Boom, there it is!!!
Federal Judge, Mark J. Dismore, agrees in his order that the plaintiffs motion has “standing” and will allow for the supporting documents to proceed and made available in the court hearing.
This is incredible 🗞️ news. The Warrick County clerk, Patricia Perry, is the defendant in regards to the procedures utilized in the unreliable election process.
Chain of custody, cast vote records, access to public records, election software and etc is the crux of the lawsuit. The ultimate outcome is returning to paper ballots to assure a free and fair election. There is zero misunderstanding of an outcome with the ability to review the paper ballot over the unreliability of electronic voting.
This lawsuit, if successful, will provide a legal precedent for taxpayers in other Indiana counties to address election irregularities.
Currently Election boards are ignoring grievances, including my personal experience with VANDERBURGH County.
I’ve submitted the court order to Diego Morales, Indiana Secretary of State with my pending complaint against VANDERBURGH County election officials.
This is a great victory! Congratulations to Sarah and the other known plaintiff. The defendant, an elected official, MUST address the documented evidence of election irregularities.

Approximately 2,000 people were in attendance. Refreshingly there are chapters of young high school students involved in Pro-life activism. They are identifying as the “Pro-Life Generation.

👀 Look a new priest has been appointed at Corpus Christie Parish in Evansville, Indiana, his name is Rev William Nicholas. Not your typical priest to say the least. I officially met him at the Right to Life Banquet in Evansville, Indiana.
He comes from the St Francisco Diocese, the exact parish that refused to give communion to former Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi with her stance on abortion. Nancy is a hypocrite and was called out by the ⛪️ church.
Father “Bill” has a YouTube Channel that parallels biblical teaching with current events. Again, not a typical catholic to espouse the Bible.
I identify him as a “Patriot Priest”

Amy Word, Evansville VANDERBURGH School Corporation Trustee appeared in court again prior to the March 2024 hearing on drug charges.
A key witness for the prosecution did not appear.
Anyone dealing with a personal issue of this magnitude, would have voluntarily resigned from the School Board. Guilt or innocence of the charge, it is distracting and egotistical of Ms. Word to remain steadfast with her arrogance.
