EVSC Evansville Vanderburgh School Corporation
Bringing Learning to Life

FILING IS OPEN FOR THREE EVSC SCHOOL BOARD SEATS

School Board membership is an often overlooked but significant office. Evansville Vanderburgh School Corporation (EVSC) spends $300 million annually to fulfill its mission of educating children in the community.
School Board members serve four-year terms, and elections for different districts are staggered so that there are always several experienced members on the board.

Three seats will be elected this year: one in District One, representing the southwest side of Evansville, and two in District 3, representing Western Vanderburgh County.

The incumbent in District One is Karen Ragland, who was unopposed in 2020, 2016, and 2008.

One of the District 3 seats was occupied by Amy Word, who has been on an extended leave of absence after her arrest in July 2022. The other seat is held by Terry Gamblin, a pastor who has served on the school board for 36 years.

Getting placed on the ballot for the fall election requires a petition with signatures of ten people who live in the district, plus CAN 34 and CAN 12 forms, available at https://www.in.gov/sos/elections/candidate-information/.

Forms are filed at the county elections office, call in advance at (812) 435-5122.

I’m Listening to this video and thinking about Indiana Gubernatorial Governor candidate Mike Braun, attempting to force an inexperienced “yes” woman as his running mate for Lieutenant Governor.

Julie McGuire is being handpicked due to her willingness to be compliant; she is being “appointed” just as Suzanne Crouch was for the current Indiana governor Holcomb. For several Indiana administrations the law was circumvented to allow for “handpicking” of the lieutenant governor over the delegates determining the nominee. This year we are returning to the rule of law to “elect” vs “appoint”.

The delegates (the people’s representative) determine the Indiana Lieutenant Governor; it’s not the elected officials determining an outcome through coercion or intimidation.

As a current “appointed” representative , Julie McGuire supported Senate Bill 4 in 2023 to allow for the hostile takeover of local Health Departments. There is a pattern of being a puppet rather than a representative of the people. There is a reason Braun has “selected” McGuire to be his running mate.

I’m one of those “elected” Delegates and will NOT cast my vote for another political pawn.

The VANDERBURGH County chairman is attempting election interference by censuring elected delegates that will not comply with Braun’s nominee.

INDIANA

The rise and fall of Jamey Noel — and the top Indiana Republicans he knew along the way.

CLARK COUNTY — The list of Hoosier politicos with ties to former Clark County Sheriff Jamey Noel spreads deep and wide.
The past Republican chair for both Clark County and the 9th Congressional District has been a sort of gatekeeper for southern Indiana political hopefuls over the last decade, but his influence extends across the state.
Among his notable relationships, Noel held close ties to former Gov. Mike Pence, who appointed him to serve on the now defunct Homeland Security Foundation. On a personal invite from Pence, he’d eventually attend former President Donald Trump’s inauguration in Washington, D.C.

As a member of the Indiana State Republican Party Committee, Noel was among those tasked with selecting a gubernatorial candidate to replace the future vice president on the ballot in 2016. He then went on to lead the campaign for the party’s pick — current Gov. Eric Holcomb — and was appointed to the governor’s transition team after Holcomb’s victory. In 2020, Noel was tapped again to serve as chairman of Holcomb’s reelection bid, which resulted in a second gubernatorial term.

Last November, those prominent connections fell to the wayside, however, when a corruption and fraud investigation led by the Indiana State Police — centered on Noel — came to a head.
To date, he faces two dozen felony charges, including theft, ghost employment, official misconduct and tax evasion involving more than $4 million in questionable spending.

Entangled with Noel, as well, are former U.S. Reps. Mike Sodrel and Trey Hollingsworth, plus dozens of state lawmakers and other elected officials.

Republican Delegates in Vanderburgh County believe they're being targeted over their support of Micah Beckwith for Lt. Governor. Multiple delegates are facing threat of removal even though they won their delegate races and their election has been certified. The attempt to remove the delegates has sparked anger and confusion and is facing immense backlash from local residents. Ken Colbert joins the show to discuss the hearings tonight over their eligibility.

THREE DULY ELECTED MEMBERS OF THE LOCAL GOP BANNED FROM GOP FOR OVER 5 YEARS
BY JOHNNY KINCAID

JUNE 4, 2024

After closed-door hearings last night, the 8th District GOP Committee handed down a decision that will prevent three recently elected Precinct Committee members (PCs) from participating in any party activities until December 31, 2029.

After leaving his hearing, Michael Daugherty said that it appears that party officials “can remove anyone from office for any reason.” The complaint against Daugherty stemmed from last year’s run for mayor on the Libertarian ticket and his criticism of Vanderburgh County GOP Chair Michael Duckworth. Former Republican mayoral candidate Natalie Rascher was the sole witness testifying against Daugherty. Podcaster and CCO reporter Johnny Kincaid and Alice Work from RAINS testified on Daugherty’s behalf.
State Senator Vanetta Becker testified that Ken Colbert posted negative comments about her on social media. The case against him was based on 17 social media posts made before he was elected as PC.

Cheryl Battieger Smith stated that her complaint stemmed from referring to local political parties becoming a “uni-party.”
Daugherty, Colbert, and Smith asked for a ten-day extension for the hearing because their attorney was unavailable, but their requests went unanswered.

SOUTH BEND, Ind. — REAL News Michiana has confirmed St. Joseph County GOP Chair Tyler Gillean is stepping down as the leader of the county’s Republican Party. RNM obtained a leaked copy of his resignation letter that is rumored to be getting released later today.

Gillean is arguably the most successful GOP Chair in the county’s history. Under his leadership St. Joseph County turned the Clerk, County Council and County Assessor from Democrat to Republican. Republicans now hold all of the following for the first time in the history of the GOP: Assessor’s Office, Clerk’s Office and BOTH County Council and Commissioners.

In less than two years, Gillean has helped raise nearly $750,000 for the party and set back to back record breaking Lincoln Day Dinner events. This year, 575 people attended; an all time record.

Gillean is also responsible for uniting the Mishawaka GOP with the rest of the county Republican party — something that had not been done in 90 years.
Like all Chairs, Gillean was under intense scrutiny from the most extreme members of the party. Despite his devotion to conservative causes, fundraising and sacrificing his personal and professional life to ensure conservatives were elected, fringe members attacked him relentlessly with rumors and false allegations.
RNM has also learned another two members of the party’s executive team plan to submit their resignations in the coming days as well.
Details on the process to caucus in Gillean’s replacement will be coming in the next couple of weeks. Below is a copy of his resignation letter which is scheduled to be released later today.

Back story, the previous County Chairman died, permitting a caucus to choose Tyler Gillean as the County Chairman, two years later Tyler is stepping down, the executive committee is soon to follow. 🚩 What’s occurring? There is more to this story.

💉 VACCINES

The medical community has gotten it backwards for decades. When you combine this with the realization that vaccines provide a benefit that is too small to measure as described here for the highly acclaimed COVID and flu vaccines, it’s clear that we should be stopping most, if not all, vaccines.

In fact, for the COVID vaccines, we have FOIA data showing that the vaccines make things worse and over a dozen attempts to ask the Santa Clara County of Public Health for comment have been ignored.
This is fundamentally why the mainstream medical community has deliberately avoided doing a study comparing the highly vaccinated to the completely unvaccinated: it would blow the narrative and destroy their credibility. The book Turtles All the Way Down makes this point referring to the vaxxed-unvaxxed studies as “the studies that will never be done.”

The good news is that we can reduce chronic diseases in America by 70% with one simple change: tell people to stop taking the vaccines that are making them sick. That’s it. No new medications are needed. Just one policy change communicated from the CDC. It could literally happen tomorrow.

It costs nothing.
And there needs to be full data transparency about all these vaccines so people can see how badly they were fooled.
The efficacy data for all vaccines is easy to gather, but we aren’t allowed to access the data to do the studies. This article shows how easy it is to expose the fraud. This research can be replicated for every disease if the government made the data available.

Newest release from William Daughtery on Cast vote records ("CVRs")

Dr. Walter Daugherty, Ph.D Harvard, Professor Emeritus, Texas A&M

What is a CVR? It is an electronic record of a voter's selections. Election results are produced by tabulating the collection of CVRs and audits can be done by comparisons of the paper ballots against the CVR. Listen for yourself!

NIST standard states that CVRs are not confidential information, yet the Indiana Secretary of State office refuses to instruct county clerks to release them. Is the Secretary of State office violating this federal standard? Some clerks claim they were instructed that it was illegal for them to look at CVRs. If this is the case, how can clerks confidently certify their own elections? This renders the machines useless.

Indiana First action met with Secretary of State Diego Morales and Kegan Prentice showing them the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) positions on CVRs and other states' published CVRs. Was the Indiana Election Division's guidance in error (Page 333 of https://www.in.gov/sos/elections/files/2024-Election-Administrators-Manual.FINAL.pdf)?

They were told all of the vendors and the Indiana Election Division were called into Luke Britt's office to discuss the dozens of complaints filed, and that no one at that meeting knew what a CVR was exactly.

Why did Senator Greg Walker push so hard to put forth a bill (SB224) deeming CVRs to be made private under state law when they are for the public?

They have been told that Indiana elections are safe and secure. If our elections are truly safe and secure, that will be demonstrated easily via citizen analysis of the CVRs. If our elections are safe and secure, there should be no hesitation by our elected and appointed officials to release this information. However, no transparency, no trust. Give us transparency, and then we will trust.

Sen Braun, running for Indiana Governor, encouraged Micah Beckwith to run for Indiana Lieutenant Governor.

See Braun’s video comments.

If the party wanted to make it one person’s choice they had decades to change the rules.

All of these tactics in the last 48 hours show desperation because the delegates want a qualified Lt. Governor who they can trust to protect their conservative values.

The Council on Foreign Relations held a webinar with State and local officials about the Avian Flu Outbreak and Preventing the Next Pandemic May 29th 2024.

300+ attendees from 47 states and territories listened as Jennifer Nuzzo & Rick Bright discussed the history of Avian flu and its propensity to create the next pandemic.
Bright self-reported that he has studied H5N1 (Avian flu) since the first human cases in 1997 and has studied the virus, working to understand it and develop vaccines, therapeutics, and diagnostics.

NOTE: Rick Bright was the director of BARDA, COVID pandemic response whistleblower and now Senior VP of Rockefeller Foundations Pandemic Prevention and response. (Info from Wikipedia)

"Darkest winter in modern history" was a quote from Rick Bright's written testimony as he prepared to testify before Congress in 2020.

Nuzzo discussed history of the virus but not her personal role in that research.

While both Nuzzo and Bright stated that the virus in humans is mild and ONLY consists of conjunctivitis (eye irritation) at this time, they are concerned about sustained human to human transmission because historically the virus had killed about half of the known 900 cases in Asian countries.

Currently, eye swabs are being used to declare infection and respiratory specimens are negative. Nuzzo reports that she believes there are many more cases happening across the U.S. and cautions officials "not to assume that it isn't spreading. " She also stated that "we are only finding cases where we are shinning a light."

Both Nuzzo and Bright were insistent that despite the fact that this virus has been noted in humans for 27 years, that there is likely widespread mammalian (cows not birds) infection, and evidence of mild or even asymptomatic cases in humans that we should be prepared for this to be a very severe infection.

The discussion made it clear that a pandemic was imminent and state governments should take action to start providing incentives for testing and PPE for farmers & farm employees.

The discussion also included ominous warnings from Bright and Nuzzo about how we are exceptionally prepared for a flu pandemic, but complacency could be disastrous in the face of deadly mutations as human-to-human transmission.

All interested parties should "create strong relationships with high-risk populations" (farmers/migrant workers) in order to ensure quick assessment, treatment, and use of vaccines.

The importance of data throughput to federal agencies was stressed as a primary importance to "understand how the virus was spreading" and to stop it before so many people were infected and dying.

Early vaccination was stressed as a necessary component to "get ahead of the virus" and widespread human pandemic
Rick Bright suggested use of stockpile doses of H5N1 vaccines on high risk populations, and a second dose from an mRNA vaccine. Both Moderna and Pfizer/BioNTech have vaccines in clinical trials.

When asked how communities can prepare, Nuzzo stated that children would be at high risk and local governments should be discussing acceptable behaviors in regard to school shutdowns.

Overall, the message was clear that the state and local governments should be increasing testing, discuss vaccines and the willingness of citizens to cooperate and stop the pandemic.

Remember it started with Indiana Senator Vaneta Becker sponsoring Indiana Senate Bill 4 in 2023 and the Indiana Legislature approving the abdication of our health sovereignty.
