Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Law
The federal Racketeering Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) law was passed in 1970 as the "ultimate hit man" in mob prosecutions. Prior to RICO, prosecutors could only try mob-related crimes individually. Since different mobsters perpetrated each crime, the government could only prosecute individual criminals instead of shutting down an entire criminal organization. Today, the government rarely uses RICO against the Mafia. Instead, because the law is so broad, both governmental and civil parties use it against all sorts of enterprises, both legal and illegal.

RICO allows for prosecution of all individuals involved in a corrupt organization. For mob prosecutions, that means that the government can go after top leadership as well as the hit men and capos. And RICO established much enhanced sentences, as well. John L. Smith described the impact of RICO in an article for the Las Vegas Review-Journal: "After RICO, mob families began to crack under the very real threat that members and associates could be indicted en masse for a wide range of criminal activity. ... [E]ven the strongest stand-up guy would have trouble fading the 20-year (and more) sentences that began accompanying RICO convictions."

While RICO was originally aimed at the Mafia, over the past 37 years, prosecutors have used it to attack many forms of organized crime: street gangs, gang cartels, corrupt police departments and even
politicians.

This will be the pathway to prosecute the corrupt politicians; there’s a lot of them!!

BREAKING: New investigation reveals Fani Willis was involved in a multi-state election fraud & money laundering enterprise. Fani is showing her Fanny again.

The investigators identified in the Fani Willis campaign finance report 222 contributions to her campaign that had ZERO donor information. Many of the donors were out-of-state elderly people.

When contacted about making campaign contributions to Fani Willis, one of the elderly people on the list stated that she had never made a single campaign finance contribution to her campaign.

Another interesting pattern raised significant questions. This particular “Fani Willis Campaign Contributor” was registered to vote in several states as well.

One of the out-of-state Fani Willis campaign contributors had made over 9,178 individual contributions just at the federal level since 2018.

This is the same scheme that was discovered by James O'Keefe with ActBlue. Democrats are using elderly people's names to launder $$$ millions into campaigns across the country. Where is the money coming from? Clearly, not people that want to be on the record.

These fraudulent donations were provided through “Act Blue”; the Democrat Party’s campaign donation vehicle.

The VANDERBURGH County Election Board confirmed “Act Blue” donations were received through Super Pacs through the Indiana Secretary of States Office. They refuse to acknowledge which local candidate received the donations. They responded by saying to request the documents from the State of Indiana. There is complete lack of transparency in the VANDERBURGH County Clerk’s office. Carla Hayden is responsible as my elected official. There is a reason, Patricia Perry, Warrick County Clerk was sued in Federal Court.

The Indiana Health Commission will endorse the corrupt CDC vaccine schedule to include the “clot shots” for K - 12 students.
