The Department of Education (DOE) has officially proposed its extension of Title IX, a landmark civil rights law prohibiting sex-based discrimination in federally funded schools. The latest revision would include situations that apply to sexual orientation and gender identity.  The link in this paragraph allows for public comment.

What is it? The concept is interchangeable with the idea of SEL (Social Emotional Learning) or CRT (Critical Race Theory). The EVSC teachers are being trained on these programs. FACT. The teachers like to communicate their displeasure of these ideologies and I’m willing to listen, unlike our feckless politicians. Please take note of the correlation between the training and an extraordinary retirement of exceptional teachers exiting the system.

Who is behind these programs? One merely needs to observe the Federal Government’s involvement and the partnerships formed to delineate these objectives into the schools. It is always the private Foundations that are responsible. The Company, Pearson Publishing, is responsible for most curriculum being taught in the school system; this is an extension of the Clinton Foundation. Do know that Critical Race Theory is synonymous to Social and Emotional Learning and the "language" has been changed due to taxpayers concerns over the "hot button" Critical Race Theory.
