So the Evansville Foundation should have this filed document. It should tell how much Ely Martin, the Foundation Director is making.....and how much Chris Kiefer's wife is making..... The Evansville Vanderburgh School Corporation is blocking access to the public records of this Foundation.

Indiana state Sen. Vaneta Becker votes for bill to centralize public health

Sen. Vaneta Becker of Evansville, Ind., votes ‘yes’ on Senate Bill 4, which will take autonomy away from county health departments and centralize public health decisions at the state level, under the Indiana Department of Health. The bill was produced by the Governor’s Public Health Commission, which was co-chaired by Judy Monroe, the head of the CDC Foundation, the private arm of the CDC that is funded by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and many pharmaceutical companies.

Sen Becker voted yes to abdicating the Health Departments to an unelected board. VANDERBURGH County Commissioners opted-in by allowing the Indiana Health Commission to take over the health department and paying out a huge financial windfall to area NGO’s (Non-Government Organizations). We were prostituted for money.

Meet Dr. Box, the former chairman of the Indiana Health Department. After the passage of SB 4, sponsored by Evansville, Indiana Senator Vaneta Becker, Dr Box resigned and the authority was given to the Indiana Health Commission, an unelected board appointed by Governor Holcomb.


The Indiana Health Commission is overseen by Dr Judith Monroe, the current CDC Foundation Chairman. Her allegiance is to the CDC and big Pharmaceutical profitability.

Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Law
The federal Racketeering Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) law was passed in 1970 as the "ultimate hit man" in mob prosecutions. Prior to RICO, prosecutors could only try mob-related crimes individually.
