continent will lead to a big recession there too
_ in the military field the war in Ukraine has been already won by Russia which is currently deciding the pace of the last stage of the special military operation, the most skilled and experienced Ukrainian soldiers have been killed or captured, connoscripts are not as good as them, elderly and kids won't make the difference, it's just sad a country is forced by foreign powers to fight till the last man with no hopes of achieving anything. The battle of Donbass will be over within few weeks, once Ukrainian heavily fortified areas are taken the Russian Army will roll in without difficulties, so the Avdeevka, Pesky, Artemovsk, Soledar battles are the last ones before flooding very fast into the territory of the former Ukrainian state.
After or in parallel with the last phase of the battle of Donbass the Russian Army plans to liberate Nikolaev, all of Zaporozhye region and Kharkov, this might be accomplished within November.
Latest advances in Kharkov region and the deployment of VDV troops in Kherson show that the battle of Donbass and the operations in the south might be conducted by Russia simultaneously.
Regarding Western military support, it didn't make the difference, it only prolonged the Ukrainian suffering of one month at most without changing the situation on the ground, Russia had the upper hand before the deployment of Himars systems and still has the upper hand today, the latest successes/advances in Pesky, Artemovsk and Udy (Kharkov outskirts) clearly confirm this.
It's clear that while Western media say Russia is losing the reality is that Russia is winning on all fronts.
