We the People’s role is to declare what we want from our public servants in their representation of us.
Our job is not to blindly follow any politician. Our job is to hold them accountable.
Concern yourself with what God says, and be advocates for His kingdom “on earth as it is in Heaven.”
The RNC National Convention is filled with vipers, and occasionally (every 4 years) decent and honest people get caught up in their schemes. From my experience the delegates are the GOP insiders and busy bodies, unless patriots have discretely run slates to work their way in.
The delegates consistently weaken the platform, alienate the grassroots, and undermine the truth tellers.
Where the establishment makes allowances for normal God fearing Americans to see how the sausage is made, are the alternate delegates. They have no real power. Still, they get to enjoy the after-parties and star gaze at soulless politicians merely because they’ve appeared on Fox News.
The alternates then have a choice to become part of the establishment, or be so disgusted by what they see at these conventions, they disengage from the GOP all together. I’ve seen this cycle for decades.
But make no mistake, the majority of people gathering in Milwaukee are the entrenched establishment, that is only paying lip service to Trump because they have no answer (yet) on how to remove him.
They only respond to power, and Trump still wields more than anyone on planet earth.
Quite the conundrum for them.

REVEALED: John Deere Sponsoring Sickening DEI Wokeness as They Fire American Workers and Move Factories to Mexico (VIDEO)
The woke left’s infestation of businesses extends to companies that one would think are either safe from politics or lean right. Then, they conspire with executives to double-cross salt-of-the-earth Americans for pure greed.
Conservative activist Robby Starbuck on Wednesday dropped a sobering video report on a company rural Americans (mainly Trump voters) rely on to do their jobs: John Deere. It turns out that selling tractors is far from the only item on the manufacturing company’s agenda.
Starbuck revealed that John Deere had undertaken a variety of sick actions promoting the radical left’s LGBTQ agenda, including pride events for toddlers and “Genderbread man” training.
The company has also promoted Marxist BLM activists like Ibram Kendi and Robin DeAngelo and is pushing unspecified DEI policies in Latin America and India. However, the Middle East and Africa appear to be exempt.
The company is so woke that the far-left Human Rights Campaign, a critical player in the DEI movement, awarded it a 95/100 score.
Here is the complete list of woke policies John Deere has undertaken according to Starbuck:
• Funding a pride event for kids as young as 3.
• “Genderbread man” training.
• They ask employees to list their “preferred pronouns” on all communications.
• Bill Gates is listed as their largest shareholder.
• John Deere celebrated their accounting and finance team taking United Way’s 21-day “United For Equity” program
• John Deere promoted Ibram Kendi, the woke children’s book “Anti-Racist Baby”, “Awake to Woke to Work”, a podcast on the concept of “Whiteness”, woke activist Robin DiAngelo, bigotry against Christians who supposedly have “Christian Privilege” and more.
• The woke policies have spread across the global John Deere brand with many of their DEI policies also being forced on their Latin America and India branches.
• LGBTQ & race-based identity groups at corporate headquarters.
Starbuck said these revelations on John Deere were “only the beginning,” and more would be revealed in the coming weeks and months.
To add insult to injury, John Deere announced massive layoffs of American workers in the Midwest last week and is moving factories to Mexico. As Fox Business reported, they are blaming operational costs in the United States and a lack of tractor sales.
From Fox Business:
The company is slashing around 280 workers from a plant in East Moline, Illinois, while another 230 employees are being let go at a factory in Davenport, Iowa. About 100 production employees at the company’s Dubuque, Iowa, plant will also be impacted. All layoffs are said to be effective from Aug. 30, the company tells FOX Business.
About 500 employees have been let go at its Waterloo plant in Iowa, per WQAD.
With this toxic combination of pushing disgusting woke nonsense while firing hard-working Americans, one could argue that John Deere deserves the Bud Light treatment. We may soon see how rural America responds.

INDIANA
Indiana Economic Development Corporation
State government buildings get new signs at steep cost
Three new signs declaring key state slogans are now up on several Indiana state government center buildings in downtown Indianapolis.
The total cost was about $820,000. Not all was taxpayer money.
Back in 2016, the Indiana Economic Development Corp. added three signs with former Gov. Mike Pence’s “A State That Works” catchphrase to two buildings: the west side of the IEDC’s office at 1 North Capital and the north and south sides of the Indiana Government Center North building. The signs included a gear with the state’s shape inside it.
They cost about $300,000 at the time — or nearly $393,000 in today’s dollars, according to the U.S. Inflation Calculator.
Those three signs have been removed and new signs have been created and replaced by Indiana-based Signworks.
The first two have the new IEDC slogan: Indiana For the Bold. The letters are nine feet tall and span more than 120 feet across.
The signage, which is internally illuminated to fit the new brand, will better reflect the state and its focus on the future and creating a better tomorrow for Hoosiers,” IEDC Spokeswoman Erin Sweitzer said. “These signs are also a unique opportunity to share our brand and the state’s many competitive advantages to not only Indianapolis businesses, residents and students, but also to the more than 30 million people who visit our capital city each year.”
“The signs are in prime downtown locations that are frequently shown in photo and video coverage of the city by media outlets and content creators, creating countless opportunities to share Indiana’s bold brand with potential businesses, innovators and talent around the world,” she added.
The total cost to remove the three existing “A State That Works” signs and install the two new “Indiana For the Bold” signs – was roughly $580,000. The money came from the IEDC’s existing Business Promotion and Innovation funding, which is used to promote business investment and encourage entrepreneurship and innovation.
The third signage location, on the north side of the Indiana Government Center North building, was replaced with branding from the Indiana Destination Development Corporation (IDDC). It features the “IN Indiana” slogan.
Elaine Bedel, secretary and CEO of the IDDC, said the cost of that sign was $240,848. It was funded by the Indiana Destination Development Foundation and not state taxpayer dollars. The expenditure was unanimously approved by foundation board members on February 20, 2024

MODERNA
Moderna to receive $176 million of your tax dollars to develop bird flu vaccine
And yes — it will be an mRNA vaccine with some warning it will be developed using gain-of-function research.
Even as the fallout from the COVID-19 vaccine continues, Moderna has been awarded $176 million by the federal government to develop another mRNA vaccine for today’s viral scare, bird flu.
Last week, federal officials announced that the pharmaceutical giant would be awarded money by way of the Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority through the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
The purpose of the funds, as LifeSite reported, is to “accelerate” the development of the vaccine.
“Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority (BARDA), a military contractor, has already helped develop a bird flu mRNA shot that has been cleared by the FDA, prompted by a bird flu outbreak in U.S. dairy cows. The vaccine development will include a late-stage trial next year if early testing looks promising,” they report, citing the Associated Press.
They note that one of the chief concerns many had surrounding the COVID-19 “vaccine” was its use of mRNA technology which has an “abysmal” track record, as LifeSite describes it.
So, considering the bird flu vaccine will use mRNA technology and gain-of-function research, here’s a major plot twist:
One of the most published cardiologists in history, Peter McCulloch, recently suggested that this could be to blame for bird flu jumping from animals to humans in the first place, calling for a shutdown on gain-of-function labs, and warned that culling animals and creating vaccines would only help the virus to develop into “more resistant strains.”
The powers that be appear to be trying to use the bird flu as another pandemic, and their colors shouldn’t be showing more clearly.

Indiana AG Todd Rokita sues East Chicago over ‘sanctuary city’ policies
Indiana Attorney General Todd Rokita is suing the City of East Chicago for what he claims are violations of the state’s ban on “sanctuary cities.”
The complaint, filed in Lake County Superior Court, alleges that an East Chicago ordinance — adopted in 2017 — violates Indiana law by “restrict[ing] taking certain actions regarding information of citizenship or immigration status and limit[ing] or restrict[ing] the enforcement of federal immigration laws to less than the full extent permitted by federal law.”
The lawsuit quotes the city’s code, which specifically bars law enforcement from:
• requesting information about — or otherwise investigating or assisting in — the investigation of a person’s citizenship or immigration status
• detaining a person based upon an immigration detainer, administrative warrant, or “[a]ny other basis that is based solely on the belief that the person is not present legally in the United States, or that the person has committed a civil immigration violation”
• working with federal agencies “to support or assist in any capacity with immigration enforcement operations,” or cooperating with the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) unless presented with a criminal warrant
“This week, my office filed a lawsuit against East Chicago because its leaders continue to operate their city as a sanctuary city, giving safe harbor to illegal aliens, against federal and state law,” Rokita said in a statement Tuesday. “We have a new statute that supports the rule of law thanks to the leadership of the General Assembly and I intend to enforce it because illegal immigration is unfair to the good people of this state and those who worked hard to enter our country legally. As we continue to evaluate other local governments, this may not be the last lawsuit we file on this issue. Stay tuned.”
A 2011 Indiana law bans local governments from restricting cooperation with federal officials over citizenship or immigration information.
The Indiana Supreme Court blocked a group of citizens from suing over a Gary ordinance in 2022, saying they didn’t have legal standing. The state’s highest court dismissed the lawsuit which claimed Gary’s policy of prioritizing local public safety needs and protecting the rights of immigrants unlawfully violated Indiana’s sanctuary cities law.
But state lawmakers followed up earlier this year by authorizing the attorney general to enforce the law. Senate Enrolled Act 181, which took effect July 1, permits the attorney general to file a lawsuit against any Indiana college, university or unit of local government that is not enforcing state laws banning sanctuary cities.
According to the complaint, Rokita sent a letter to members of the East Chicago Common Council on May 14, asking whether the ordinance in question was still in effect. His office also demanded its repeal if it was still in effect and warned of legal consequences if the “unlawful ordinance” is not repealed.
The Common Council has not responded to the letter or repealed the ordinance, Rokita said in the lawsuit.
In 2017, a number of cities across the U.S. passed “welcoming city” ordinances in opposition to then-President Donald Trump’s immigration policies. Such ordinances direct government officials not to provide information about a person’s immigration status to federal immigration authorities.
In May, Rokita also threatened legal action against the cities of Gary, West Lafayette and Monroe County, telling them to repeal similar policies “violating Indiana law.”
No lawsuits have been filed by Rokita’s office against those other cities, however.

State awards $500 million for READI 2.0, aiming to generate $11 billion in investment statewide
The second phase of Gov. Eric Holcomb’s READI program — a regional economic development initiative — is set to generate $11 billion in investment across the state.
The latest $500 million in state funding was awarded Thursday to 15 regions, covering the entire state.
The regions will receive between $10 million and $45 million for capital and infrastructure projects. Holcomb said in this round of funding, regions could have received up to $75 million — but the proposals were all competitive enough that the state wanted to spread the money around as much as possible.
“But I think we very methodically arrived at what was not just fair, but that was effective in spurring local economic growth that's going to get to population growth and attracting, addressing talent scarcity,” Holcomb said.
Many of Holcomb’s would-be successors in the governor’s race have criticized his economic development approach. They’ve said it’s a top-down strategy that ignores local input.
Holcomb waved aside those criticisms as ignorant.
“They should get busy doing the work and they would see just how much local input drives today,” Holcomb said. “This is a true partnership.”
The money will be dispersed and spent over the next several years.
COLBERT COMMENT: In simplest terms, fascism refers to a specific way of organizing a society: under fascism, a government ruled by a dictator controls the lives of the people in that society, and allows no dissent or disagreement. Governor Holcomb is the Governor of Indiana and CEO of the Indiana Economic Development Corporation dispensing the Redi Program. HELLO!!! Holcomb dismisses criticism of the program as ignorant.
