CFTC, Department of Justice file charges against owners of crypto derivatives exchange BitMEX
The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) has filed charges against crypto derivatives exchange BitMEX and its owner-operators, including co-founder and CEO Arthur Hayes.
Despite the not so productive September, #Bitcoin closed the third quarter of 2020 in plus. Moreover, Q3 2020 with a rate of $10 700 was the second best closure in the history of Bitcoin - only Q4 2017 year closed higher at $13 600.

Despite all these bad news bitcoin dumped only 3-4%. If you look at this white trendline since july bitcoin is bouncing up multiple times above it so there is possiblity of bouncing up once again.
Soon we are going to witness Flash Crash just before the election. hence this will be the last pump before dump in market. (We are targeting for 12k - 14k)
Short term i see some sell off.
Daily closing below $10250 will be warning sign and below 10k we should exit.
Overall bitcoin is still bullish no need of panic selling.
Just HOLD it.
