The Origins course is a group coaching program that is run for 2 hours Online each Thursday evening, from 6-8pm over 6 weeks starting 4th of April.

Participants will receive Group Coaching Homework Recordings after the end of course to re-familiarise themselves with the course.

6 week programs are designed to have longer retention benefits. Habits, neuroplasticity, chronic behaviourial patterns like the cells in your body take approximately 90 plus and beyond days to create and keep the effort of change to work, even if sometimes changes are made in a short period of time.

Good morning everyone the importance of backing our lamb farmers is critical. They are cutting down these farmers and forcing them to sell their organic vax free animals at market if we don’t purchase these lambs direct. I have 7 lambs left for Bendigo pick up this Sunday 17 March and 5 lambs left for Geelong pick up Saturday 23 March - please get behind this. I want to see those lambs sold by end of today. No compromises- tomorrow this will not available any one if we don’t realise the urgency of preserving our paddock to plate markets! They are moving quickly to forcing us to eat insects. If I had the money I would purchase it all from these farmers just to stick it to the establishment. Our food coop will not work unless we get behind our farmers.

The first lab meat is about to be released in Australia. It’s already going through approval at FSANZ. We wrote a submission regarding not allowing it into the market. They make out in this article it’s all so simple and clean. It’s far from that- vow foods for their quail lab meat has 30 reports we can’t see as it is confidential commercial information. There are many synthetic processes involved with no transparency.
