“FSCS Initiative” The EVSC receives “Federal Money” in addition to property tax based subsidy. This agreement is for four specific schools at EVSC. The document is 150 pages long and outlines the requirements to obtain just this subsidy; there are other monies involved. Please know, the ESSER funds required the children to wear a “mask” to access the $85 million allotment. All 7 Board members willingly participated and condoned the protocols to obtain the money. All The documents are Public Record, yet are literally being denied by EVSC to view. I’ll keep digging and sharing until the lawsuit provides ALL the documents to us.

10501 Petersburg Road, Evansville. Attached is the Limited Warranty Deed signed by David Smith transferring real estate owned by the taxpayers to another legal entity, EVSC Foundation, Inc. The Foundation has a separate “non-elected” board governing taxpayer owned real Estate. The Board President is Jeffery Berger. Mr Berger is not my elected government representative. There are several transactions recorded at the VANDERBURGH County recorders office. I have a problem with taxpayer purchased property being given away for “zero” consideration and managed by a non-elected representative. I’ll post two more properties, please know there are more. Taxpayers must demand accountability. These elected officials work for us and transparency is tantamount.
