It’s the elusive public/private partnerships than enrich the Corporations at the expense of the taxpayers.

Remember the City of Evansville has embroiled the taxpayers in approximately $1 BILLION in bonds due to egregious lack of budgeting of routine maintenance or proper budgeting. The expenses of the public/Private partnership will be paid by taxpayers in VANDERBURGH county and abutting counties participating in E-REP. Evansville Mayor Winnecke will become the CEO of the organization in January 2024. Preplanned, premeditated. Natalie Rascher, Evansville mayoral candidate, is a pawn in the scheme.

EVSC uses this technique to enrich their foundation by using taxpayers money to purchase assets and favor at the expense of public education funding. This is how it’s done: unelected boards are intentionally created to circumvent the taxpayer’s involvement.

Let’s take a bet: The E-REP gala was held at the Ford Center. I bet the organization did NOT pay rent in the taxpayer funded building.

Evansville Children’s Museum has lost its core mission and transitioned into a hotbed for political activism. Let’s discuss the connection between the management team and their involvement with local government.

The CMOE employees are Stephanie Terry, Evansville mayoral candidate; Melissa Morehead Moore, active EVSC Trustee and graduate of a women’s activist group with EVSC School Board Member Amy Word; and Nathan McCullough - Haddix, husband of Justin McCullough -Haddix, another EVSC employee of Reitz High School and sponsor of the Gender Identity Club , more recently renamed SAGA ( Straight and Gay Alliance).

The group of CMOE employees have focused their energy on values counter to traditional family values that is celebrated in our community. Instead opting to embrace and normalize victimization and mental health issues.

The Evansville Foundation, a not-for-profit of EVSC and managed by unelected board of directors are in lock-step with the agenda. They have secured ESSER Funds from Superintendent Smith to create software to track the mentally ill within the network of the public school system. Ann Ennis, a member of the Evansville Foundation has secured the grant funding.

The Straight and Gay Alliance at Reitz High School, under the award winning direction of Mr Nathan “McDix” will have a ready supply of referrals to Ann Ennis’ program; “built it and they will come”.

The leadership at CMOE have become activists rather than promoting wholesome family values ; which the founders created.

The community must research their candidates running for political office and determine their motives and vote accordingly.
