EVSC FOUNDATION:

Taxpayers money and assets are being redirected to an unelected board of Directors.

The Evansville VANDERBURGH School Corporation is literally giving away land and houses, paid by the taxpayers, to an unelected board of “officials” known as the Evansville Foundation. There is zero transparency and accountability. This was done intentionally to circumvent taxpayer oversight. The EVSC President, Chris Kiefer’s wife is a paid “employee” of this Foundation.

Money is being redirected, Superintendent Smith and the EVSC Board of Directors recently redistributed “unused” education funds of $5 million dollars into the general fund to allow for more “flexible” spending. Yet parents and grandparents are requested to buy school supplies. What?!!!

The Foundation continues to partner with the Pharmaceutical industry, AstraZeneca, in exchange for money. Just as EVSC accepted $85 million in ESSER Funds to illegally comply with mandates in exchange for the money.

Rep. Wendy McNamara and the Courts & Criminal Code committee will hear “HB 1198 Decriminalizing HIV Donations” authored by McNamara.

McNamara’s bill will remove criminal penalties for those who knowingly and recklessly donate bodily fluids while infected with HIV.

What lobbying group is encouraging McNamara?

What good can come from decriminalizing HIV donations?

HIV donation supporters, like McNamara, will claim that testing is still completed to limit the use of HIV infected fluid.
