Highlighting political fodder in Indiana and encouraging discernment by the well informed. America First is the only agenda

My Opinion: The EVSC began to incorporate the ideologies of a globalist United Nations agenda in 2014; this correlated with the contract in 2014 with Dr David B Smith and his appointment to Superintendent of the EVSC. The globalized affiliation of these organizations are blatantly displayed on the EVSC website and banner. EVSC has Accepted Federal subsidy and at the approval of non-questioning board members. Adherence to the policies created by the Department of Education in Washington DC, which is over seen and distributed by the Indiana Department of Education, has influenced the policies within the EVSC by the Teachers Unions and lobbyist. The nefariousness has “prostituted” the American educational system. Common Core directives have literally “dumb downed” American students. This was intentional with the United Nation agenda. Many US School Corporations have begun to reject the Federal Dollars and embracing autonomous educational programs within their districts. “Home Rule” provides the mechanism to rely solely upon property taxes to fund, develop, and nurture true education; preparing students to be critical thinkers, ability to use discernment, and the ability to be productive citizens in their communities. The students must be taught by educators that embrace local Hoosier values and a board that does not “rubber stamp” programs that may have a hidden agenda.
Russel Brand, a podcaster with 5 million subscribers, discusses Johnson and Johnson with 38,000 malpractice lawsuits pending by consumers. The product involved: cancer causing baby powder. He discusses indemnity of their products, (baby powder, Opioid drugs, and the “Vaccine”. it’s all about the money. J & J is establishing a shell Corporation to transfer the liability from the lawsuits; allowing for filing bankruptcy and protecting profits.

Forwarded from Bonds for the Win
OK so get this!

We filed a claim against their surety bond a week ago and now Scottsdale unified backed down on masks for all teachers, faculty, staff and students.

Then we served Tempe Unified and they just backed down on all masks for teachers faculty staff and students. We haven't filed a claim yet but we will proceed because they haven't back down on every demand including vaccinations.

We also served Amphitheater school district - still no word from them so we filed a claim yesterday.

They know we have their policy and they're freaking out!

We have 25 more districts we are serving this month.

And now the AZ State Board of Education is backing out of their national membership wow how convenient!!!
Indiana public officials must adhere to new surety bond requirements set forth in Senate Bill 393. Section 2 of SB 393 modifies Section 5-4-1-18 of the Indiana Code and adds additional individuals who must be bonded. Section 3 of the bill modifies IC 20-26-4-5 and requires surety bonds for public school officials. Both sections of the bill become effective on January 1, 2016.
Section 2 of the bill adds individuals who are employees of a city, town, county or township and those whose duties include access to any funds that belong to the federal government, state, political subdivision or other government entity to the list of Indiana public officials who must be covered by a surety bond. The amount of the bond depends on the type of government employees that it will cover. Subsections (d) through (m) of SB 393, Section 2 specify bonding requirements for each type of employee, including coverage amount and bond term. It also allows the city, town or township’s fiscal body to approve the purchase of crime insurance covering any criminal acts committed by persons acting on behalf of the local government.
Section 3 of SB 393 requires that any individual handling funds that belong to the school corporation (as defined in IC 20-26-2-4) must be covered under a surety bond. School treasurers and deputy treasurers must also be bonded. The school’s governing body can choose to purchase a blanket bond with sufficient coverage for all required individuals. The bonds guarantee employees’ faithful performance of their duties.
