The United Nations World Health Organization is secretly negotiating a set of amendments to the International Health Regulations (IHR) that would impose an invasive testing, vaccination and quarantine regimen on international travelers.
Ongoing negotiations on these amendments were kept secret for more than a year until California researcher and journalist James Roguski uncovered the latest draft version of the amendments in February.
In a recent interview, Roguski said these amendments to the International Health Regulations are not so much an attack on national sovereignty as they are a “dangerous expression of national sovereignty.”

Evansville, Indiana
The photo is a homeless woman hiding behind her shopping 🛒. The location is the Old Central High School Gymnasium or the former Downtown Evansville YMCA.
There is a lot of homelessness developing in Evansville. I will be photographing the many areas of the city to document this sub-human tolerance. The homeless not-for-profits have become ineffective, constantly virtue signal their successes through Galas and award ceremonies among themselves.
I was employed by HUD at the “Evansville Housing Authority” during the 90’s and early 2000’s, built “Lincoln Estates through Tax credits, overseen the Section 8 program, partnered with SW Mental Health, AIDS Housing, President of Hope, Inc, providing downpayment assistance and counseling for homeownership. Etc, Etc, Etc. We got it done! What happened?
Those in need were always referred to needed services; there was zero homelessness. There’s now a financial incentive to allow for the social ill of homelessness. The poorer the demographics, the more subsidy from the Federal Government. It’s always about money and control. Winnecke and Terry’s Administration are guilty. It’s the same ineffective government employees being rewarded for inefficiency.
The shelters “kick out” the homeless due to policy violations, the city and county fund “Haitian Centers” for immigrants arriving through the God Is Good Foundation on the West side.
Funds are perpetually redirected away from the private agencies that have proven methodologies, drug rehab, and job retention programs. Yet, taxpayer funds are given to failed programs and the same inept DEI compliant employees are overseeing the programs and rewarded for substandard results.
There is a societal problem; I get it. Fentanyl, mental health issues, godlessness. There should be no more government task groups or bureaucracies involved until the disgraceful scourge is resolved.
Mayor Terry, 🤙 call me, I’m a problem solver and have viable solution to this humanitarian crisis in Evansville.

The law says, “you’re presumed innocent until proven guilty”. What is occurring with the County Commissioners?
COLBERT COMMENT: The Warrick commissioners should voluntarily take a leave of absence while the alleged charges are being investigated. A caucus may be called by the County Chairmen to “appoint” temporary replacements to fulfill the duties of the office.
These men should follow the lead of Evansville VANDERBURGH School Corporation Trustee, Amy Ward, and take a leave of absence while the legal proceedings are occurring; it is entirely too disruptive. Any person of integrity would temporarily step aside rather than allow narcissism to effect the people’s business.
Where is the Warrick Republican Chairman, Mike Griffin in this process? Where is the 8th District Republican chairman, Brenda Goff in this process?
Non-action or avoidance is expected from Democrat leadership, but it’s unprecedented that Republican leadership would not self regulate.
The public should demand and
expect transparency of their elected officials and action from the political Central Committees.
The public could easily file a claim against the surety bond of the elected official(s) to expose them to personal liability for their actions. By law, an elected official must have a recorded oath of office and an active surety bond. The Surety Bond is required by Indiana State Statue. If the bond is removed, the elected official must be removed from office.
Perhaps 🤔 a Warrick County taxpayer could submit a FOIA or public access record requesting the insurance carrier and the specific bond certificate of the elected official and submit a claim against the bond.
In the interim, voters have an opportunity to elect new leadership during the upcoming primary. This is a quick way to resolve the unnecessary brouhaha currently percolating in the Warrick County Commissioners. You have the power, use it.

The law says, “you’re presumed innocent until proven guilty”. What is occurring with the County Commissioners?
COLBERT COMMENT: The Warrick commissioners should voluntarily take a leave of absence while the alleged charges are being investigated. A caucus may be called by the County Chairmen to “appoint” temporary replacements to fulfill the duties of the office.
These men should follow the lead of Evansville VANDERBURGH School Corporation Trustee, Amy Ward, and take a leave of absence while the legal proceedings are occurring; it is entirely too disruptive. Any person of integrity would temporarily step aside rather than allow narcissism to effect the people’s business.
Where is the Warrick Republican Chairman, Mike Griffin in this process? Where is the 8th District Republican chairman, Brenda Goff in this process?
Non-action or avoidance is expected from Democrat leadership, but it’s unprecedented that Republican leadership would not self regulate.
The public should demand and
expect transparency of their elected officials and action from the political Central Committees.
The public could easily file a claim against the surety bond of the elected official(s) to expose them to personal liability for their actions. By law, an elected official must have a recorded oath of office and an active surety bond. The Surety Bond is required by Indiana State Statue. If the bond is removed, the elected official must be removed from office.
Perhaps 🤔 a Warrick County taxpayer could submit a FOIA or public access record requesting the insurance carrier and the specific bond certificate of the elected official and submit a claim against the bond.
In the interim, voters have an opportunity to elect new leadership during the upcoming primary. This is a quick way to resolve the unnecessary brouhaha currently percolating in the Warrick County Commissioners. You have the power, use it.
