Indiana Senate passes slate of education bills on chronic absenteeism, mental health, internet safety

A slate of education bills passed out of the Senate Tuesday after debate and endorsement from lawmakers. Those proposals will now move to the House for further deliberation.

Senate Bill 214 would require the Indiana Department of Education to publish student mental health resources online passed the Senate unanimously. The information would cover topics like substance abuse, youth suicide, interpersonal violence, human trafficking, child abuse and neglect.

After the resources are approved by the IDOE, school corporations and charter schools must post the resources online and in an area of the school that is accessible to students.

Senate Bill 282, an amended bill to study chronic absenteeism and receive legislative recommendations from school attendance officers, also passed unanimously. When first introduced, the bill proposed taking families to court more frequently for truancy. Changes to the bill now propose early intervention for young students.
Lawmakers extensively debated another proposal, Senate Bill 128, that would require school boards to approve courses on human sexuality. Sen. Andrea Hunley (D-Indianapolis) said those governing bodies are not experts on health education. She also said parents can already request to view those course materials and opt their students out of those courses altogether.
Sen. Gary Byrne (R-Byrneville), the bill’s author, said the bill creates more transparency and local control. The bill passed 38 to 10.

Indiana Supreme Court issues ruling in John Rust Senate bid

The Indiana Supreme Court has stayed a lower court ruling that would have allowed a man to run for one of the state’s U.S. Senate seats as a Republican, even though the state GOP doesn’t back his candidacy.

The Indiana Supreme Court on Thursday stayed a lower court ruling that would have allowed a man to run for one of the state’s U.S. Senate seats as a Republican, even though the state GOP doesn’t back his candidacy.

A Marion Superior Court ruling in Indianapolis in favor of egg farmer John Rust had temporarily blocked a law that prevented him from getting onto the Republican primary ballot, but the stay issued Thursday put that ruling on hold and allows members of the public to challenge Rust’s candidacy. It came one day before the deadline for such challenges.

Rust is seeking to run against U.S. Rep. Jim Banks for the seat being vacated by U.S. Sen. Mike Braun.

Rust issued a statement saying, “I’ve been fighting the establishment since day one. I will never stop fighting. All options are on the table, including relief from the US Supreme Court.”

Michelle Harter, Rust’s attorney, told The Indianapolis Star she interpreted the stay to mean the state's highest court likely will rule against Rust in the end.

We will use this
ruling in VANDERBURGH to challenge the known Democrats running on the Republican ballot not meeting the 2 primary requirements. Shockingly there are 7 known candidates; all will be challenged and removed from the ballot.

Governor Race, Profiling three of the candidates.

1) Candidate Eric Doden was appointed by Mike Pence in 2012 to lead the Indiana Economic Development Corporation which is a quasi-government agency with no oversight. (It's currently run by our Governor Eric Holcomb). Eric Doden is NOT Conservative or an outsider.

2) Candidate Brad Chambers filed the legal paperwork in 2015 to establish the Indiana Economic Development Foundation as a non-profit thereby creating the Public Private Partnership with the IEDC. It's through this Public Private Partnership that local control is being revamped through the IEDC/IEDF to implement the Sustainable Development Goals. This organization is in tandem with former Evansville Mayor, Lloyd Winnecke, operating the E-REP . Brad Chambers is NOT a Conservative or an outsider.

3) Candidate and current Indiana Senator Mike Braun, is aligned and collaborating with the globalist controlled Nature Conservancy and co-authored S3399 with Senators Casey, and Stabenow. This bill establishes the Rural Forest Markets Act of 2023 whereby rural private forest owners can participate in the buying and selling of environmental carbon capture and sequestion credits....paid for with tax dollars.

Mike Braun has met weekly with The Nature Conservancy which is now a globalist captured operation espousing the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.

MANCHURIAN CANDIDATE: Never forget that this ''lady's'' son was the first ''black'' president of the United States. You know who the baby's real father is? Some believe it's Frank Marshall Davis, that's why they hid the real father and made up the "Obama" story. Joel Gilbert made a documentary called: Dreams from my REAL father.

Imagine attempting to “normalize” mental illness. EVSC is sponsoring a behavioral Healthcare program, sounds like a great idea, right? In a future post, you will be presented irrefutable evidence that the “program” is about compliance and an agenda. FOLLOW THE MONEY!

Fani Willis paid this man out of her fanny pack!

Anyone else find it hilarious that the idiots prosecuting Trump are the ones who turned out to be the real criminals?

Willis was funded by George Soros through “Act Blue” campaign contributions. Bet you didn’t know, Indiana campaign records affirm Evansville Mayor, Stephanie Terry received campaign contributions from George Soros’ “Act Blue” too.

Infiltration of an agenda all the way to our community in Evansville, Indiana.

No matter the situation, American politicians’ solution is “fund Ukraine”.

-War in the Middle East? Let’s package funding to Ukraine.

-Border crisis? Ukraine more important.

-Russian space nukes? Solution is to fund Ukraine.

-Navalny dies? Fund Ukraine.

Pure desperation.

Watch the vote of our elected officials in Washington DC; especially Indiana Representatives….Senator Young is the most egregious in supporting the money laundering in Ukraine.
San Francisco Appoints First Noncitizen to Serve on Elections Commission

The newest member of the San Francisco Elections Commission, a seven-member civilian body that oversees and creates policy for the city’s Department of Elections, isn’t legally allowed to vote.

Kelly Wong, an immigrant rights advocate, is believed to be the first noncitizen appointed to the commission. At a swearing-in ceremony administered by Board of Supervisors President Aaron Peskin on Wednesday at San Francisco City Hall, dozens of people gathered to commemorate the occasion.
Wong said she hopes her appointment is a beacon of hope for other immigrants living in the city.

This is a video of Embalmer. 🔗Richard Hirschman removing a strange white fibrous clot from the right jugular vein. The footage was recorded by Nicky King, who is also an embalmer. Richard noticed the clot only when lifting the vessel, feeling it inside the vein. He shares this to provide evidence, as some still doubt its existence. He started noticing these clots from early 2021.

Absolutely! Imagine those still in denial about their voluntary or involuntary decisions to receive the MRNA injections. Everyone of us, in our circle of influence, know countless examples of “Suddenly Died” directly related to receiving the “jab”.

Is New York City Now Bud Light?

—Sam Faddis is a retired CIA operations officer

We all know the story of Bud Light and its experiment with woke ideology. The makers of a cheap beer marketed to working-class Americans decided they would hire Dylan Mulvaney, the guy who pretends to be a woman and prances around talking about bubble baths and shopping binges, to be its spokesman. (Person?) Bud Light’s sales tanked. Dylan was kicked to the curb. Bud Light is now desperately back peddling and trying to rebuild its brand.

What Anheuser Busch, Bud Light’s parent company, discovered was the economic power of the vast majority of Americans who reject the absurd leftist ideology being pushed on them by this country’s self-appointed “elite.” The people in your boardroom may think “preferred pronouns” are all the rage, but out in the real world most Americans think that’s all a bunch of nonsense.

New York City may be about to learn the same lesson.

New York Attorney General Letitia James, whose office brought the case, said that with pre-judgment interest, the judgment totals over $450 million.

Essentially, New York claimed that Trump was inflating the value of assets he owned in order to secure loans fraudulently. None of the banks involved complained. None of the people with whom Trump did business complained. None of this mattered. New York cooked up a case against Trump for obvious political purposes, and a kangaroo court produced a predictable and absurd result.

All over the country, we are seeing the same kind of tactics in use. Leftist ideologues have turned the justice system against their political opponents and are using it to destroy them. The unstated premise here is that conservatives will continue to demonstrate respect for the rule of law and governmental institutions and allow themselves to be picked off one by one as we trundle down the road toward tyranny

That premise is looking increasingly flawed.

Here’s the link to Act Blue, the George Soros funded company that provides campaign contributions for progressive candidates.

Click on the link to search by your favorite progressive DEI candidate in the Act Blue website. I dare you to type Stephanie Terry in the search bar!!!

There are assuredly perks for candidates to enroll to receive financial contributions.

As a reminder Evansville Mayor Stephanie Terry was selected to attend Harvard University’s training program for newly elected Democrat Mayors. The same institution that fired their President for plagiarism. The program reaffirmed Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion training.
