Do know that Critical Race Theory is synonymous to Social and Emotional Learning and the "language" has been changed due to taxpayers concerns over the "hot button" Critical Race Theory. The teachers at EVSC are confirming that they are being trained in these ideologies. Indiana passes Indiana House bill 1130 requiring school boards to have public comment periods. The bill says school boards must allow members of the public who show up at school board meetings to provide oral public comment, though it leaves it up to boards to impose their own time limits on speakers. FACT: I have requested The EVSC to place me upon the agenda to speak to them publicly, this request has been denied. Although EVSC has not determined a Covid Vaccine as a prerequisite to attend school; the possibility exists. They do NOT have the authority; however, they have proven consistently they are having a difficult time following the rule of law.
