I’m a huge supporter of the arts; I’m a singer for the Evansville Philharmonic. Here’s my observation: The EVSC Foundation is funding this program, yet the EVSC and taxpayers have no oversight; it’s a separate non-political legal entity with 31 Unelected officials.

EVSC gave away taxpayer funded properties to this foundation for free. Where is their funding being generated? Did they receive any of the $85 Million ESSER funds allocated to EVSC? Inquiring minds want to know.

Warrick County man arrested for refusing to wear a mask in the fall of 2021.

His constitutional rights were violated by the Warrick County School Board. The School Board purposely intimidated and harassed this man for exercising his rights. The science and the U S Constitution are on his side. The facts and truth are being exposed in the courtrooms across America. He should sue the Warrick School Board for their egregious violations of his rights.

A female-identifying male was allowed to use locker room at the Vermont high school. Then a female player expressed concerns and was suspended and her father - a soccer coach -  was fired for defending her. Now both are suing on 1st Amendment grounds.

The same exact scenario is occurring at North High School at EVSC. A biological male, identifying as a “female” is allowed into the girls locker room. This is at the approval of the EVSC Administration; under the guise of the policy of “Inclusion”. Remember words have meanings. There are only two sexes. Period. If you have a penis, you are male. If you have a vagina, you are a female.

I would encourage the parents of the female students complaining to the North Principal to pursue legal action. The school is knowingly and purposely creating a “hostile work environment”. The law is very specific. It’s time for complete transparency.
