EVANSVILLE, Ind. – Governor Eric J. Holcomb and Indiana Department of Transportation Commissioner Mike Smith broke ground on the Ohio River Crossing project in Evansville. INDOT is overseeing this project, with construction beginning late September and continuing through 2026. The $202 million dollar project is fully funded.
“This is another day to remember for all Hoosiers,” said Gov. Holcomb. “Today signifies a key milestone toward completing the most direct, safe, and efficient connection between Evansville and Henderson. This additional crossing will open the door to limitless new opportunities for transportation, economic and community development projects.
I’m both grateful and proud to stand here today with so many local leaders who have worked for decades to convert ideas into blueprints, and blueprints into new connections. Indiana continues to pave a road to a brighter future due to our collaborative Hoosier work ethic."
I-69 ORX Section 3 focuses on the approach roadways and bridges that will provide all-weather construction access to the river to build the future I-69 river crossing. The roads and bridges that are part of Section 3 will be used by construction crews to build the new crossing, and drivers will use the roadways and bridges once the new I-69 bridge is complete.
“We know how important this future I-69 bridge is to Evansville and the surrounding region,” said INDOT Commissioner Mike Smith. “Indiana has led the way in investing in I-69. Last month, we made the vital connection between Evansville and Indianapolis a reality and crossed the I-69 Finish Line, making it even more fitting that we’re here today, taking the first steps toward completing another key connection.”
I-69 ORX is divided into three sections for construction. I-69 ORX Section 2 is a bi-state project between Indiana and Kentucky that will complete the I-69 connection from US 60 in Henderson to I-69 in Evansville. It includes the new four-lane river crossing. Construction is anticipated to begin in 2027 and be complete by 2031. Preconstruction activities will begin in 2025. Both states continue to look for opportunities to accelerate the timeline.
I-69 ORX Section 1 focuses on improvements in Henderson and is led by the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet. ORX Section 1 extends from KY 425 to US 60. It includes a more than six-mile extension of I-69, new interchanges with US 41 and US 60, and a reconstructed KY 351 interchange. Construction began in summer 2022 and will be complete by the end of 2025.
More information about the project can be found at I69OhioRiverCrossing.com.

FDA Approves Vaccine for Mpox — Warns It May Cause Death in Vaccinated and People They Come in Contact With
ACAM2000, a vaccine approved last month by the FDA for mpox, comes with a list of “serious complications,” including myocarditis, death and fetal death. The FDA’s medication guide also warns that people who receive the vaccine may spread it to unvaccinated people, who also risk developing vaccine side effects, including death.
A vaccine approved in August by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for people deemed to be at “high risk” for mpox infection may cause more harm than good, according to the FDA’s own medication guide for the product.
ACAM2000 — made by Emergent BioSolutions, a company specializing in vaccines for biochemical warfare threats such as anthrax and smallpox — was approved for smallpox in 2007.
However, on Aug. 29, the FDA issued an expanded supplement approval for ACAM2000’s use against mpox.
Since then, social media users have been posting clips of the FDA’s ACAM2000 medication guide, which warns the vaccine may cause “serious complications” in both the vaccinated person and those with whom they come into close contact up to 6 weeks after getting the shot.

Once you wake up, you don’t see politics, entertainment, or celebrities anymore.
You just see Liars, Thieves, Cheats, Actors, Narcissists, Tyrants, Fools, PsyOps, Puppets, Controlled Opposition & satanic ritual.
They condition you to believe that people like us are unhinged, harmful, conspiracy theorists so you don’t listen to us. Because once you go down the rabbit-hole and learn the truths that we’ve learned, there is no going back…you’ll never trust them and their systems again.
The time is coming when everything that is covered up will be revealed, and all that is secret will be made known to all. Luke 12:2
You’re witnessing the biggest sting operation the world has ever seen.
The absolute enormity of what is coming will blow humanity’s mind!

The sanctuary jurisdictions are listed in the link below.
These cities, counties, and states have laws, ordinances, regulations, resolutions, policies, or other practices that obstruct immigration enforcement and shield criminals from ICE — either by refusing to or prohibiting agencies from complying with ICE detainers, imposing unreasonable conditions on detainer acceptance, denying ICE access to interview incarcerated aliens, or otherwise impeding communication or information exchanges between their personnel and federal immigration officers.
A detainer is the primary tool used by ICE to gain custody of criminal aliens for deportation. It is a notice to another law enforcement agency that ICE intends to assume custody of an alien and includes information on the alien's previous criminal history, immigration violations, and potential threat to public safety or security.
COLBERT COMMENT:
My State, Indiana, has only “Bloomington” identified as the only Sanctuary city. Attorney General Todd Rokita is in an active lawsuit against the Sheriff of Monroe County (Bloomington) regarding the violation of immigration law. Imagine two government agencies using taxpayers resources to fight one another.
The Biden Administration created executives orders to circumvent immigration law. I would contend those elected officials and NGO’s participating in harboring of illegal aliens are committing Treason against the American people. There are several communities in South West Indiana, including Evansville that are participating in sanctuary policies. Next episode of Colbertreport on Rumble will provide an updated analysis of housing initiatives, transportation and social services being implemented by specific NGOs.

The Metropolitan Evansville Transit System (METS) is proud to announce the launch of METS Micro, an on-demand, app-based public transit pilot service in partnership with Via, global leader in TransitTech, the Evansville Metropolitan Planning Organization (Evansville MPO), the Toyota Mobility Foundation (TMF), and Energy Systems Network (ESN).
METS Micro officially launched on November 28, 2023 with the goal of using innovative software to expand access to transportation in Evansville. METS Micro will allow anyone within a designated service zone in southeast Evansville to book an on-demand ride through the METS Micro app (available in Google Play and App Store or by calling 812-562-5011).
Upon booking a ride, Via’s intelligent algorithms match riders headed in the same direction into one shared vehicle to create quick, efficient shared trips. This model provides a flexible transit option designed to extend the reach of METS’ existing offerings by providing coverage in areas where fixed-route buses cannot efficiently reach.
COLBERT COMMENT: The Transportation app is on google play. You must include a Credit Card 💳 to pay the $2 fee. It is door to door service. The photo is of “undocumented immigrants” at Big Lots on Green River Road. E-REP is the coordinator of these Readi programs and grant from the Toyota Foundation.
WARNING ⚠️ This service is for a specific area being promoted by local NGO’s. E is for everyone, right? There are other programs available in SW Indiana, including Warrick County’s ride solution contract out of Washington, Indiana.

Judge sides with Evansville transgender woman seeking gender-affirming surgery in prison
A federal judge ruled the Indiana Department of Correction's ban on gender-affirming care is likely unconstitutional, and an inmate from Evansville is at the center of the lawsuit.
The ACLU of Indiana sued the DOC in U.S. District Court on behalf of Autumn Cordellioné, arrested and convicted as Jonathan Richardson in the early 2000s for the murder of her 11-month-old stepdaughter.
According to the initial complaint, Cordellioné was diagnosed in 2020 with gender dysphoria and prescribed a female hormone and testosterone blocker which she has taken since that time.
While the medicine has helped, the lawsuit states Cordellioné continues to experience symptoms of gender dysphoria including depression and anxiety.
"She has engaged in self-harm and has attempted suicide because she could not stand the fact that her sex at birth fails to match the fact that she is a woman and cannot tolerate her male body," the suit states.
The lawsuit states Cordellioné has lived as a woman to the "extent possible" while in a prison housing only men. She has been permitted gender-affirming items such as makeup and "form fitting clothing."
"Accordingly, at this point gender-affirming surgery is necessary so that her physical identity can be aligned with her gender identity and so her gender dysphoria can be ameliorated," the suit states.
Cordellioné was on a wait list for evaluation for the surgery, but a new Indiana statute does not allow the DOC to provide or facilitate "sexual reassignment surgery." The ACLU argues in its suit that for some, the surgery is a medical necessity. In this case, Cordellioné is seeking a orchiectomy, which removes the testicles, and vaginoplasty, which is the construction of the vagina.
"By prohibiting the surgery, regardless of medical need, the statute mandates deliberate indifference to a serious medical need and therefore violates the Eighth Amendment," the suit states. "Additionally, the statute discriminates against Plaintiff and other transgender prisoners in violation of the Equal Protection Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution."
Judge Richard Young agreed with the argument the ACLU presented.
Last week, Young filed a ruling granting a preliminary injunction stating Cordellioné has shown the ban on gender-affirming surgery is unconstitutional, both for herself and others.
"Specifically, Ms. Cordellioné has shown that her gender dysphoria is a serious medical need, and that, despite other treatments Defendant has provided her to treat her gender dysphoria, she requires gender-affirming surgery to prevent a risk of serious bodily and psychological harm," the ruling states.
His order means the DOC must take "all reasonable actions" to secure Cordellioné the surgery at the earliest chance.

GOP House hopeful co-authored bills to provide in-state tuition, driving 'cards' to illegal immigrants
State Sen. Mark Messmer is running to represent Indiana's 8th Congressional District
A Republican state legislator running for Congress in Indiana is stressing the need to tackle illegal immigration, but has supported legislation that would have provided driving "cards" and in-state tuition rates for those in the U.S. illegally.
"I am devoted to tackling pressing issues like illegal immigration, safeguarding our liberties, protecting the unborn, balancing the federal budget, stopping the woke agenda, and growing jobs in Southwest Indiana," state Sen. Mark Messmer, who is running to represent Indiana's 8th Congressional District, wrote on his campaign website.
However, Messmer co-sponsored SB200 in 2022, which would have provided for illegal immigrants in the state to "apply for a driving card learner's permit and driving card to obtain driving privileges."

BREAKING: Citizens of Austria and Australia are reporting a scheme involving Democrat groups called “Vote from Abroad” & "Center for US Voters Abroad" running ads in their countries telling them to register & request a ballot to vote in the U.S. Presidential election
One of my followers from Australia sent me a screenshot of an ad he saw on Facebook today.
Similarly, True The Vote posted a screenshot of someone in Vienna, Austria, being asked to register to get a ballot. The form even allows people to select, "I don't have the above identification," in which case they'll still receive a ballot anyway.
WHAT IS GOING ON???
