A Ukraine aid supplemental negotiated by Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell and Senate GOP leadership includes a provision setting the stage for a potential third impeachment of Donald Trump, according to Ohio Sen. J.D. Vance.

“The supplemental represents an attempt by the foreign policy blob/deep state to stop President Trump from pursuing his desired policy, and if he does so anyways, to provide grounds to impeach him and undermine his administration,” Vance wrote in a letter sent to congressional Republicans on Monday. “All Republicans should oppose its passage.”

House Speaker Mike Johnson rejects Senate Ukraine funding bill

House Speaker Mike Johnson released a statement on Monday night slamming the stand-alone $95 billion foreign aid package to Ukraine, Israel, and other areas in the Indo-Pacific, saying the senate bill "failed to meet the moment." 


"House Republicans were crystal clear from the very beginning of discussions that any so-called national security supplemental legislation must recognize that national security begins at our own border. The House acted ten months ago to help enact transformative policy change by passing the Secure Our Border Act, and since then, including today, the Senate has failed to meet the moment," the statement read.

The Senate did the right thing last week by rejecting the Ukraine-Taiwan-Gaza-Israel-Immigration legislation due to its insufficient border provisions, and it should have gone back to the drawing board to amend the current bill to include real border security provisions that would actually help end the ongoing catastrophe," Johnson wrote. 

The bill is dead 💀 on arrival. However, it has exposed Anti-American politicians on BOTH sides of the aisle, including Indiana Senator Todd Young that does not represent the best interest of Hoosiers. His allegiance is not to America.

Biden Administration Forges Ahead With Dangerous Changes To Title IX

When he failed to enact his agenda through Congress, President Obama famously reacted by saying he still had his phone and his pen. One prominent federal civil rights statute — Title IX — was repeatedly targeted for interpretation and reinterpretation within the Obama administration.

Title IX is the 1972 statute that protects girls’ and women’s athletics, and prevents schools from tolerating sexual harassment or other sex discrimination.

But in 2015, one bureaucrat in the Department of Education (DOE) announced sweeping new Title IX policy in a letter to a transgender rights activist, saying that schools throughout the country also had to treat a person’s so-called gender identity as conclusive for the purpose of assigning students to “restrooms, locker rooms, shower facilities, housing, athletic teams, and single-sex classes.”

On Feb. 2, 2024, the DOE submitted the final touches to its new Title IX rule, which is expected to receive the president’s approval. In that new rule, the DOE will force K-12 schools and colleges to enact policies that specifically cover sexual orientations and gender identities of all kinds. Presumably, this new rule will include bisexuals, polyamorous individuals, and potentially myriad “non-binary” (neither male nor female) “gender identities.”

It is one thing to suggest that schools ought to enforce anti-discrimination principles with respect to transgender individuals. But it is another thing to suggest schools must accept, validate, and accommodate every student’s self-proclaimed gender identity and sexual orientation, or else be adjudicated to have violated federal civil rights laws. The Biden administration’s proposed rule would do exactly this, and the consequences of their radical departure from past enforcement of Title IX are immense.

Warrick County Officials arrested.

Monday night was the first meeting since all 3 commissioners were arrested last week. The commissioners’ attorney, Anthony Long, preceded the meeting with two statements.

First, he read a statement on behalf of the commissioners:
“As everyone is now aware, on Thursday, February 8, all three of your Warrick County Commissioners were arrested and charged with crimes related to their activities as office holders. Each Commissioner voluntarily submitted himself for processing and was immediately released after placing a $500. bond. The Commissioners then returned to their duties, and began preparing their response to these charges.

The Perry County Courts, located in the County east of Warrick, are overseeing the allegations.

Interestingly the arrogance of the “elected officials” to not recuse themselves from their duties while the case is pending is un fathomable. Just as Amy Word’s case in VANDERBURGH County regarding the alleged drug charges and remaining an active EVSC trustee. Anyone with integrity would step away until the issue is resolved. The self preservation over public interest is shocking.

The Clinton County health department is “targeting unvaccinated students during normal school hours.”

The “Memorandum of Understanding,” or contract between the Health Department and The Rossville Consolidated School Corporation, spelled out the exact concerns of the citizen.

The school corporation is being offered compensation for targeting students ‘needing’ vaccinations.

In exchange for the school's cooperation, the school corporation can receive up to $1000 in reimbursement for school nurse expenses.

CHIRP is the Child and Hoosiers Immunization Registry Program. The school nurse uses the CHIRP records to determine if students are up to date on vaccinations per the CDC schedule.

If students are ‘behind’ on vaccinations, then their parents are sent threatening letters.

Many parents don’t know that Indiana has religious exemptions to vaccination and this right can be exercised easily. 

Many parents don’t know that the school updates and inputs vaccination records into CHIRP and so do physicians. This information is collected by the state and then data is shared for national reporting.

The good news is that current law does not require you to report or participate in CHIRP, however, you are automatically entered without your consent.

Opting out is simple.

The contract between the schools and the department of health is renewable every year unless either the school or the health department opts out in writing.

Worse yet, we have every reason to believe that contracts just like this one will be popping up in nearly every school across the state thanks to “Health Worst Funding” instituted by SB4 and the Governor’s Public Health Commission.

Now let’s discuss EVSC and the VANDERBURGH County Health Department and the Commissioners. They agreed to participate and received 💰 to abdicate the VANDERBURGH Health Department to the State. They have established “Health Clinics” at Reitz and North High School. WARNING ⚠️ The kids are being targeted.

Apparent Ballot Petition Fraud Involving Democrat Campaign Discovered In Another Indiana County

Tippecanoe County Clerk Julie Roush told The Federalist that a petition carrier working on behalf of the Phillips campaign turned in 42 pages of petitions with approximately 400 names.

“Most of what they turned in to us were not even registered voters,” Roush said. 

The clerk added that only 149 of the individuals listed on the petition were registered to vote in the county. Many of the pages included incomplete or suspect information and several signatures appeared to be from the same individual on closer review, she said.

Roush called the police.

Evansville Ford Center. It’s audit time.

Years ago, the City of Evansville commissioned a consulting firm called Chema to do a financial projection for the Ford Center and they concluded that it would pay for itself from day one and start to earn profits in year three. These projections never have been achieved.  Quite the opposite, the Ford Center has reportedly lost the City of Evansville millions of dollars in cash flow since it was opened. In fact, over the years other city departments’ budgets have suffered due to the unprojected recurring annual financial shortfalls at the Ford Center.

The Ford Center, as nice as it may be, has seemingly never been anything but a financial drain on the people of Evansville. The most recent example is the approval of Evansville City Council Financial ordinance G-2023-17 that grants the City of Evansville Redevelopment Authority (not to be confused with the Commission of the same name) the approval of a 9 million dollars in “LEASE /RENTAL REVENUE BONDS by a 6-2 vote.  Missy Mosby and Ron Beane voted against the proposal with Jonathan Weaver absent and didn’t vote. Voting yes for the proposal were: Ben Trockman, Alex Burton, Zac Heronemus, Jim Brinkmeyer, Koehler Lindsey, and Kaitlin Moore).

We urge Mayor Terry to do the right thing by encouraging our newly elected City Council members to join her call to conduct a Forensic Audit by an out-of-state private auditing firm of the Ford Center.  We would like to stress that we feel that a Forensic Audit would be appropriate due diligence on behalf of the taxpayers of Evansville that will help our current elected officials address any questionable financial or management issues of the past to forge a new direction for making the Ford Center more financially stable.

It is the responsibility of the VANDERBURGH County Chairman, Michael Duckworth to vet candidates for the ballot and to remove a candidate that does not meet the conservative criteria of the Party rules……unless the candidate overcame the “party rules” by written authorization of the Republican County Chairman. Surely Mr Duckworth did not approve such an agreement?

Indiana Senate passes slate of education bills on chronic absenteeism, mental health, internet safety

A slate of education bills passed out of the Senate Tuesday after debate and endorsement from lawmakers. Those proposals will now move to the House for further deliberation.

Senate Bill 214 would require the Indiana Department of Education to publish student mental health resources online passed the Senate unanimously. The information would cover topics like substance abuse, youth suicide, interpersonal violence, human trafficking, child abuse and neglect.

After the resources are approved by the IDOE, school corporations and charter schools must post the resources online and in an area of the school that is accessible to students.

Senate Bill 282, an amended bill to study chronic absenteeism and receive legislative recommendations from school attendance officers, also passed unanimously. When first introduced, the bill proposed taking families to court more frequently for truancy. Changes to the bill now propose early intervention for young students.
Lawmakers extensively debated another proposal, Senate Bill 128, that would require school boards to approve courses on human sexuality. Sen. Andrea Hunley (D-Indianapolis) said those governing bodies are not experts on health education. She also said parents can already request to view those course materials and opt their students out of those courses altogether.
Sen. Gary Byrne (R-Byrneville), the bill’s author, said the bill creates more transparency and local control. The bill passed 38 to 10.

Indiana Supreme Court issues ruling in John Rust Senate bid

The Indiana Supreme Court has stayed a lower court ruling that would have allowed a man to run for one of the state’s U.S. Senate seats as a Republican, even though the state GOP doesn’t back his candidacy.

The Indiana Supreme Court on Thursday stayed a lower court ruling that would have allowed a man to run for one of the state’s U.S. Senate seats as a Republican, even though the state GOP doesn’t back his candidacy.

A Marion Superior Court ruling in Indianapolis in favor of egg farmer John Rust had temporarily blocked a law that prevented him from getting onto the Republican primary ballot, but the stay issued Thursday put that ruling on hold and allows members of the public to challenge Rust’s candidacy. It came one day before the deadline for such challenges.

Rust is seeking to run against U.S. Rep. Jim Banks for the seat being vacated by U.S. Sen. Mike Braun.

Rust issued a statement saying, “I’ve been fighting the establishment since day one. I will never stop fighting. All options are on the table, including relief from the US Supreme Court.”

Michelle Harter, Rust’s attorney, told The Indianapolis Star she interpreted the stay to mean the state's highest court likely will rule against Rust in the end.

2) Candidate Brad Chambers filed the legal paperwork in 2015 to establish the Indiana Economic Development Foundation as a non-profit thereby creating the Public Private Partnership with the IEDC. It's through this Public Private Partnership that local control is being revamped through the IEDC/IEDF to implement the Sustainable Development Goals. This organization is in tandem with former Evansville Mayor, Lloyd Winnecke, operating the E-REP . Brad Chambers is NOT a Conservative or an outsider.

3) Candidate and current Indiana Senator Mike Braun, is aligned and collaborating with the globalist controlled Nature Conservancy and co-authored S3399 with Senators Casey, and Stabenow. This bill establishes the Rural Forest Markets Act of 2023 whereby rural private forest owners can participate in the buying and selling of environmental carbon capture and sequestion credits....paid for with tax dollars.

Mike Braun has met weekly with The Nature Conservancy which is now a globalist captured operation espousing the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
