It’s a collaboration between public and private organizations. Take a look at the membership of unelected and government officials involved with this agreement. Cheryl Musgrave, a current VANDERBURGH County Commissioner is an active board member of I-REP. Look at the membership, recognize anyone? It’s all connected.
