UPDATE - Kamala Harris' flight from Singapore was delayed by three hours because of an "anomalous health incident" (Havana Syndrome) in Hanoi, Vietnam.

“Havana Syndrome” is a set of symptoms that are often reported by intelligence officials overseas.
It has been believed that Havana Syndrome is caused by a pulsed energy attack.
