Monitor the Evansville VANDERBURGH School Corporation (EVSC) closely regarding “vaccine” requirements to attend school. The EVSC Board of Directors believed they had the authority to Mask the children too; this was proven a lie through Indiana Senate Bill #5 passed in April 2020.

The EVSC is complicit or ignorant of the law. The Children are our most precious and valuable resources; they must be protected by overreaching bureaucrats and foreign entities.

The entire Indiana Public School System is broken, it’s just not the EVANSVILLE VANDERBURGH SCHOOL CORPORATION. Imagine not able to provide bus services; accepting Federal Funds have “strings attached”.

EVSC was allocated $85 in ESSER Funds, has a bus crisis too, and the board unanimously agreed to expend $350,000 to purchase exercise equipment for the “stressed teachers” to use after school.

It is unbelievable the inept, worthless, woke School administration truly believes these decisions are in the best interest of the students.

Anyone traveling across state lines for abortion services in a state where it’s legal or facilitating another person’s travel.
Physicians, nurse-midwifes, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants offering abortion services in states where it’s legal to out-of-state residents, as well as anyone assisting health-care providers.
Interstate commerce of FDA-approved drugs.
EnforcementThe Justice Department would be authorized to bring civil actions in a US district court for declaratory and injunctive relief against anyone who violates the measure.Individuals harmed by a violation of the bill’s provisions could bring their own civil actions for injunctions and compensatory damages. District courts could also award attorney’s fees and costs to a prevailing plaintiff.The bill includes a severability provision stipulating that if any part is found to be invalid, the rest of it would remain in effect. It also specifies that nothing in the measure could be construed to limit the right to travel within the US, including the District of Columbia, tribal lands, or US territories.
