INDIANA

In the midst of Indiana’s 2024 gubernatorial race, a key decision by Mike Braun, the recently elected GOP Governor Nominee, stands out as a strategic blunder. By endorsing Julie McGuire, a one-term Indiana State House Representative, over Micah Beckwith for the lieutenant governor position, Braun has missed an opportunity to solidify conservative support and energize the Republican base ahead of a crucial election.

Micah Beckwith is no ordinary candidate. As the pastor of Life Church’s Noblesville campus, a podcast host, and a small business owner, Beckwith embodies the grassroots, conservative values that resonate deeply with Indiana’s Republican delegates. His candidacy for lieutenant governor is not just about filling a political role; it represents a challenge to the status quo and an appeal to the party’s foundational principles.

Traditionally, Indiana's Republican delegates have deferred to the gubernatorial nominee's preference for lieutenant governor. However, Beckwith’s decision to campaign actively for the position indicates a significant shift. He recognizes the importance of direct engagement with delegates and the necessity of rallying the conservative base. His approach reflects a broader desire within the party for leaders who are not just politicians, but true representatives of conservative values.

Mike Braun’s endorsement of Julie McGuire, while politically safe, lacks the boldness and vision needed to inspire and mobilize the Republican electorate. McGuire’s brief tenure in the State House does not compare to Beckwith’s extensive grassroots engagement and his ability to connect with everyday Hoosiers. In a time when voters are increasingly disillusioned with career politicians, Beckwith’s outsider status and his commitment to conservative principles could have provided the ticket with a much-needed boost.

Moreover, Beckwith’s active campaign for the lieutenant governor nomination shows his dedication to earning the trust and support of the delegates, rather than relying on top-down endorsements. This approach aligns with the broader trend of Republican voters seeking more authentic and transparent leadership. By choosing not to back Beckwith, Braun risks alienating a significant portion of the conservative base that is crucial for winning in November.

The upcoming Republican state convention on June 15 is not just a procedural event; it is a pivotal moment for the party to unite and prepare for the general election. The selection of a lieutenant governor candidate who can energize the base, articulate conservative values, and offer a fresh perspective is essential. Beckwith’s candidacy fulfills these requirements in a way that McGuire’s does not.

In light of these considerations, Braun’s endorsement of McGuire appears short-sighted. It prioritizes political expediency over a strategic vision for the future of Indiana’s Republican Party. Beckwith’s candidacy offers a unique opportunity to invigorate the party and present a unified, conservative front to Indiana voters.

As the convention approaches, it is imperative for delegates to recognize the stakes and the potential impact of their decision. Supporting Micah Beckwith for lieutenant governor is not just a vote for a candidate; it is a vote for the values and principles that the Republican Party stands for. Mike Braun’s failure to back Beckwith is a misstep, but it is not too late for the delegates to correct course and ensure a strong, conservative ticket for the 2024 election.

WARNING ⚠️

The trend of China-based companies in Indiana has developed through centralized planning with the help of a CCP-linked nonprofit.

ACSI’s 2018 board of directors paints a picture of the IEDC’s exposure to CCP influence.

• A member of the IEDC is on the board, guaranteeing that the IEDC is not only aware of, but actively has influence in, ACSI’s activities.

• Westfield Outdoors is one of the China-owned businesses that ACSI brought in as part of the “pipeline.” Westfield Outdoors, along with other China-owned businesses, is one of ACSI’s member sponsors, which in turn influence businesses ACSI recommends to Indiana.

• Dr. Zao (Joe) Xu, founder of the Confucius Institute at Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis, was on the ACSI board until 2018. The U.S. government defunded Confucius Institutes (CI) following expert testimony identifying CI as part of a CCP influence operation. The Confucius Institute at IUPUI closed in 2019 along with nearly all others in the United States.

In 2019, Indiana Governor and IEDC Board Chairman Eric Holcomb took a trip to China likely arranged by ACSI “to renew the Indiana-Zhejiang sister-state relationship” established back in 1987. The Indiana legislature has since banned sister-city agreements with China, so Holcomb had to sign a bill that deeply criticizes the same kind of agreement he celebrated just five years ago.

My friend Seth Holehouse, interviews Dr David Martin as he reveals the drug cartels control over the military, government, health departments, and the 🌎 World.

Indiana is not exempt with the draconian overreach of the drug cartels. Eli Lilly is domiciled in Indiana and continues to provide influence with lobbying efforts.

In 2023, Senate Bill 4 was sponsored by Senators Becker and Charbonneau as a hostile takeover of the local health departments. It was presented as voluntary “opt-in” with payments of “legacy” funds to entice local County Commissioners to abdicate control. My County, VANDERBURGH, took the money without any public hearing.

The VANDERBURGH commission permitted a county employee to distribute the “legacy” payments to organizations within the County without public oversight.

The State Health Commission recorded hearings identify the board laughing that “mandates” would be created upon the local health departments to force them into compliance. Senator Becker is recorded stating no one was against the consolidated health department; this is a lie.

Margaret Menge, a local reporter, questioned Dr Box in a documented video about the death of Evansville resident, Haley Brinkmeyer and many other VAERS recorded deaths in Indiana. Dr Box immediately “retired” after the passage of the consolidation of the County Health Departments. The legislation was signed by Governor Holcomb as affirmed in the attached photo with Senator Becker and Charbonneau

Dr. Judith Monroe, the current CDC Foundation Director replaced Dr. Box as the Indiana Health Department Chairman. Her allegiance is to the CDC foundation donors from the pharmaceutical companies.

Senator Vaneta Becker continued the onslaught of health tyranny by presenting Resolution 50, providing support of the “new” Indiana health department to coordinate vaccine schedules for the “elderly” in the State of Indiana.

It is frustrating when attempts are made as a constituent, to question elected officials regarding laws, policies, resolutions, rules, mandates and etc and being ignored. Mistakes are being made which could be adverted by public input.

It is now documented with Governor Holcomb’s attempted overreach of illegal “mandates” without calling the legislature into emergency session during the “Plandemic”. Please know “Mandates” are NOT “Laws” and are unenforceable.

Imagine your elected officials avoiding any written inquiries, telephone inquiries, or social media posts regarding questions from their constituents.

A recent first time interaction with an elected official on a “Purple for Parents” post resulted in the elected official not responding to questions and instantly playing the unacceptable role of victimization for being asked pertinent questions on public health and safety. How dare I ask a question as a taxpayer.

It’s shocking the arrogance of elected officials to refuse to engage with meaningful dialogue from constituents. It’s very easy to determine the allegiance of “elected”, “appointed” or “selected” politicians by simply reviewing campaign contributions.

It is not unreasonable to expect a response from my representative rather than have them resorting to victimization for questioning their position.

The attached video explains why the Federal Government and our elected officials, whether Federal, State, or local have been inept in representing the people over the politics.

I will commit to exposing, challenging, and questioning my elected officials in a public forum.

The State Budget Committee approved nearly $100 million more for the Indiana Economic Development Corporation’s controversial LEAP district in central Indiana.

Some of that money will go toward securing about 1,400 more acres of land for the project.

The new money had previously been earmarked for the IEDC to lure an advanced manufacturing company to the state. But that project is stalled, prompting the shift to the LEAP district in Boone County.

The state has spent hundreds of millions on LEAP so far. And only Eli Lilly has announced plans to locate at the site.
But IEDC Vice President Mark Wasky said there’s “strong confidence” in conversations with other companies.

“The companies involved are engaged in advanced computing, information technology component manufacturing and biopharmaceutical manufacturing, which we anticipate will result in tens of billions of dollars in capital investment,” Wasky said.

That’s all the details the IEDC is willing to share. And Democrats, like Rep. Ed DeLaney (D-Indianapolis), said more information is needed.

“I think the number of open-ended questions, the kind of dollar amounts, the uncertainties, the lack of the report on the water study alone — I don’t think this is a matter that this body should act on today,” DeLaney said.
The new land purchases will bring the total site to around 9,000 acres.

The IEDC is a legal entity created by Governor Eric Holcomb. He is not only the Governor of Indiana but the CEO of the entity. This is FASCISM! The public/private entity is the same person.

Indiana Representative Victoria Spartz recently affirmed, and reported by Colbertreport, of an Indiana not-for-profit created to coordinate Chinese ownership of Hoosier farmland. This is illegal and forbidden by the Indiana legislature. This is Treason.

Where are my elected officials? Vaneta Becker? Tim Obrien? Cindy Ledbetter? Everyone of them are being used, either knowingly or unknowingly in this hostile takeover. They have proven their support of the medical intervention of the health department or condoning the acquisition of Hoosier farmland owned by a foreign entity.

Indiana Department of Health denied first-choice attorneys by AG in abortion records lawsuit

Amid an ongoing legal battle over abortion-related records, the Indiana Department of Health has clarified its legal representation in the case.

At issue is a lawsuit filed last month by anti-abortion group “Voices for Life,” which seeks to regain access to Terminated Pregnancy Reports (TPRs) that are no longer being released by the state health department.
Court records show IDOH and Dr. Lindsay Weaver, the state health commissioner, are currently represented by Indianapolis-based Lewis and Wilkins LLP.

Three attorneys with the firm — Paul O. Mullin, Joshua Thomas Martin and Eric Ryan Shouse — filed their appearance on behalf of the defendants on May 31.
IDOH originally asked for different outside counsel. Indiana Attorney General Todd Rokita declined the request. But rather than handling the case with in-house state attorneys, Rokita chose Lewis and Wilkins — already under contract with his office — to represent the state agency.

“We did not give them permission to hire their own counsel at all — in fact, our office assigned Wilkins to represent our client, IDOH, on behalf of the Attorney General’s office, as we often do,” said Ben Fearnow, a spokesperson from the attorney general’s office, in a statement to the Capital Chronicle.

Before publication, IDOH officials did not respond to numerous requests for comment from the Capital Chronicle starting last week.

Indiana law specifically stipulates that no state agency can hire an attorney to represent it and the state without written consent from the attorney general.

The dispute evokes a separate, recent power struggle between Gov. Eric Holcomb, Rokita and the General Assembly that began in 2020, after the governor issued COVID-19 emergency orders that some conservative lawmakers didn’t like.

The following year, Holcomb vetoed a bill that would limit his powers during a state of emergency, like a pandemic. Shortly after, state lawmakers overrode his veto, prompting Holcomb to file a lawsuit against the General Assembly.

Though Rokita, who sided with lawmakers, maintained the governor was not allowed to hire an outside lawyer without his consent, the Marion County Superior Court disagreed.
Judge Patrick Dietrick wrote at the time that — because the lawsuit involved state entities on both sides of the issue — Rokita “cannot represent two opposing parties in the same lawsuit” and that the attorney general had had “an irreconcilable conflict of interest” in the situation.

The lawsuit, filed in Marion County Superior Court, came just weeks after Rokita called out IDOH and Indiana’s Public Access Counselor for “collusion” and issued a non-binding advisory opinion saying TPRs are public records.

COLBERT COMMENT: The commonality is Luke Britt, the Indiana Public Access Counselor. This position is “appointed” by the Governor to provide the perception of transparency with access to public records. Ha! The position is nothing more than a gatekeeper to deny access to important public information. Britt is involved in blocking access to abortion data from the Indiana Department of Health in this case. But he also is the gatekeeper for access to the “Cast Vote Record” regarding election data. He provided a legal “opinion” that a previous “public” record was now “private”. Attorney General, Todd Rokita must render a legal opinion to reverse the debacle of the “cast vote record” to restore election integrity.

Indiana Republican Convention 2024 Rules Committee was held on June 14. 2024, the day prior to the State Convention to nominate the State Lieutenant Governor and Attorney General. The attached video shows the premeditated circumvention of the “Rules Committee” to remove the authority of the elected State Delegates.

The elected 1800+ Delegates of the Republican Party determine the Party Rules however the video exposes the attempt of the 9 member Rules Committee to change the procedures without the Delegates consent.

Shockingly the committee is attempting to create a “permanent committee” by eliminating the rights of the Delegates to govern themselves and the Republican Party.

The State Delegates will propose resolutions at the Convention to take back control of the Indiana Republican Party that has been captured.

The attorney representing the Rules Committee is the same individual that provided legal council to the Republican VANDERBURGH County Chairman in removing certified Precinct Committeeman and Delegates from VANDERBURGH County.

The attached photograph is of Brenda Goff and Michael Myers from the Indiana 8th District that supported the removal of duly elected representatives. There is collusion to disenfranchise the Rules of the Republican Party.

Bucking tradition, Indiana Republicans nominate Micah Beckwith for lieutenant governor

Bucking tradition, Indiana's Republican delegates have rejected U.S. Sen. Mike Braun's choice for lieutenant governor, instead nominating Noblesville pastor Micah Beckwith, whose unconventional campaign centered around giving delegates a choice.

The lieutenant governor race was the main event at Saturday's GOP convention, a biennial gathering of party officials and more than 1,800 elected delegates from across the state. Delegates had a choice between Beckwith and state Rep. Julie McGuire, who was Braun's endorsed candidate.

"I'm humbled, I'm overwhelmed and I am encouraged that Indiana knows that the power of the government rests with the people," Beckwith said, before walking off the stage to "God Bless the U.S.A."

Beckwith won the vote 891-828.

Republican delegates hadn't had multiple candidates to choose from for this office since 1996 , when gubernatorial nominee Stephen Goldsmith opted not to endorse a running mate and six people hopped in. Traditionally, the party ceremoniously approves the gubernatorial nominee's pick.

Interest in the race was omnipresent. At least half the attending delegates sported some sort of merchandise associated with one of the camps, from McGuire stickers and signs to Beckwith buttons, bags and cardboard hand wavers. One of Beckwith's buttons said "I'm a delegate, not a rubber stamp!!"

Colbert Comment: Interestingly as an elected Indiana Republican State Delegate in 2022 and 2024, all my candidates secured the win; including Micah Beckwith as Lieutenant Governor.

The Governor nominee, Mike Braun mysteriously selected a candidate, Julie McGuire as his running mate. Why does the establishment continue to endorse and promote candidates the Hoosier Delegates reject? Whether it is Holli Sullivan or Julie McGuire?

I’m 2023, McGuire, through the assistance of the Indiana GOP, unseated an ultra conservative Republican, John Jacob at the cost of $500,000. Why would the Indiana GOP waste valuable resources against its own membership rather against Democrat candidates?

The Republican Platform has not changed, but the Republican “Rules” continue to drift away from conservative ideologies. There is a disconnect and inconsistency between these two principles. It has become blatantly obvious with the antics exhibited this weekend in the “Rules Committee”. The Delegates demanded accountability and adherence to Republican values and the establishment are positioning themselves away from the core values of conservatism.

When the VANDERBURGH County Republicans espouses a Community Party, it’s indicative of the morphing away of the Republican Party Platform all in the name inclusivity.

These ideologies are moving the party closer to Democrat philosophies with the lack of leadership.
