This is against the election law of the Colorado legislature. The Secretary of States, in every State, do NOT create law. There is a pattern with circumventing the law of the land.
This month the Supreme Court will affirm the State Legislatures determine election law, not the Governors, Secretary of States, or any other perceived governmental bodies.
