INDIANA
A Marion County Judge has ruled that an Indiana election law that limits candidates from appearing on the ballot in primaries is unconstitutional.
The ruling stems from a lawsuit filed by Southern Indiana egg farmer and U.S. Senate
candidate John Rust. Rust had filed to get on the ballot but had not voted in the last two Republican primaries and was told by his Jackson County Chairwoman she would not sign a letter that Rust was in good standing with the party, two elements required by law.
Judge Partick Dietrick, a Republican, held the law violated the federal and state constitutions on several grounds.
He ruled the law violated the 1st and 14th Amendments, saying the state had no compelling interest in keeping Rust off the ballot.
In addition to the U.S. Constitution, Dietrick ruled the law also violated the State Constitution, saying it adds extra requirements to qualify for office which are not on the ballot.
This is a win for Hoosiers. The Election Commission created policies that disenfranchised voters and candidates.

I've always said Trump has to stay neutral and be totally out of the picture when things go down.
Tucker Carlson publicly indicated Trump’s assassination is inevitable. A fake assassination is planned for optics?
Two reasons I say this:
1. I believe we must come to a point where we think there's no hope left to really see the evil that's controlled us.
2. Trump doesn't want the glory or savior status.
All glory must go to God. God will bring this nation to it's knees and the people will have no choice but to turn to God.
When we turn to God as a nation, God will save His children and God gets the glory.
At that point God will rebuild what He destroyed in battle and He will work thru man to rebuild and heal us.
We need to prepare for anything.

This significant proposal aims to alleviate the burden on hardworking Oklahomans and spur economic growth by fostering job creation within small businesses.
"Personal income tax punishes work, hindering both individuals and businesses from reaching their full potential.” Bergstrom said. “Senate Bill 1228 charts a course toward the gradual elimination of the state income tax, all while implementing safeguards to ensure that essential revenue for public services remains intact."
The proposed legislation recognizes the critical role small businesses play in job creation and economic development. As most small business profits are taxed as personal income, reducing the state income tax is expected to empower these businesses to expand and generate more employment opportunities.
