Warrick County Commissioners are facing criminal charges regarding their conduct as elected officials. The Court case has been referred to an adjacent County, Perry, for adjudication.

In this video, the Commissioners and attorneys, conduct a highly unusual one hour “explanation” of the allegations and provide “high fives” to each other of all the incredible accomplishments under their leadership, while simultaneously vilifying those that are alleging their wrongdoing. This video is nothing more than damage control. Some of these allegations are tied to E-REP funding and Dan Saylors appointment as the Warrick County representative of the E-REP Board of Directors, other complaints are affiliated with business entities closely connected to the elected officials.

A Warrick County resident has provided a copy of a penned summation being circulated and distributed by a private resident. It’s written under the pen name, Thom Payne.

All participants are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. The Commissioners assert in the video the recent $100,000+ allocation for legal expenses is unrelated to their personal defense. The Thom Payne article has a different perspective.

Ladies and Gentlemen, Donald Trump

Impeached. Arrested. Convicted. Shot.

Melania Trump Breaks Silence and Releases a Statement on President Trump's Shooting |

"I am thinking of you, now, my fellow Americans.

We have always been a unique union. America, the fabric of our gentle nation is tattered, but our courage and common sense must ascend and bring us back together as one.

When I watched that violent bullet strike my husband, Donald, I realized my life, and Barron’s life, were on the brink of devastating change. I am grateful to the brave secret service agents and law enforcement officials who risked their own lives to protect my husband.

To the families of the innocent victims who are now suffering from this heinous act, I humbly offer my sincerest sympathy. Your need to summon your inner strength for such a terrible reason saddens me.

A monster who recognized my husband as an inhuman political machine attempted to ring out Donald’s passion - his laughter, ingenuity, love of music, and inspiration. The core facets of my husband’s life – his human side – were buried below the political machine. Donald, the generous and caring man who I have been with through the best of times and the worst of times.

Let us not forget that differing opinions, policy, and political games are inferior to love. Our personal, structural, and life commitment – until death – is at serious risk. Political concepts are simple when compared to us, human beings.

We are all humans, and fundamentally, instinctively, we want to help one another. American politics are only one vehicle that can uplift our communities. Love, compassion, kindness and empathy are necessities.

And let us remember that when the time comes to look beyond the left and the right, beyond the red and the blue, we all come from families with the passion to fight for a better life together, while we are here, in this earthly realm.

Dawn is here again. Let us reunite. Now.

This morning, ascend above the hate, the vitriol, and the simple-minded ideas that ignite violence. We all want a world where respect is paramount, family is first, and love transcends. We can realize this world again. Each of us must demand to get it back. We must insist that respect fills the cornerstone of our relationships, again.

I am thinking of you, my fellow Americans.

The winds of change have arrived. For those of you who cry in support, I thank you. I commend those of you who have reached out beyond the political divide – thank you for remembering that every single politician is a man or a woman with a loving family."

BREAKING: Judge Aileen Cannon has dismissed the classified documents case against Donald Trump, says Jack Smith’s appointment was unconstitutional.

“Former President Trump's Motion to Dismiss Indictment Based on the Unlawful Appointment and Funding of Special Counsel Jack Smith is GRANTED…”

“The Superseding Indictment is DISMISSED because Special Counsel Smith's appointment violates the Appointments Clause of the United States Constitution.”

You all remember John Earle Sullivan? He filmed Ashli Babbitts supposedly being killed. Well he also starred in a commercial. He claimed he was a journalist and he was one of the people involved in the Jan-6th so called insurrection.

Why would the 3 letter alphabet agencies use people who starred in commercials or ads to pull off false flags?

Well I guess a popular individual might have access to certain locations or information that would be difficult for an unknown operative to obtain. They might also be able to move more freely or attract less suspicion in certain situations.

Or A high-profile individual is likely to attract more media attention, which could be used to amplify the impact of the operation and ensure it reaches a wide audience. There could be a plethora of other incentives.

Because you can tell these two people went through heavy psychological programming. And you know Blackrock is going to be in hot water as they are also linked to other shady things regarding the CCP. So I know they know the implications of this incident.

Look it’s Thomas Matthew Crooks, the alleged attempted killer of President Trump. It’s Lee Harvey Oswald 2.0.

Teamsters president Sean O'Brien savages big business in RNC speech.

Teamsters president Sean O'Brien delivered a fiery address to close out the first night of the Republican National Convention, castigating big businesses and corporate lobby groups for "waging a war against American workers" — and calling for labor law reform.
Why it matters: O'Brien's speech stood out among the partisan lineup because he did not endorse former President Trump, yet the Teamsters leader got the most speaking time of the evening.
The big picture: O'Brien's prominence at the RNC highlights just how important the labor vote is this November, particularly in pivotal swing states like Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin.
The speech is the clearest sign of a potential realignment in political loyalties that has Democrats nervous.
Zoom in: While the Teamsters have endorsed Republican presidential candidates previously, a union president had never spoken at an RNC before.
"It's an honor to be the first Teamster and our 121 year history to address The Republican National Convention," O'Brien said.
He called for bipartisan action on labor reform. A stunning move at a partisan event — amid a party traditionally opposed to unions. He even called out the GOP for its opposition to labor.
You would be forgiven for mistaking O'Brien's speech as an address at a Democratic convention or in a union hall.
"Labor law must be reformed. Americans vote for a union, but can never get a union contract," he said.
"Companies fire workers who try to join unions and hide behind toothless laws that are meant to protect working people but are manipulated to benefit corporations. This is economic terrorism at its best, an individual cannot withstand such an assault."
Catch up fast: Nearly all of the other big unions, including the AFL-CIO, have officially endorsed Biden, a big labor supporter.
O'Brien's faced some fierce criticism from inside the 1.3 million member organization for courting both parties — earlier this year donating $45,000 to both convention funds.
He also requested a speaking slot at the Democratic National Convention but it's not yet clear if he'll attend.
Between the lines: It's possible the Teamsters won't endorse either candidate, Reuters reported earlier on Monday.
"There are some in the party who stand in active opposition to labor unions," O'Brien said.
"This too must change, and I want to be clear at the end of the day, the Teamsters are not interested if you have a D, R or an I next to your name, we want to know one thing, what are you doing to help American workers?"

Teamsters vice president at large John Palmer wrote a scorching condemnation of O'Brien's decision last week, urging him not to speak and outlining a raft of ways former president Trump and the GOP were anti-union.
"It is unconscionable for any Labor leader to lend an air of legitimacy to a candidate and a political party, neither of which can be said to have done, or can be expected to do, anything to improve the lives of the workers we are pledged to represent."
Palmer, who's been rebuked by the union's general counsel for speaking to the media has said of the sharp-elbowed O'Brien, "There's not a more Trump-like figure in the labor movement."
Meanwhile, some conservatives weren't too pleased with O'Brien's speech. An anti-union group put up a billboards outside the convention calling O'Brien two-faced for engaging with Republicans.
"One speaking engagement doesn't change the facts," Charlyce Bozzello, communications director at the Center for Union Facts said in a statement earlier this month.
"Ninety-nine percent of the Teamsters' advocacy dollars go to left-wing causes and workers whose dues fund this partisan posturing aren't being fooled."

Another Attorney General Sues Pfizer
For Lying About COVID-19 Injection Safety
⚖️🧑‍⚖️🤥💉⚖️🧑‍⚖️🤥💉⚖️🧑‍⚖️🤥💉

On June 15, 2024, Kansas State Attorney General Kris Kobach (@KrisKobach1787 / @KSAGOffice) sued @Pfizer for misleading the public that it had a safe and effective COVID-19 injection. The lawsuit seeks civil penalties for multiple violations of the Kansas Consumer Protection Act (K.S.A) to the tune of $20,000 per violation. The primary nature of the action includes the following 9 points:

1⃣🤥 Pfizer misled the public that it had a “safe and effective” COVID-19 vaccine.
2⃣🤥 Pfizer said its COVID-19 vaccine was safe even though it knew its COVID-19 vaccine was connected to serious adverse events, including myocarditis and pericarditis, failed pregnancies, and deaths. Pfizer concealed this critical safety information from the public.
3⃣🤥 Pfizer said its COVID-19 vaccine was effective even though it knew its COVID19 vaccine waned over time and did not protect against COVID-19 variants. Pfizer concealed this critical effectiveness information from the public.
4⃣🤥 Pfizer said its COVID-19 vaccine would prevent transmission of COVID-19 even though it knew it never studied the effect of its vaccine on transmission of COVID-19.
5⃣🤥 To keep the public from learning the truth, Pfizer worked to censor speech on social media that questioned Pfizer’s claims about its COVID-19 vaccine.
6⃣🤥 Pfizer’s misrepresentations of a “safe and effective” vaccine resulted in record company revenue of approximately $75 billion from COVID-19 vaccine sales in just two years.
7⃣🤥 Pfizer’s actions and statements relating to its COVID-19 vaccine violated previous consent judgments with the State of Kansas.
8⃣🤥 Pfizer’s actions and statements relating to its COVID-19 vaccine violated the Kansas Consumer Protection Act, K.S.A. 50-623 et seq., regardless of whether any individual consumer ultimately received Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine.
9⃣🤥 Pfizer must be held accountable for falsely representing the benefits of its COVID-19 vaccine while concealing and suppressing the truth about its vaccine’s safety risks, waning effectiveness, and inability to prevent transmission.

EXCLUSIVE:

🚨🚨🚨 NEW REPORT🚨🚨🚨

ALARMING NEW DETAILS AROUND THE BUILDING USED BY THE SHOOTER TO ALMOST ASSASSINATE PRESIDENT TRUMP!

WHY IS THE COMPANY THAT OWNS THE BUILDING NOT TALKING? AND WHY HAVE THEY NOT RELEASED A STATEMENT?

AGR International, the building Thomas Matthew Crooks shot from, was just sold in March to a Clayton, Dubilier and Rice (CD&R) @CDRBuilds subsidiary called INDICOR.

It is worth noting that Joseph L. Rice III is the Founder of Clayton, Dubilier & Rice. Rice is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and he is also a member of the Brookings Institution, the same Brookings institute @BrookingsInst that has perpetuated lawfare campaigns against President Trump in an effort to keep him off the ballot for the 2024 Presidential election.

It’s important for people to understand how the DEEP STATE has a history of using proprietary companies as cutouts.

According to filings and their own press releases, Indicor was officially formed in Jan 2023 by CD&R, who just partnered Jon Selib @Jselib.

Prior to joining CD&R, Jon Selib was the Senior Vice President of Global policy and public affairs and Pfizer, a position he remained in until 2022.
As the Senior VP of Global policy and public affairs for @Pfizer, Selib was a MAX DONOR to Joe Biden’s campaign when he ran against President Trump.

The current CEO of Indicor is Doug Wright, who was previously deployed with defense contractor Raytheon Technologies. Doug Wright, CEO of Indicor, confirmed that "law enforcement was on the premises of the building before the shooting took place”, since it was deemed to be a high security risk location by the Secret Service. Wright also said the office was closed on the day of the attempted assassination of President Trump.

Roberto Quarta is the Chairman of the Private Equity group (CD&R) that owns Indicor/AGR. His photo is listed on the World Economic Forum (WEF) @wef website.

Oddly enough, John Stroup the Indicor Chairman and CD&R partner, recently announced his resignation from the board of directors of Crane Company on June 5th, 2024, effective July 22nd, 2024.

On March 18, 2024, the change of registered office by entity for the building the shooter shot from was changed to “Corporation Service Company”. Corporation Service Company is registered as a foreign business corporation in Delaware.

In December 2023, CD&R made Jon Selib a partner, after he joined CD&R in 2022. Selib was the former chief of Staff to Democrat Montana Senator Max Baucus @MaxBaucus (D), the Chairman of the Senate Finance Committee. In 2013, Barack Obama chose Senator Baucus to be the US ambassador to CHINA.

Selib spent 12 years working in the US Senate and became Chief of Staff to Senator Baucus after Baucus’ former chief of staff Jim Messina left to fill the same position for Democrat Barack Obama’s presidential campaign.

In 2020, Ambassador Baucus went on CNN and said President Trump’s rhetorical attacks on China make him “a little bit like Hitler” when President Trump was blaming China for the COVID outbreak.

Ambassador Baucus currently lives in Bozeman, Montana, where he and his wife, Melodee Hanes, formed a consulting firm called Baucus Group LLC. Ambassador Baucus provides consulting services to American and Chinese businesses and he serves on the Board of Directors of Ingram Micro, and the Board of Advisors to the Chinese Communist Party owned Alibaba Group.

Disciplinary grievance filed against Indiana AG Todd Rokita surrounding terminated pregnancy report comments

An Indianapolis lawyer has filed a disciplinary grievance against Indiana Attorney General Todd Rokita, claiming he violated his AG duties by calling the public to sue the Indiana Department of Health to inspect and copy terminated pregnancy reports.

The full article is below.

COLBERT COMMENT: The Indiana “appointed” public access counselor, Britt Luke again provides an “opinion” on terminated pregnancy report being “private”; which is causing the ethics complaint to be lodged against Rokita.

Britt Luke is the same public servant that provided an opinion regarding the “Cast Vote Record” being denied to the public.

Imagine a Public servant being a gatekeeper to restrict public access to public records. This position is “appointed” by the Indiana Governor. The next Indiana Governor should evaluate Mr Luke’s employment on the taxpayers dime. Luke has become an activist by overstepping his perceived authority.

Godspeed to Rokita in eliminating this weaponization of our laws.

Here’s the trannoscript of President Trump’s perfect call with Zelenskyy in 2019 that the Democrats used to impeach him.

He asked about CrowdStrike and Biden family business in Ukraine.

If the Democrats had nothing to hide why did they impeach Trump?
