Video: ES&S Electronic Voting System Hack Regardless which brand of electronic voting system or tabulators your county uses for their elections (ES&S, Dominion, Hart, etc.), they're all built upon the same flawed software programs being run on insecure systems that are easily hacked.

► People tend to think their votes are tabulated off the paper ballots as they are fed into the machines - this isn't true.

► The scanner makes a digital image of every paper ballot and then the votes are tabulated off the DIGITAL image. By electronically altering or switching out digital images, one can easily and instantly manipulate an election's results.

► This is why election criminals fight so vehemently against allowing public and audit access to the actual paper ballots.

VANDERBURGH County uses ES&S software. I personally served a FOIA (Freedom of Information Act) request to VANDERBURGH County Clerk, Carla Hayden and a separate FOIA request to the VANDERBURGH County Commissioners to gain access to the “cast Vote Record” of the 2020 and 2022 elections. They have illegally denied access to public records. My local government weaponized my access by having the VANDERBURGH County Sheriff surrounding me at the Civic Center while serving my elected officials. I used the opportunity to discuss with the deputies about becoming “Constitutional Sheriffs”. They served my elected officials, yet they continue to deny access.

Banks calls on Carmel to withdraw from Chinese sister-city agreement

Carmel isn't the only Hoosier city to have a sister-city agreement with a Chinese municipality. Batesville, Columbus, Fort Wayne, Indianapolis are among the cities with such agreements in place. (Leslie Bonilla Muñiz/Indiana Capital Chronicle)

U.S. Rep. Jim Banks of Indiana on Tuesday asked the city of Carmel to withdraw from a sister-city agreement with a Chinese municipality and to refuse trips organized by groups linked to China’s ruling party.

His letter came after Washington Post reporting detailing China’s renewed focus on diplomacy with local U.S. leaders featured a trip former Carmel Mayor Jim Brainard took to China. During that tour, Brainard signed a sister-city agreement with Xiangyang.

Brainard left the mayoral post this month after 30 years in office. Mayor Sue Finkam, also a Republican, won the race to succeed him.

“China has successfully leveraged sister-city agreements to force American and foreign politicians to endorse its one-China policy and to oppose policies that could harm China,” Banks wrote. The policy asserts that Taiwan, governed by an opposing party, is part of China.
Banks is a member of the U.S. House’s Select Committee on the Chinese Communist Party, which he said is “leading Congress’s efforts to combat China’s illicit influence in our country.

These agreements are being coordinated by the Indiana Economic Development Corporation’s CEO Eric Holcomb; this is Fascism when your elected officials partner with a private entity that are same individuals.

In Evansville, the E-REP organization “managed” by Lloyd Winnecke is positioning themselves In similar partnerships that Carmel and Indianapolis have now been exposed. WARNING ⚠️

Purpose.

Artificial intelligence (AI) promises to drive the growth of the United States economy and improve the quality of life of all Americans.

In alignment with Donald Trump’s Executive Order 13859 of February 11, 2019 (Maintaining American Leadership in Artificial Intelligence), executive departments and agencies (agencies) have recognized the power of AI to improve their operations, processes, and procedures; meet strategic goals; reduce costs; enhance oversight of the use of taxpayer funds; increase efficiency and mission effectiveness; improve quality of services; improve safety; train workforces; and support decision making by the Federal workforce, among other positive developments. Given the broad applicability of AI, nearly every agency and those served by those agencies can benefit from the appropriate use of AI.

Indiana Representative Larry Bucshon is sponsoring an AI bill; interesting 🧐 to review and compare if it aligns with Trump’s executive order. Larry is NOT an America First politician, so an analysis is forthcoming by ColbertReport.

Attorney Mark Phillips says Warrick County Superior Court II Judge Robert Aylesworth said in open court the Warrick County Commissioners are under investigation for perjury.
“I was stunned as anybody when I heard the court say that this morning,” Phillips said.
The announcement comes in the middle of the court hearing between three former Warrick County Health Board members and the county commissioners who fired them last month.
Judge Aylesworth did not comment on who is conducting the investigation or if it involved the issues surrounding the health department or the investigation at animal control.
Meanwhile — Phillips is still looking for answers as to why the health board members were removed.
“The whole purpose of this proceeding is to try to understand why these three really upstanding, highly decorated, long-standing professionals were arbitrarily removed.”

Just as VANDERBURGH took the deal from the Indiana Health Department, overseen by Dr Judith Monroe as The CDC Foundation Executive Director; Warrick County took the deal, and found an opportunity to terminate the Health Department Board.

This will get very interesting when all the documents are released.
