Today I phoned Gov. Doug Duceys office to find out how many Afhan Refugees are coming to AZ. After being on hold for 35 minutes, I was told by Duceys staff they had no access to that information! I really tore into him asking how can a Governor make such a monumental committement without knowing how many people we will have to feed cloth house and educate? He said I should call Mark Kelly! Now we all know they do not answer their phones. I said besides Ducey made the commitment and he works for We The People and I want an answer from Him! I left my email address and said I expect a response within 7 days! Damn they don't give a tinkers damn about what we think! Time to let them know otherwise. 602-542-4331.

Was talking with Election Analyst Bobby Piton earlier and he showed me a bit of his analysis of Arizona voter rolls regarding phantom voters.
Essentially he made a list of just a few thousand voters that have a high probability of being phantom voters.
If the Maricopa Audit team were at least able to canvass just these voters who have a high probability of being phantom voters, then that would be a big win for the Maricopa Audit.

If the 25th is used to force Biden out, then Kamala takes his position as Acting Resident.
At that point, there will no longer be a Senate tie breaker, and Mitch McConnell gets to effectively block anything he wants - even the appointment of a new Vice Resident.

Any new acting Vice Resident needs to be approved by the Senate.
The senate is currently 50/50 and Kamala is the tiebreaking vote.
If Kamala moves on to being the acting Resident, then there is no longer a tiebreaking vote for the Senate.
In this scenario, Mitch McConnell gets ultimate power and could theoretically neuter everything until the 2023 congress is sworn in.

So the laptop shop owner's case against Twitter for defamation was dismissed with prejudice earlier this week. Such BS. Although, to be frank, I would have had my counsel argue for defamation per quod, NOT defamation per se. The former allows one to argue that one need not be explicitly named to be defamed. Legal skullduggery aside, the decision was pharisaical nonsense not unlike we saw in the courts during the coup.

From what I understand, the AZ Senate has not yet approved the canvass to be included in the final Maricopa audit report.

Everyone please ask @wendyrogersaz and Karen Fann about why they aren’t approving the canvass.

Hopefully tomorrow morning’s AZ Senate Zoom call was setup for the express purpose of approving the canvass efforts.

The CANVASS is the most important part of the audit report.
