👀 Look: It’s the portal for the Indiana Economic Development Corporation. It includes the projects all over the State of Indiana. Type in VANDERBURGH in the search bar to view the projects in Evansville, or perhaps the projects in Warrick County.
Remember Eric Holcomb is the Governor of Indiana and the CEO of the IEDC. Hoosier taxpayer money is being transferred to fund the not-for-profit.
The downtown “Old National Bank” property is owned by “Fifth and Main LLc”. Over $10 million has been allocated. Imagine Hoosier Tax money being redirected for a “private” investment project. Research the owner of “Fifth and Main, llc”.

Kamala Harris’s Husband’s Firm Reps Chinese Communist Party-Owned Corporates, Employs Ex-CCP Officials
Kamala Harris’s husband’s firm, DLA Piper, consults on behalf of a bevy of Chinese Communist Party-owned companies and employs former Chinese Communist Party officials.
DLA Piper, a multinational law firm, boasts nearly 30 years of experience in China and over 140 lawyers dedicated to its “China Investment Services” branch.Harris’s links to the company are found with her husband, Douglas Emhoff, who has served as a Partner in the firm’s Intellectual Property and Technology practice and its Media, Sport, and Entertainment sector since 2017.DLA Piper boasts of having “long-established and embedded “China Desks” in both the U.S. and Europe” to assist their China-focused consulting, prompting questions about how the firm’s potential proximity to the White House could be leveraged by DLA Piper, exploited by the Chinese Communist Party, or represent a financial conflict of interest for the Vice Presidential candidate.
Harris, Emhoff, and Biden in 2017.
COMMUNIST CONSULTANTS.
To facilitate DLA Piper’s China practice – which has received countless prestigious awards from the China Business Law Journal and China Law and Practice – the company employs a host of former Chinese Communist Party officials.Ernest Yang, who serves as the firm’s Head of Litigation & Regulatory department and Co-Head of International Arbitration, was appointed to the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) in 2013. The CPPCC serves as the top advisory board for the Chinese Communist Party, and Yang was promoted to the body’s Standing Committee in 2019.Jessica Zhao, a Senior Advisor, served as the Deputy Secretary General of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), a government-owned body established by the Chinese Communist Party in 1956. It was developed under the auspices of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, “a governmental body for the furtherance of Chinese trade promotion.”Other high-level employees, such as Gloria Liu, who serves as Partner, have “represented lead investors” in deals with Bytedance, the parent company of TikTok, a controversial app is set to be banned by President Trump for its compromising links to the Chinese Communist Party.

SURPRISE, SURPRISE/MORE MEDICAL CORRUPTION‼️
*Fifty-five U.S. doctors who helped decide diagnoses & treatments for psychiatric disorders, new psychiatric drugs & the extension of patent exclusivity, received $14-million from Drug Companies!
Fifty-five of the U.S. doctors who helped decide what diagnoses and treatments were included in the American Psychiatric Association’s (APA) main diagnostic manual received more than $14 million in undisclosed industry funding, a special report in The BMJ revealed.
According to The BMJ:
“The Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders published by the American Psychiatric Association standardizes symptom criteria and codifies psychiatric disorders. This manual plays a central role in the approval of new psychiatric drugs and the extension of patent exclusivity, and it can influence payers and mental health professionals who seek third party reimbursements.”
The manual, now in its fifth edition, DSM-5-TR, is often referred to as the “bible” of psychiatric disorders. It was released in 2002 and includes changes made since the APA first published the manual in 2013.
The authors of The BMJ report wrote that “industry influence over the development of this diagnostic guideline can have a profound effect on public health (eg, by broadening diagnostic categories and influencing what drugs will be prescribed and covered by insurance). It is thus critical that authors of this psychiatric taxonomy should be free of industry ties.”
Research consistently shows that conflicts of interest lead to “pro-industry thinking and conclusions,” the authors of the report said.
The BMJ found that the doctors who received the most money — often in the form of food, beverages, travel and consulting reimbursements — were those working in diagnostic areas “where drug interventions are often the standard treatment, such as depressive disorders, neurocognitive disorders, and drug induced movement disorders.”
The study’s lead investigator, Lisa Cosgrove, Ph.D., a professor and clinical psychologist in the Applied Ethics Center at the University of Massachusetts, Boston, told Medscape Medical News, the study’s intent was “not to point fingers at the APA or individual members of the APA but rather to provide hopefully a small piece of research data that would help the APA look at the larger systemic issue of conflicts of interest.”
Justine Tanguay, a lawyer with Children’s Health Defense and research director for the organization’s Reform Pharma initiative, praised the researchers for bringing public awareness to the issue.
Tanguay told The Defender:
“It’s an outrageous concept to think that if a doctor, scientist or public health official is paid or funded by Big Pharma that he or she can present or recommend an independent viewpoint.
“It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to understand that even the perception of a conflict of interest undermines the integrity of medicine.”
The Reform Pharma campaign is working “to systematically remove Big Pharma corruption and to restore the healthcare system” — which is needed now more than ever because “such conflicts of interest … have become the norm,” Tanguay said.

This is WHY it pays to know the Laws and Orders.
State of Kentucky declared a state of emergency on May 26, 2024.
Based on KRS Chapter 39A, read all those things that could happen to a person and/or their property.
Knowing Laws and Orders benefits everyone because guess who’s enforcing them?
Those very people who know 99% of Americans didn’t know these were legislated, don’t know they exist, and fear the wrong ones who twist and use them against you.
I’m not a Law and Order guy… I’m a Law and Order guy where the Laws and Orders support the Foundation, We the People, the Constitution, and make sense for the Common Good.
Remember what ole “Joe” said after the Immunity Ruling:
“No one is above the Law. Not even the President.”
Might want to know it first… the liberals and wolves in sheep’s clothing dang sure don’t 🎯🔥🐂🇺🇸

We are returning to the gold standard. 45+ states have already passed legislation that makes precious metals legal tender. Gold is God's money and has intrinsic value because of it. Taxes were not supposed to last this long. It was supposed to be temporary to pay for the Civil War. The people who own the IRS have Puerto Rico address that allows them to earn income tax free from your enslavement.

The Internal Revenue Service is a corporation, not a company, that was incorporated in the state of Delaware on July 12, 1933. This is also the legal nature of the scam in that due to the inherent nature of these corporations, when it comes to law, Common or Constitutional Law is nullified. This being due to the fact that Constitutional Rights do not apply in an equity court, a court of maritime law that MUST display a gold fringed flag applies ONLY.
Contract law supersedes individual and Constitutional Rights. In other words, whenever you sign anything, such as when you registered to vote, or signed your 1040 form, or even an application for a bank account or credit card at a Federal Reserve Bank, you are signing away your constitutional rights.

Evansville Mayor Terry Announces Forward Together Grant Fund
Evansville Mayor Stephanie Terry today announced the creation of the Forward Together Grant Fund – a $500,000 grant fund to support eligible nonprofit organizations in the Evansville community.
The fund, which is derived from interest on funds from the American Rescue Plan Act, will be used to provide support for eligible nonprofits who lead meaningful work to help strengthen neighborhoods and provide pathways out of poverty for city residents. Organizations may apply for up to $35,000 apiece to fund programs that fall into one of the following categories:
• Affordable Housing
• Mental Health/Addiction
• Food Assistance
• Job Training
• Youth Development
• Internet Access
• Childcare Access
• Resource Navigation Assistance
• Homeless Services
• Neighborhood Revitalization (i.e. Home Repairs, weatherization, etc.)
The official application form can be downloaded above. Completed applications, with attachments, should be sent to: Special Projects Director, Mayor’s Office, at mayor@evansville.in.gov, by September 5, 2024.
As of May 16, the City of Evansville had received $65.1 million in American Rescue Plan Act funds, all of which has been allocated. However, $27 million of those allocated have not yet been disbursed; to date, those funds have earned a net of $2,757,420 in interest on the original ARPA funds. It is from those funds that Mayor Terry has created the Forward Together Grant Fund.
In order to be eligible for a grant from the Forward Together Fund, organizations must:
• Be a City of Evansville based organization or provide direct services to underprivileged or disadvantaged City of Evansville residents.
• Be a registered 501(c)(3) organization with a Board of Directors and have been continuously registered as such for at least 3 years prior.
• Eligible uses of funds include payroll and benefit costs, utilities, rent, insurance, and other operating
Organizations with inquiries regarding the application or application process should call the Mayor’s Office at 812-436-4962.

COLBERT COMMENT:
I worked for the Evansville Housing Authority, responsible for grant administration, building Lincoln Estates through Tax Credits, former President of Hope of Evansville, administration of Section 8 Housing, hiring of staff; let’s say I have some experience. Even Mayor Terry’s husband and I worked together.
Here’s the issue: There is not a return on the investment or accountability. Sure audits are conducted to confirm the money is being spent, but the results are abysmal.
The homelessness and immigrant infiltration is off the charts, it’s in all areas of the city. The “government” keeps throwing taxpayer money to the same ineffective not-for-profits expecting results that improve the quality of life for residents. There is zero measures of a return in the investment.
The County and city fund the “Haitian Center” and the “Immigration Center”, yet neglect basic city services and at the same time attempting to subsidize over $1 Billion in debt obligations by the many unelected commissions appointed by elected officials.

Gubernatorial property tax plan debate!
PUBLISHED JULY 29, 2024
The folks against attempting any sort of property tax reform can't seem to fathom EVER even considering putting government on diet and considering saying "NO" instead of rubber stamping every request.
ARTICLE. 👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻
On Friday, U.S. Sen. Mike Braun, the Republican nominee for governor, unveiled his property tax plan. Braun called for Hoosiers whose homes are valued at more than $125,000 to receive a 60% homestead deduction. Under his plan, Hoosiers with homes valued below that amount would get a 60% supplemental deduction and a $48,000 standard deduction.
In addition, Braun would cap the increase in property tax bills for seniors, “low-in- come” Hoosiers and families with children under 18 at 2%; all other Hoosiers’ property tax bill increases would be capped at 3%.
Donald Rainwater, the Libertarian gubernatorial nominee, said in a Monday news release that his opponent’s property tax plan displays a “desire to continue the state government’s practice of giving some Hoosiers more favorable treatment than others.” Rainwater contended Braun’s plan fails to solve the “overall issue.”
Rainwater has proposed capping property taxes at 1% of a property’s purchase price for a maximum of seven years. He says his plan would end “perpetual” property taxes.
“Every Hoosier deserves to own their personal property without the fear of the government taking it for failure to pay taxes,” Rainwater said in the release.
Griffin Reid, the Indiana GOP’s communications director, responded in a separate Monday news release, arguing Rainwater’s plan would front-load Hoosiers’ property tax payments in the first seven years. Reid called Rainwater’s plan “unrealistic” and said it would “destroy the housing market.”
“Rainwater’s biggest issue with the Braun plan is that it prioritizes seniors and families, along with everyday Hoosiers,” Reid said in the release.
Democratic gubernatorial candidate Jennifer McCormick on Friday responded to Braun’s plan through a statement highlighting a vote he cast in 2015, as an Indiana House member, that carried an estimated impact of up to $38.6 million a year in additional taxes.
“Hoosiers are sick and tired of politicians who will say anything to get elected,” McCormick said in the statement. “Mike Braun voted for higher Hoosier property taxes when he had the chance and is now only talking about a tax cut because he’s another politician Hoosiers are sick of.”
McCormick’s campaign told State Affairs it will release a property tax plan in “the near future.”
During a Friday interview on WIBC-FM’s “Kendall and Casey” program, Braun
defended his plan. He told the Indianapolis radio hosts he had spent time over the State Affairs
past month making sure his proposal is “doable” and said he would work to persuade legislators to support it.
Some observers question the practicality of Braun’s plan, including Indianapo- lis-based economist Morton Marcus, who told State Affairs that Braun’s proposal “demonstrates his lack of concern for Hoosiers.”
Cutting property taxes would shift resources away from schools, road repairs and other services, Marcus said, adding that increased revenues are needed “to compen- sate for the decades of decay from the 1970s onward.”
“Braun should be arguing for higher taxes on himself and others in his income bracket,” Marcus said. “He should be concerned about a ‘State That No Longer Works for Anybody’ and is now touted as a ‘State for the Bold’ who are willing to take the risk of living here.”
Economist Michael Hicks, a Ball State University professor, told State Affairs that Indiana’s economy is lagging the nation’s because not enough Hoosiers are going to college and too few Indiana cities and towns offer the “quality of life” needed to attract educated workers.
“Any tax proposal that reduces spending on education and quality of life will worsen Indiana’s economic prospects at a time [when] we are just beginning to experience the effects of a decade of declining educational attainment,” Hicks said.

“Any tax proposal that reduces spending on education and quality of life will worsen Indiana’s economic prospects at a time [when] we are just beginning to experience the effects of a decade of declining educational attainment,” Hicks said.

Lieutenant governor candidates to meet at agriculture-themed debate
Nominees for Indiana’s second-highest position are set to meet at the Indiana State Fair for an agriculture-themed debate.
Democrat Terry Goodin, a former lawmaker, and Republican pastor Micah Beckwith will face off.
Agriinstitute, a Danville-based agricultural advocacy group, will host the August 13 debate. It’s scheduled to begin at 3 p.m. at the Indiana State Fairgrounds’ Purdue Extension Building.
Hoosiers can also view the debate live on Youtube.
Online, the organization billed the event as a “first-hand opportunity” to see how the candidates view agriculture, rural issues and their impact on the state’s economy.
Gerry Dick, host of Inside INdiana Business, will moderate.
Agriinstitute also hosted lieutenant governor debates in 2020 and 2016, per its Facebook page.
The candidates
Goodin has served as Indiana’s state director for rural development at the U.S. Department of Agriculture since 2022, per The Associated Press.
Before that, he represented parts of Scott, Clark and Jefferson counties from 2000 to 2020 as a Democratic member of the Indiana House of Representatives. He additionally raises beef cattle on his family farm in Austin, Indiana.
Some Democrats objected to gubernatorial nominee Jennifer McCormick’s choice of Goodin as her running-mate, citing votes in favor of a constitutional ban on gay marriage and firearm rights, and against abortion access. Goodin said his anti-gay vote was “wrong” and that he now supports same-sex marriage.
Delegates overwhelmingly nominated him to the ballot this month.
Beckwith, meanwhile, is a pastor at Life Church’s Noblesville campus and co-hosts a podcast called “Jesus, Sex and Politics” with another pastor. He also operates a small business — a music school — and remains involved in his family’s dairy company.
He was also active in Hamilton County in moving or banning allegedly inappropriate library books.
He was not the Republican establishment or gubernatorial nominee Mike Braun’s first choice — that was first-term lawmaker Julie McGuire. But Beckwith’s yearlong campaign, as opposed to McGuire’s post-primary month on the road, won delegates over.
The role Indiana’s lieutenant governor is first in line to lead the state if a sitting governor can’t fulfill the top spot’s duties. The lieutenant governor also presides over the Senate, and casts tie-breaking votes.
Indiana Code also gives the officeholder 26 additional roles, according to the National Lieutenant Governor’s Association. That includes overseeing the State Department of Agriculture, the Office of Community & Rural Affairs and the Office of Defense Development, among others.
The lieutenant governor separately chairs the Indiana Mental Health Roundtable, the Intellectual and Development Disabilities Task Force, and the Civics Education Commission.

About Chemtrails…
For all the skeptics, you can see in this clip exactly when they turn the chemtrail off.
You can’t turn contrails off, it would mean the engine has stopped. But you can sure turn chemtrails on and off.

Kim Clement prophesies vision of Hypnotic November, and the fall in the fall. Must watch!
"A massive storm." "That which can be shaken, will be shaken."
"That in the fall, have you seen the games that they play in the house they call White."
"In the month of November, starting immediately, I will show myself strong."
"The rain shall pour out of groups of people in houses, clusters, bible studies, to pray, rain is coming."
