👆👆👆👆In CoVision Lisa and I have been crystal clear we oppose any charlatans peddling PMA’s, personal references to your sovereignty, or consent arguments as methods of debate in Court. It will get you nowhere. The article makes me so upset because often when mothers are pushed by the Family Courts they desperately resort to arguments peddled by charlatans advocating presenting themselves as sovereign before the Courts. This is unacceptable and further compromises people. How many times have Lisa and I been called to bail out people who have lost their homes, their children and their sanity (being placed in prison or mental health wards) for peddling such BS. We often successfully at least mitigate prison and mental health wards- seldom do we get their children or homes back.

With that said- while I am vocal against such approaches and associations I think the media is not even asking why it is the case that there is such desperation for alternatives. Clearly, judges are failing people and the justice system is corrupt. Where there is smoke there’s fire.

I also feel that at least Derek Barlogh and Zev Freeman have been tainted unfairly with the sovereign citizen brush. I know that they have sincerely tried to help people on the ground even if I don’t agree with their approach.

Represented by investment companies like BlackRock and/or foreigners purchasing homes (if not entire suburbs in America), unsustainable mass immigration to prop up faux GDP points, farms and internal resources purchased by foreign capital and investments (in Australia 80% of resources owned by foreign enterprises and more worryingly China CCP), imposition of digital identification to create a social credit score system like China and the eventual orchestration of a burst in property housing prices forcing bankruptcy , insolvency and an economic meltdown ushering in technocratic feudalism. Manufacturing dissent based on race, ideology, colour, opinions etc when less than 1% own 95% of resources. This is a class war and we really need to think through the revolution.

For all the posturing about climate change or the use of this issue as a political tool against the people by both major parties (though the Liberals lie through their teeth about it), there is absolutely no sign that the biggest players in coal, gas and metals exploitation are abating their operations. Meaning they are not stopping destroying Mother Nature.

They are simply rebranding. Creating a taxing or offset point for carbon is as absurd as believing that an injection of poison saves lives and prevents disease. The science as we all know uttered by the privileged class of society is nothing short of gobbledygook hijacked nonsense. Creating a sea of wind and solar farms cannot and will not offset the harm created by traditional exploitation, especially when the alternatives like solar uses rare earths and wind is killing birds and bats 🦇 that are major pollinators.

The biggest players remain raping and pillaging, the likes of BHP, Rio Tinto and Santos, with major investors coming from USA, China, Korea, Japan, and now the Arabs.
Remember Australia is one of the largest coal producers in the world.

As for crude oil, our refineries are being deliberately closed down by our politicians prostituting our oil to the highest bidders while we buy it back as fuel at higher points.

Part of our survival is linking with the only refinery left in Victoria- Viva Energy (taken over Shell) that still supplies the only Australian made fuel in Australia- Shell, Liberty, Reddy Express, APCO and United.

They will use carbon taxing just like they used vaccines to rape and pillage us- the consumers. Until and when we learn to become more than consumers but community members we will continue to be slaves.

I am not against exploration of course- I do agree that there are some ways to mitigate environmental damage (though let us not kid ourselves) any exploration by its nature is harmful, but I do have faith that once we become community participanfs in our survival then we will naturally look for ways to mitigate damage.

In my experience as a lawyer, I have used only the common law heritage and statutes to fight against oppression and government overreach. The Constitution has and will always put the Queen and now King as the Crown and only ultimate sovereign entity in this nation.
d- Australia was always set up as a colony for the Crown and its associates and that includes Israel and the US.
e- You have heard me express very clear rejection of the term Sovereign to characterise any human as having any sovereignty- black or white.
