The EVSC is stalling in providing the documents of the ESSER funding. The original request was submitted under the Freedom of Information Act. EVSC is alleging this law, even though Federal Funds are involved, does not apply to the request of these documents. The Indiana public records division has informed the record request be resubmitted sighting the following Indiana Code. If EVSC still does not provide the documents, as prescribed by law, the Indiana agency will intervene. I’m incredibly frustrated with the continual defiance of the EVSC in blocking public records. I have enough information to provide an update via a podcast this weekend. Please know, I’m over the target. https://secure.in.gov/sboa/files/2018-PAC-presentation.pdf
Evansville Diocese School update: A FOIA request should be completed shortly and presented to the Superintendent Hagan to release the documents regarding GEER and Encumber funds received from the Federal Government. These documents will be made available for the community to review.

Effective March 3, 2022. What deal was made with the Legislature? Seriously, the Governor can never create law or infringe upon our Constitutional rights. NEVER. Know thy enemy both foreign and domestic.
This is the State of Indiana agreement between the Department of Education and the State of Indiana to access ESSER funds. These funds are strictly for the public schools, including EVSC. The funds are distributed when the “Protocols” are met. https://oese.ed.gov/files/2021/07/Indiana-ARP-ESSER-State-Plan_Redacted.pdf
This link is for all States, including Indiana’s appropriation for ESSER funding. Look at Indiana. It’s all about the money!!! Comply with the Marxist agenda of the Federal Department of Education and receive the money. https://oese.ed.gov/offices/american-rescue-plan/american-rescue-plan-elementary-and-secondary-school-emergency-relief/stateplans/

This is the State of Indiana agreement with the Department of Education. Every State had to execute the agreement to obtain the funding. It’s all about the money!!! The EVSC has been requested, in writing, to view the signed agreement between David Smith, The State of Indiana, and the Federal Department of Education. The FOIA has been submitted, let it be known, there is resistance to receive the public documents funded by our tax dollars. Transparency must be provided as an elected official. The EVSC Board of Directors are elected and must comply.
Press release in August 2021 announcing $666 Million in ESSER funds to be distributed. Imagine the sign of the devil being our States allocation. https://www.ed.gov/news/press-releases/us-department-education-approves-indianas-plan-use-american-rescue-plan-funds-support-k-12-schools-and-students-distributes-remaining-666-million-state
Important!!! Here’s a synopsis of the requirements to access the ESSER funds. Every School District in Indiana had to provide a LEC plan to obtain the money. This is the FOIA request submitted to EVSC to view the “protocols” established to obtain the money. What civil Liberty violations were acceptable to EVSC to prostitute the children? I am a proponent of our Constitutional or personal rights NEVER being suspended under any circumstance; even a manufactured pandemic.
Remember the LEC address, in the documents reflect the address of the Old Fashioned Meat Shop building on Stringtown; there are small offices behind the building. The property is owned by WAH llc. A FOIA is being sent to view the lease agreement between EVSC and WAH, llc for that space. So many unanswered questions. I’m disillusioned by the 7 EVSC Board members, always approving unanimously every proposal presented by Dr Smith and the attorney Pat Shoulder, without any questioning or dissent.
A FOIA to review The Encumber Funds and Geer Funds provided to the Evansville Diocese’s schools has been submitted. All documents will be uploaded for parents of the parochial schools.

Direct link to the EVSC website concerning the ESSER III funding cycle $54 million. The total ESSER funding for EVSC is $85 Million total. The School has received $16 Million of the $85 million thusfar, per the website of the Indiana Department of Education portal. https://district.evscschools.com/cms/one.aspx?portalId=74772&pageId=10251253
Update: The attached letter is being sent tomorrow to EVSC and a formal complaint to the Indiana Government Agency authorized to legally pursue the EVSC for denying access to public records. After the deadline, April 1st , a lawsuit will be instituted against EVSC for violating my Constitutional rights and denying their obligation to allow access. The Rule of Law is being circumvented. Even without the actual policy number of the Surety Bond, Liberty Mutual, the anticipated insurance company will allow a claim to be presented. An update on an Indianapolis TV Station covering multiple School Districts across the State, including Vanderburgh, Warrick, Hamilton County regarding exposing the ESSER funds and the distribution of the funds will be provided. Please know this is not finished and accountability will be obtained.
