KOMBUCHA RECIPE:
You will need:
· 1 Kombucha Scoby*
· 100ml mother tea
· 1 litre of boiling water
· 2 organic black tea bags
· ¼ cup of organic raw sugar
· 1 Large Glass jar
· 1 Cotton muslin cloth
· 1 rubber band
Method 1. In a large saucepan, bring water to boil and then add 2 tea bags & ¼ cup of sugar 2. Brew the tea for 15 minutes then remove tea bags 3. Cool tea to room temperature 4. Pour cooled tea into a large glass jar 5. Pour in the mother tea 6. Add in the Kombucha Scoby 7. Cover top of jar with muslin cloth and secure with rubber band 8. Move your jar to a dark, warm place for culturing to work (ideally 22-26c) 9. Leave at room temperature and do not move for 7 to 14 days.
After 7 days, check your brew by tasting it. If the scoby has grown to the full diameter of the jar, your brew has worked. If the kombucha tastes good, it is ready!
Culturing period for Kombucha depends on your taste. Longer culturing time will make the Kombucha more sour, in fact it will eventually turn to vinegar if left for many weeks or even months.

Thank you to everyone who has joined CoVision and committed to one of our many projects.
Lots of hugs and prayers during this festive season for those that are vulnerable and alone.
So much to reflect on and so many things to focus on in the year ahead:
1- We are hoping to renovate more caravans for those of us who need a home and have found themselves isolated and abandoned! We will not give up on you ❤️
2- Launching our food coop and supporting those of us who have voluntarily committed some of their land to grow food on…we are blessed to come together to learn and we are also blessed that many small farmers have joined CoVision- so let us secure our food supplies!
3- We are looking at launching a social enterprise where we can work and play together as a team. We are looking into renting out or co-purchasing a warehouse to launch our own timber mill and kiln whereby we can produce and source our own salvaged timber. This will be an opportunity for our lads to work together and for producing profit that will go back into supporting our caravan projects, health hubs and education hubs.
4- We have successfully launched our first health hubs in Bellarine and Mornington and our nurses are working with over 150 healers nationally who have joined us so we can set up our knowledge hubs, case study circles, our first health advocacy services and very importantly the focus to launch in the new year our own first responders kits and training. Our mission is to empower each other to take control of our health, especially when our hospitals and health services have become compromised. We welcome to our new core team, Jodie, Magda and Fiona. And we are so proud of this collaborative project.
We thank God for energising us with purpose and drive and reminding us that we don’t need to feel disempowered.

Good Morning everyone, at CoVision we are making some exciting plans, apart from looking at launching our food coop soon, to train everyone in the art of fishing. This is important as a survival skill. A couple of CoVision members have offered to host these portables on their acreages, but we now need a few more to help us manifest these centres into a reality. We are looking for open minded hosts, who will allow us to use their acreages for free, in the East & West of Melbourne, to help our communities provide health support and healing. The portables can be set up so we can use electricity direct from the grid and we will of course pay for that as well as sewerage connection too. Update:
Apologies everyone must have gotten my wires crossed. The farmer is an ethical farmer who promotes the killing and eating of the whole of animal. So much waste and cruelty eating animals any other way.
The packages are a minimum of 25kg which is a quarter of the animal and 50kg half animal and that is equivalent to tightly packed meat of 2 cool bags and 4 cool bags (excluding bones) respectively. She does not sell smaller packs as in her experience families with at least 2 adults And 2 teenagers do not get the benefit of all cuts in smaller packages. The culture that promotes lean cuts is also a lie in health and nutrition and we need to learn to eat the whole of the animal. Therefore- if you can repost this to strongly note that the packages which can be shared in 3 singles group or one family with 2 teenage kids over a 3-4 month period is on offer. She has 5 cows Denver’s @100kg each she is caring for for our group ready for next Summer end of year 2023.

At CoVision we are moving fast towards finally launching our food coop.
This means that all participating members will be able to access the best food and products (everything from meats (unvaccinated) milk (raw) eggs (biodynamic) grains, legumes, vegetables and fruits and supplements, herbs, and toiletries and all other sundries at wholesale prices. You don’t have to go to the shops again. The food coop will allow us to also guarantee future supplies from our participating small farmers- meaning we prepay for the best food one year ahead and we guarantee all the food supplies from that small farmer. This is only available to our participating members. We all contribute by rostering our time to pick up, pack and deliver the food and products to other CoVisionaries once a month. The goal will also be for us to produce all our produce and products. With small farmers, wholesalers and manufacturers joining CoVision this should be easy for us to do. We are not talking hypotheticals we are making this happen.
One of our amazing small farmers (Tall Poppy Farms) has offered her amazing beef for next November 2023 on a prepayment basis- guaranteeing the best beef in town:
- unvaccinated (over 95% of cattle are vaccinated )
- the animals have been raised on farm all their life and Bobby claves are not killed
- grass fed biodynamically and access to copper, sulphur, dolomite, lime, seaweed and salt (it don’t get better than that)
- no chemicals are used to worm the cattle
-planned grazing is used on 24 paddocks
-local and ethical abattoir is used
Honestly I can tell you that I have tried this beef and I am so grateful for the animal’s life and the care Tall Poppy has committed into the animal’s life.

My vaccine injury at 1 years of age receiving the experimental MMR in Saudi Arabia at the time being 1978 still lingers on now at 45 with the resultant autoimmune juvenile arthritis. My body has learnt to attack healthy tissue at the sign of excitement, nervousness etc…My ability to rely on nature’s wardrobe has been my salvation.
Truly blessed to have met some amazing healers who have inspired me to keep going. We will be sharing all the learnings, cataloguing all of the natural and effective products our healers have harnessed and developing the methods to empower us towards self-healing and pain management.

I am so proud of our small farmers joining CoVision. We can do this together- circumventing the retailers such that we go straight to our farmers and get the most ethically raised and slaughtered animals.
These grass fed lambs are unvaccinated beauties that have been loved and respected by our farmers at Tarna Valley.
We are locking in orders in 5-7 weeks ie late April 2023 (delivery).
They are slaughtered at our friends at Koallah abattoir or Castle Estate and they are highly ethical.
Sheep and cattle are often vaccinated with 5 in 1 and we are making it very clear that we will not support such practices.
Full lamb 18kg is $250
Half lamb 9kg is $125
We are supporting the small farmer Daniel and family.

…these are near Brisbane and Sydney.
The good news is we already have great farmers ready to go.
And we are about to go shopping.
But before we do… we need to know who we are genuinely shopping for and what size farm this will be?

CoVision backs and supports the model Adam Gibson and Parents with Questions are using. We can’t wait to plug in to their farms in other ways than investing in a plot. The more farmers there are and the more smaller farmers join CoVision for our food coop the more accessibility to good food can be shared. Together we are creating different options and maximising our community growth.

Due to popular demand there is capacity for 300kg more ie 3 more Denver’s to be grown for our CoVision group. These will be broken down 25kg or 50kg packs in Vic only @$30 per kilo - prepayment now for delivery from Nov 2023 please text Serene 0425754299
Cattle:
- unvaccinated (over 95% of cattle are vaccinated )
- the animals have been raised on farm all their life and Bobby claves are not killed
- grass fed biodynamically and access to copper, sulphur, dolomite, lime, seaweed and salt (it don’t get better than that)
- no chemicals are used to worm the cattle
-planned grazing is used on 24 paddocks
-local and ethical abattoir is used
