School Board Pays Out Major Settlement After Censoring Critics and Deleting Their Comments from Board Meetings. The EVSC, by Indiana State Statue, must allow for public comment.

They now allow unrecorded, undocumented public comments on the scheduled meeting, limit to two minute comments and must be relating to an agenda item. The meeting is not recorded until after the public comment period has ended.

I spoke at the July 11th meeting of the EVSC and was interrupted by President Chris Kiefer during the 2 minute presentation.

I am scheduled to speak at the next regularly EVSC scheduled meeting. I will keep this legal process in mind should my comments are suppressed and removed from the record. https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2022/07/school-board-paying-settlement-censoring-critics/

Indiana SB 1 is undermining the sanctity of life. We must be a leader in the Country to protect the unborn.

76 UK doctors sign open letter to government warning against COVID-19 child vaccine. The United Kingdom is further along with outrageous agenda to require vaccination in children. Doctors openly defy the CDC and warn of the dangers. BEWARE!! The same issue of mandatory vaccines is being presented in America. Resist!!! https://americasfrontlinenews.com/post/76-uk-doctors-sign-open-letter-to-government-warning-against-covid-19-child-vaccine

Incredible interaction at my business yet again today. I Met Cardiologist Zelalem Yilma, an Ethiopian born US citizen. Her son is studying medicine in Evansville. Oh yes, I asked the question regarding the vaccines and heart conditions too.

The Indiana State Legislature had to literally pass a law to permit the public to address the School Boards. EVSC participated in censoring dissenting voices.

The new law took effective July 1, 2022.

I spoke at the July 11th meeting for two minutes. After the meeting David Hollingsworth, at large member, spoke with the presiding police officer to complain of my public comments. The officer stated, “Mr Colbert, is protected by the First Amendment and can communicate his thoughts and words, even if the board is offended.”

Attached are additional policies the EVSC are now imposing to intimidate and further censure the taxpayers to question their perceived authority.

I promise if I were a board member of EVSC; there would be complete TRANSPARENCY regarding the financial subsidies and nefarious policies that have crept its way into public education.

Indiana Attorney General Todd Rokita leads multistate lawsuit over Biden’s threats to link food assistance to schools’ transgender policies.

The EVSC should be supporting Rokita’s initiative and condemning the Federal Governments weaponizing food in exchange for a radical agenda.

EVSC will remain silent to not jeopardize the Federal subsidy; those pronouns are more important to the ideologies of the current Administration than Hoosier values.

Indiana Senator Mike Young, not to be confused with Todd Young, has removed himself from the Republican caucus for his moral convictions regarding Abortion.

This is a man of conviction and honor. Kudos to Hoosier Conservatism and celebrating the sanctity of Life!!!! https://indypolitics.org/young-quits-senate-republican-caucus-over-abortion-legislation/

For those not on FB:
Is the “Baby Killer Bill” tearing apart the Indiana Republican Party? Some speculate that this latest RINO charade is doing just that.
It has been reported that Republican Senator J. Michael Young has resigned from the caucus until Senator Rodric Bray is no longer Senate Pro Tem. But more on this later…

The Senate Committee for the "Baby Killer Bill," otherwise known as SB1, heard two emotionally grueling days of testimony.
One thing is clear, the Republican Party, has achieved a monumental feat.

They have single handedly united all pro-life groups!!

Despite varying opinions on how to end abortion, all pro-life groups stand together in opposition to what the RINOs are calling a “pro-life bill.”

Pro-lifers agree–this is the “Baby Killer Bill.”
At one point during testimony, Senator Greg Taylor (D), pointed out that self-proclaimed, fiscally responsible, pro-life Republicans spent $300,000 to call a special session and offer a bill that ALL pro-life groups OPPOSE!

He has a valid point.
The RINOs are showing their true stance on abortion, and it isn’t pro-life. It isn’t what they promised on the campaign trail, either. You must wonder if their RINO hides are thick enough to handle the onslaught of angry voters headed their way.

Senator Ed Charbonneau (R) certainly didn’t help ease the growing tension between activists and the Republican Party when he offered remarks onlookers felt were a veiled threat.

Witnesses recounted the exchange, “He (Charbonneau) told the person testifying, ‘If you have to choose on compromising for something right now vs waiting until January to do something, what would you prefer?’ I couldn’t believe he would say something like that.”

Was Senator Charbonneau hoping he could gaslight activists into compromising their beliefs?

All of this is weighing heavily on the Republican Party. The capacity of individual senators to fall in line and follow leadership is splintering as we speak.

To what extent will we see our legislators deviate from leadership orders and finally take a stand for the will of their voters?

More evidence appeared when Senator Sue Glick (R), author of the bill, reported “This is a vehicle bill, I didn’t like it when it was drafted.”
These statements are confusing, because if she truly drafted the bill why didn’t she like it?
Speculation has been that Senate Pro Tem Rod Bray penned the “Baby Killer Bill” himself, but used his power to compel Senator Glick to carry the bill.

All of these details, coming together with the confirmation of Senator Young’s departure from the caucus, lend to the idea that the grassroots Liberty Movement has broken the iron grip of establishment leaders on the individual caucus members.

Senator Young was quoted by the Indiana Capital Chronical, “I have a liberated heart. Quite frankly, this decision kept me true to my principles.”

Young disagrees with the rape and incest exceptions in the bill. He stated, “The argument that we will save lives with the rape and incest language, while true, also commits certain innocent unborn babies to a death sentence…I don’t want to be part of a decision that chooses which babies die and which babies live.”

Senator Young’s statements echo the sentiments of Representatives Curt Nisly and John Jacob who have been excluded from the House caucus. Reps Nisly & Jacob have spoken openly about the great relief they experience knowing they no longer have to endure the abuse doled out by caucus leadership.

Naysayers of the Liberty Movement questioned the effectiveness of “The Nisly Group” as they focused on races in the state house only. Clearly, we are seeing the ripple effect of what two brave legislators can do by refusing to compromise on what their constituents demand.

One can only ask, “If the impact is this great in the Senate, what will it look like in the House?”
Will life champions Representatives Nisly and Jacob be able to release multiple members from the house republican caucus and ultimately pass Hoosier for Life’s Protection at Conception bill?
