What is AIPAC? How the group uses funding to support the Israel-US relationship
The American Israel Public Affairs Committee, or AIPAC, has moved further into public discourse as the Israel-Hamas war enters its eighth month. AIPAC, whose website lists its core mission as "building bipartisan support for the U.S.-Israel Relationship," is the best-known contingent of PACS and lobbying groups dedicated to maintaining a positive relationship between the United States and Israel.

AIPAC platform includes "supporting security assistance to Israel," "promoting peace," and "countering Iran's aggression and nuclear weapons quest." AIPAC is also known for sponsoring travel of US politicians and aides to Israel.
True to its mission, AIPAC has built strong friendships on both sides of the aisle.

Even politicians who clash with each other on issues such as the January 6 insurrection or the existence of climate change find common ground in their support for the group. AIPAC-backed politicians include Speaker of the House Mike Johnson (R-Louisiana), House Majority Leader Steve Scalise (R-Louisiana), House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries (D-New York), and House Minority Whip Katherine Clark (D-Massachusetts).

AIPAC is a pro-Israel lobbying group that advocates its policies to the legislative and executive branches of the United States.[4]

One of several pro-Israel lobbying organizations in the country,[5] it has been called one of the most powerful lobbying groups there.[6]

Here are two known Indiana candidates that are supported by American Israel Public Affairs Committee: MARK MESSMER, ERIN HOUCHIN

US rep Thomas Massie: Every Republican in Congress has an AIPAC babysitter
"They don't want one horse out of the barn. If one person starts speaking the truth, they're afraid it might be contagious," he said.

US Representative Thomas Massie of Kentucky, one of the few Republicans who has been openly critical of AIPAC, has said that every Republican in Congress has an AIPAC babysitter.
The congressman was speaking with former Fox News host Tucker Carlson for an episode of his podcast earlier this month, when he made the statement about the American Israel Public Affairs Committee, which has been coming under increasing scrutiny for its influence over US elections.

"Everybody but me has an AIPAC person. It's like your babysitter, your AIPAC babysitter, who's always talking to you for AIPAC," Massie said on the right-wing news host's show. He added that these "babysitters" tend to be from the representative's district, but they're firmly part of AIPAC.

"When they come to DC, you have to go to lunch with them, and they've got your cell number and you have conversations with them," he said, adding that it's like having a buddy system from another country, and he's one of the few lawmakers that hasn't taken part in it.
In the case of Massie, who won his last congressional race in May by over 75 percent, it is a testament to his popularity in his district, but also what he believes is AIPAC's delay in getting involved in his races, spending around $400,000 in the latest contest. He told Carlson that the lobby group continues to run ads against him, which he assumes is because they're worried he'll run for a statewide position, such as senator or governor.

Though it might seem unusual for AIPAC to put so much effort into individual candidates, Massie sees it as an investment to ensure no one in Congress votes against their agenda, complete and unconditional support for Israel.
"They don't want one horse out of the barn. If one person starts speaking the truth, they're afraid it might be contagious," he said. "It starts raising questions, and I think that's why they get mad."
In the interview, he questioned why the lobby group or their representatives aren't required to register as foreign agents, which would be the case for those advocating on behalf of all other countries.

"There's this foreign interest group called AIPAC that's got the ear of this current speaker, and demanded 16 votes in April on Israel or the Middle East. We haven't had 16 votes in April on the United States in Congress," he said, after discussing why he found some of the recent bills problematic, including one on the definition of antisemitism related to criticism of Israel.

This concern runs counter to the positions of most of his Republican colleagues, many of whom connect their support of Israel to their Christian (primarily evangelical protestant) faith and that of their constituents. Even many centrist supporters of Israel have raised concerns over right-wing evangelical support for Israel, which ultimately aims for the destruction of Jews in Israel for the second coming of Christ.

Much of AIPAC's lobbying, he told Carlson, is done through evangelical churches, leading many in his state of Kentucky to believe that support of Israel's military is part of a grassroots movement. He sees the lobby group as representing a corporate faction, referring to US weapons manufacturers, which he suggested could make AIPAC more extreme than Israel itself when it comes to advocating for wars.
"They do it through evangelical churches," he said. "People think it's a grassroots movement in Kentucky. It's actually a top-down movement from AIPAC, so that people who aren't even Jewish will feel like they've got to support Israel no matter what."

It automatically enrolls the driver as a voter!!! Warning. This legislation is wrought with the concern of non-citizens enrolling to vote or allowing for ballot harvesting if the driver does not vote. WARNING ⚠️ Where’s Indiana Secretary of State Diego Morales to block this legislation? This is not in Hoosiers best interest. Why is Senator Huntley proposing such a bill? Who is she working for?

Here’s the proposed legislation.

Provides that a voter becomes registered to vote when the county voter registration office determines the voter appears to be eligible to vote at the address on the voter's voter registration application. Permits a voter who is qualified to vote in person to vote by absentee ballot. The BRICS alliance is planning to create an independent payment system to settle cross-border transactions among member nations. The new payment system will not integrate the US dollar into the mechanism and could settle trade in local currencies. The US dollar could be sent on the path of decline and strengthen the native currencies of developing countries. Read here to know how many sectors in the US will be affected if BRICS ditches the dollar for trade.

RFK Jr Confirmed Yesterday That The CIA Interfered In The 2020 Election

This needs attention because if The CIA rigged elections in “30 countries” and RFK Jr says they rigged it here in 2020, what’s stopping them from doing it again in 2024?

Chinese Foreign Minister: "The United States has sought to overthrow more than 50 foreign governments, blatantly interfered in the elections of at least 30 countries, and attempted to assassinate more than 50 foreign leaders."

They’ve never been held accountable, there’s been no reform at The CIA, so what’s to stop them from doing it again if nothings changed?

It’d be a real shame if the “health experts” were put out of the business of killing people with lethal injections, huh?

Arabella Advisors is a major "dark money" operation that channels billions into progressive causes through opaque networks and deceptive grassroots groups, revealing its significant influence on U.S. politics and its far-reaching impact on issues from Supreme Court nominations to election manipulation.

"Ever heard of Arabella Advisors? Probably not. And that’s strange, since they’ve done a lot to destroy the world you grew up in. You should know, so read this book."
—Tucker Carlson

While billionaires like George Soros, Bill Gates, and Warren Buffett are well known as left-wing megadonors transforming the country’s politics, few Americans know about Arabella Advisors, a “dark money” operation that channels much of this money into particular causes via pop-up groups designed to look like grassroots outfits. Citizens across the spectrum will be shocked to learn how Arabella’s empire secretly operates using arrangements that produce the darkest of “dark money.”

Thanks to the author and his colleagues at the Capital Research Center, which first exposed Arabella, even the mainstream press have begun to report on this scandalous story. As this book reveals, Arabella is a major player in battles over Supreme Court nominations, environmentalism, abortion, Medicare for All, fake local news outlets, “Zuck Bucks” that manipulate election offices, lawsuits brought by Democratic super-lawyer (and Steele dossier booster) Marc Elias, and much more.

The money is staggering. In the 2018 election cycle, Arabella’s nonprofits took in $1.2 billion, more than double the fundraising of the Democratic National Committee and the Republican National Committee combined. In the 2020 election cycle, Arabella’s fundraising spiked to $2.4 billion.

This mountain of money explains why the left-leaning major media are alarmed. Arabella is “the indisputable heavyweight of Democratic dark money,” warns the Atlantic. A “dark-money behemoth,” says Politico. An “opaque network,” says the New York Times, that funnels “hundreds of millions of dollars through a daisy chain of groups supporting Democrats and progressive causes.”

I’m starting to research our Indiana elected officials receiving any money 💰 from Arabella funded not-for profits; I’ll keep you informed!
There’s a phrase that pops up a lot when investigative journalists talk about politics: Follow the money.
For journalists, that often means looking at how political campaigns are funded and who’s paying for lobbyists. Today we’re going to talk about some of the methods we use to dig into those subjects.
This advice may not lead to you uncovering large-scale corruption — let us know if you do, though — but we hope to better acquaint you with which industries are donating to races you care about, how your candidates spend the money they raise and the oversized influence the ultrawealthy can have.
Campaign Finance Laws Are Meant to Increase Transparency

After the Watergate scandal (which, in addition to a break-in at the Democratic National Committee headquarters, involved campaign funds used toward the scheme), Congress strengthened laws requiring federal campaigns to report their political contributions and spending to the Federal Election Commission. This was designed as a check against corruption, but also as a way to keep voters reasonably informed about money in politics.
So, let’s take a look at what money does in a campaign. Seeing where a candidate’s money comes from, as well as which groups are spending on behalf of (or against) their campaign, helps you understand their beliefs, the advice they’re getting and the kinds of policies they’re likely to support.
What a Donation Gets Candidates:

Money can help someone win an election, though it’s not the only factor. By and large, donations get spent on the day-to-day expenses of running a campaign. You can use FEC data to research how candidates are spending their funds this election.
It’s probably garden-variety stuff: lunch, plane tickets, campaign ads, fundraising software, venue rentals for campaign events. In some cases, you might even see donations to the campaigns of other candidates they support. The choices candidates make tell you something about their priorities: where they’re spending their time, which voters they’re trying hardest to win over (older voters with TV ads or younger folks online) and how much they pay their staff.

Of course, sometimes candidates try to hide the true purpose of their campaign expenses. U.S. Rep. Duncan Hunter of California was sentenced to 11 months in prison in 2020 for spending 2018 campaign donations on family trips to Hawaii and Italy and private school for his children.

What a Donation Gets Campaign Donors:
Individuals are allowed to contribute up to $2,900 per election to each candidate’s campaign. (A primary and a general election count as separate elections; so do runoffs.)
Campaign donations are not supposed to be transactional — that’s considered bribery, and it’s a crime. But they are a way of establishing a relationship and opening the door to conversations between the donor and the government. One example of this: In January 2021, The Intercept obtained a recording of a Zoom call Sen. Joe Manchin had with billionaire donors that shed light on the kind of access major funders get.
