Ensures regulated businesses and industries are following all applicable federal, state and City regulations. Prepares annual budget. Responds to media inquiries. Attends local, state and national meetings on climate issues. Performs other duties as required.
Why? Assuredly this position is a requirement “mandated” by the unelected officials at E-REP to obtain funding from the Indiana Economic Development Corporation.

The video discusses how to “get out of the system” of local government stealing your property through property taxes and etc. It refers to common law and the establishment of a land trust and “claiming” your property lawfully, not legally, but “lawfully”; there is a difference l.
The marriage certificates, birth certificates, drivers licenses, are scams and were created in 1913 after the privately held Corporation (Federal Reserve) began to steal your assets, land, and possessions by a “Government Corporation”.
VANDERBURGH County is no exception. Consider the number of NGO’s (Foundations, Not-for-profits) established that took power from the people to illegally tax the residents. We are almost a billion dollars in debt forced upon us illegally by unelected officials. (E-REP, Evansville Foundation, Water Department, etc).
Our Country is returning to our original Republic and dismantling the corruption that was permitted to illegally operate.
I’m researching further to secure all my real estate, owned by my personal Trust, is protected from governmental overreach. I will deny my government the ability to illegally abscond my properties. I’ll keep you posted.

Specifies proof of residency requirements that apply to certain individuals who register to vote in person at a registration agency. Requires the statewide voter registration system (SVRS) to contain a feature that identifies voter registrations that list a potential nonresidential address. Specifies a process that a county voter registration official must follow if this feature identifies a voter registration that lists a potential nonresidential address. Allows the secretary of state to contract with a company to receive commercially available data. Requires the National Voter Registration Act (NVRA) official or a contractor to use this information to identify a voter whose residence may have changed. Requires the election division to compare residential addresses received from agencies to the residential addresses in the SVRS. MISHAWAKA, Ind. — New documents uncovered by REAL News Michiana show the President of the Penn Harris Madison School Board secretly ordered and directed school employees to investigate and harass a parent who has been critical of him, while at the same time threatening his fellow board members with felonies if they intervened. Emails show Board President Chris Riley directed PHM Communications Director Lucha Ramey to dig through nearly three years of the parent’s social media posts which were then submitted to the St. Joseph County Police department, where the district falsely accused the parent of threatening the school district, teachers and staff. While investigators determined there were no threats, they were forced to spend months looking through all of the information — which provided cover for the school district to ban the parent from school grounds for months due to a false “criminal investigation.” All of which is a violation of the Indiana Attorney General’s Parents’ Bill of Rights.

Yet the VANDERBURGH Commissioners receive funding to abdicate our local health department to the CDC Foundation Director, Dr Judith Monroe, as the Indiana Health Department. The commissioners were paid by the State of Indiana to relinquish local authority.
