Wednesday February 28, 2024, sixteen hearings will be held back to back at the VANDERBURGH election office. The attached letter is one of the contested candidates to be removed from the ballot.
Mr Boatman, a VANDERBURGH registered voter is attempting to remove Chinno Rivera from the Republican ballot for State Delegate.
The alleged violation: Mr Chinno Rivera is a DEMOCRAT attempting to be on the REPUBLICAN ballot.
Voting history is public record, so inquiring minds want to know. Is Mr. Rivera a Democrat trying to infiltrate the Republican Party? Oops, caught in the cookie jar, he’s a RINO. So Indiana Election law says he doesn’t meet the requirement to run on the Republican ticket. Perhaps he should run on the Democrat ticket?
But wait, there’s a legal loophole! If the County Chairman, Michael Duckworth, signs off to allow Rivera to run, he may run. Bet you didn’t know that.
Duckworth has already been caught allowing Amy Canterbury, that voted Democrat to run on the ballot for VANDERBURGH County Commissioner on the Republican ticket. Oops.
The Election Hearings are sure to be enlightening. You should consider attending and witness the exposure of Mr Duckworth’s manipulation of a non-conservative agenda.

Indiana 7th congressional District candidate Gabe Whitley, formerly of Evansville, faces campaign finance scrutiny
Two complaints were filed last week against Gabe Whitley, the GOP hopeful seeking to unseat Democratic incumbent Rep. André Carson.
Complaints filed against Seventh Congressional District GOP candidate Gabriel “Gabe” Whitley allege excessive campaign contributions and fraudulent finance reporting — and it’s not the first time he’s faced scrutiny over his donors.
The accusations were filed last week with the Indiana Election Division (IED) and the Federal Election Commission (FEC) by Gabrielle Kendall, wife of WIBC radio host Rob Kendall.
The IED and FEC complaints obtained by the Indiana Capital Chronicle accuse Whitley’s “Honest Gabe for Congress” committee of accepting “excessive contributions” greater than the $3,300 limit an individual is permitted to give to a campaign committee each election.
The congressional hopeful told the Capital Chronicle he was “limited” in what he could say but called the complaints “absurd.”
“I’m not surprised that [Rob Kendall] would do something like this. I did talk with my lawyers, and we are going over some things, but it should be fine,” said Whitley. He’s seeking to run against Democratic incumbent Rep. André Carson, who has represented the district comprising much of Indianapolis since 2008.
Feuding between Whitley and the radio host is years in the making, however.
Further, the complaints allege Whitley violated a regulation about contributions made in the name of another. That includes donations from doctors in New York and Utah, as well as real estate agents in Arizona, Florida and Texas.
Enforcement cases can come from audits, complaints, referrals or self-submissions, according to the agency website.

Evansville, IN – I’ve spent my career fighting government corruption. I answered the call to serve, and have held taxes down, blazed a trail for government information on the Internet, built roads and trails, improved and expanded parks, cleared blighted properties, found financing for hundreds of tree plantings, created litter eradication programs, delivered universal broadband to the unincorporated county, and more. I simultaneously raised two highly successful children and stayed happily married to my husband. As my voting record proves, I am a loyal Republican.
These ideals of selfless government service are not upheld by Mike Duckworth. Mr. Duckworth began his career as a Sheriff’s Deputy. During this time, he was accused of falsifying evidence and falsely recording his timesheets, bilking the taxpayers of $14,000. These troubling incidents serve as the foundation of my lack of faith in Mr. Duckworth’s integrity, leading me to the conclusion that he is unfit to hold any elected office.
This background may in part explain why Mr. Duckworth has stooped to the even lower level of actively supporting a liberal Democrat for County Commissioner in this year’s Republican primary. His similar actions last year tore the party apart and handed Evansville city government to complete democrat control.
Mr. Duckworth demonstrates his character and his aims, and they are not the character and aims of the Republican Party. He should resign his post as County Chair immediately.
We need a Republican Party Chair who is a uniter and not a divider pursuing his own personal agenda. We need a Republican Party Chair who competently leads and manages Republican interests in campaigns.

Texas officials claim the Biden administration is purposely facilitating illegal immigration and thereby putting its citizens at risk.
Declaring that the federal government has abrogated its responsibility to secure the border and therefore state officials must address the issue, Texas’ Attorney General has issued a series of crackdown measures.
Texas is leading the way. Indiana has an issue with Catholic Charities coordinating with immigration issues in Indianapolis and Ft. Wayne. The same Federal and Indiana State grants are providing support to the God is Good Foundation on Barker Avenue in Evansville, Indiana.
