“A black market Chinese biolab in Reedley, California, located about 25 miles southeast of Fresno, received more than $1.3 million in unexplained payments from banks in China while in operation, according to U.S. lawmakers.

The illegal biolab had thousands of vials and other containers, some labeled with potentially deadly infectious agents on site, including HIV and Ebola, according to officials.”

THE CANADIAN JEFFREY EPSTEIN GUILTY OF SEXUAL ASSAULT!

Former Canadian fashion mogul and pedophile Peter Nygard has been found guilty on four counts of sexual assault after five women testified he used a private bedroom suite in his company headquarters to assault them.

The verdict by a Toronto jury came midday on Sunday after five days of deliberation.

In one instance, a woman testified that she was only 16-years-old when an older man she was dating brought her to Nygard’s headquarters, according to The Guardian. She said Nygard sexually assaulted her and when she was leaving the building, a woman handed her an emergency contraceptive pill.

This child sex predator was so evil and deranged that he told women he wanted to impregnate them and then abort the baby so he could use the aborted fetus for anti-aging.

He was a close friend of George H. W. Bush and Oprah.

ACLU squares off against Indiana BMV over drivers licenses for immigrants

The Indiana Legislature passed this legislation to “help” Ukrainian immigrants obtain drivers license. In their lack of anticipated discernment, it’s being used as a means to allow all immigrants a “driver’s license”. However, that “driver’s license” is a means of identification to VOTE. This was premeditated by the ACLU.

Interesting to see which “elected” official in Indiana sponsored this legislation and how my representative voted. I’ll report back, once the research is conducted.

U.S. Repeals Propaganda Ban, Spreads Government-Made News to Americans

SMITH - MUNDT ACT

After WW II, the US Government created the Smith-Mundt act that required all Government propaganda be removed from news outlets; only the truth. During the War and previous generations, the media created false reporting that intentionally confused the public to create a narrative. Sound familiar?

During the Obama era, this act was repealed, which legally permitted the Government to intentionally lie and propagandize the public.

Jan 27, 1948 until July 2, 2013 the Smith - Mundt Act required the eradication of Government propaganda. This all changed during Obama’s Administration. On July 2, 2013, he instituted the ability of the government to begin creating a narrative to the public; whether factual or fictional.

Fast forward to current news events. All the mainstream media (FOX, CNN, etc) are manipulating the viewer for a specific reaction.

All of Congress is complicit by not reinstating the Smith-Mundt Act. My Indiana Representatives have been made aware of this egregious manipulation.

There is division among Americans based solely on the propaganda.

Research the Act, contact your Representatives and demand the Act be reinstated.

While the GOP and DNC are arguing over which war to fund next, I’m picking out which suit I’m gonna wear to their international military tribunals.

James Barta named Indiana’s second-ever solicitor general

Indiana has a new solicitor general.

James Barta will become the second person to ever serve in that role, Attorney General Todd Rokita announced Monday.
Barta replaces Thomas Fisher, who stepped down earlier this year after nearly two decades in the job.
The solicitor general oversees state and federal legal action for the state. Before becoming Indiana’s deputy solicitor general last year, Barta worked for a Washington, D.C., law firm.

Who was Thomas Fisher, the former Solicitor General? The position also specifically takes the lead on cases involving constitutional challenges. And Fisher cited three such cases as the most memorable he’s argued — one defending Indiana’s voter ID law at the U.S. Supreme Court, one defending private school vouchers before the state Supreme Court, and the recent case seeking to uphold Indiana’s near-total abortion ban.

How the public health system overhaul came to be – and what’s still left to do

Gov. Eric Holcomb announced the creation of a Public Health Commission in the summer of 2021. He tasked it with studying the state’s public health system and developing recommendations to strengthen it. SB4 was signed into law May 24, 2023. The Co-sponsor of this legislation was my representative, Vaneta Becker living in my city, Evansville, Indiana.

This legislation allowed for the abdication of County Health Departments to a State Controlled Health Board. In exchange for saying yes by County Commissioners, the State provided copious financial allocations to identified not-for-profits selected by the County Commissioners.

In VANDERBURGH County, my county, there were no public hearings, just an affirmative vote by all three commissioners to allow for State Control and payment to not-for-profits. The local School Corporation, EVSC received money to establish vaccine clinics in the public high schools (Reitz and North).

What the public is unaware, The “Health Commission” overseeing the State program and appointed by Governor Holcomb consists of five unelected representatives, chaired by Dr. Judith Monroe. Dr. Monroe is also the current CEO of the CDC foundation. Her allegiance is to the pharmaceutical companies and their profitability, not Hoosier Health.

Recently New York Governor Hochul won a lawsuit allowing to incarcerate citizens in quarantine camps. This is the trajectory of Indiana with the Health Tyranny of the Indiana Health Commission.

VICTORY against Monsanto achieved: Chemical giant forced to pay out over $1.5 billion in Roundup verdict

Three former users of Roundup weed killer have won more than $1.5 billion in a judgment against Monsanto, now a unit of Bayer AG, that a Missouri jury says must pay its victims for the glyphosate-based herbicide giving them cancer.

Jurors in state court in Jefferson City awarded James Draeger, Valerie Gunther and Dan Anderson a total of $61.1 million in actual damages along with another $500 million each in punitive damages over claims that using Roundup on their lawns and gardens caused them to develop non-Hodgkin lymphoma.
