WARNING ⚠️ The Evansville Regional Economic Partnership is a Globalist Organization and our sovereignty is being attacked. Just as the Davies Economic Development Corporation or any other “Economic Development” organization affiliated with the Indiana Economic Development Corporation overseen by soon to be former Governor Eric Holcomb.

Below is just one program being installed in Evansville.

November 28, 2023 (EVANSVILLE, IN)
— The Metropolitan Evansville Transit System (METS) is proud to announce the launch of METS Micro, an on-demand, app-based public transit pilot service in partnership with Via, global leader in TransitTech, the Evansville Metropolitan Planning Organization (Evansville MPO), the Toyota Mobility Foundation (TMF), and Energy Systems Network (ESN).

The Toyota Mobility Foundation (TMF) was established in August 2014 by the Toyota Motor Corporation (TMC) to support the development of a more mobile society in which everyone can move freely. The Foundation underscores TMC’s on-going commitment to continuous improvement and respect for people. It utilizes Toyota’s expertise and technologies to support strong mobility systems while eliminating disparities in mobility. TMF works in partnership with universities, governments, non-profits, research institutions and other organizations, creating programs aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) to address mobility issues around the world.

METS Micro is part of Toyota Mobility Foundation’s Together in Motion initiative, a program established in collaboration with Energy Systems Network (ESN) and the Indiana Economic Development Corporation (IEDC). TMF played important roles in the planning behind METS Micro – from hosting community workshops to define local mobility needs, to providing matching funds with the City, to coordinating stakeholder engagement.

Additional key contributions came from partner ESN, who purchased two Toyota Sienna minivans for the pilot using IEDC grant funds. ESN partnered with BraunAbility and Model1 to customize them to be wheelchair accessible. ESN acquired the vehicles through another local business, Evansville-based Toyota dealer Kenny Kent.

LOGANSPORT, Indiana — Thousands of migrants from Haiti and dozens of other countries have arrived in this isolated Indiana city of 18,000 in just a few years.
Furious residents say they no longer feel safe in the once-sleepy downtown, and their kids are being muscled out of the schools by new students who don’t know English and need a lot of help.
They blame Vice President Kamala Harris and President Biden.

“Do something. Our community cannot withstand this many people being here,” Candice Espinoza, 32, a local photographer, told The Post when asked what her message would be to the Democratic presidential candidate.
Nancy Baker, 44, a mother of two, was more blunt about what she would tell Harris:

“Get off my property.”
“I don’t see how she can stand behind Biden the whole time and she keeps deflecting anytime they ask questions.”

It’s not entirely clear how many migrants have arrived in Logansport — but Cass County Health Department Administrator Serenity Alter told The Post that the surrounding area’s population has surged nearly 30%.
That would put the arriving number of migrants at more than 11,000 — in a county that had just 38,000 people in 2020.

Another rough estimate, from Logansport Mayor Chris Martin, pegs the number of arrivals from the impoverished Caribbean country at 2,000 to 3,000 over the last four years.
What’s clear is that the number of Haitian immigrant students in the Logansport schools has increased 15-fold, from 14 in 2021 to 207 this year.
Baker said her 16-year-old daughter, Cheyanne, dropped out of the local high school because teachers seemingly had no time for the English-speaking pupils anymore.
“There were way too many kids and it seemed to her that since they didn’t speak the language, or didn’t understand what was going on, they were getting more attention,” Baker said.

“And so she and the other kids who grew up here who were having issues or struggling in certain things weren’t able to get the attention that they needed — the help they needed from the school,” she said.
As the former honor roll student’s grades began to slip, Cheyanne gave up on Logansport High School and enrolled in an online homeschool instead.
“You can’t just focus all your resources on one group of children and everybody else is falling behind,” the exasperated mom said.

“And you wonder why these kids are getting frustrated and dropping out of school and getting bad grades.”
Cheyanne expressed her own frustration with the migrants, many of them unaccompanied minors or young men — who are believed to have been drawn by the Tyson poultry plant in town.
“It’s like the teacher is so busy with them that no one else gets to learn anything, it feels like,” she shared.

Baker even claims her teen daughter was verbally accosted by Haitian migrants as she walked to a local coffee shop.
“She was walking by herself and she was walking that way and two of them were going this way, she just kinda smiled at them as they walked by. They started yelling for her after they got past her. She turned around and she looked at them and they were like, ‘Come here! Come here!'” Baker said.
“She’s like, ‘No, no, no, I’m good.’ She started walking fast. They chased her. She had to run all the way down to the coffee shop,” the mom said. “She’s scared to go outside.”

Baker said she no longer feels safe in her community, and slammed the federal government for the impact its lackluster response to the migrant crisis is having on local kids.
“We can help people, that’s fine. But not at the cost of our children.”
Espinoza, the photographer, who is also a mom, said she’s had her own unnerving encounters with Haitian migrants, who she says regularly stare into her window from across the street.

Read this bullshit…

The DNC is Planning for Overseas Voters Overturning the Election Results Possibly one or More Weeks AFTER the Election…

• The DNC’s stated goal is to win the votes of approximately 9 million “Americans” through its ‘Democrats Abroad website’

There’s a BIG problem with that…

• A recent Government Report by the Federal Government FVAP website says only 4.4 million US citizens reside overseas…
—— only 2.8 million of those people are of voting age.

Reuters recently wrote about the DNC’s plan to spend $300,000 to register these “9 million” UOCAVA voters… (Graphic #1)

• A DNC memo the DNC memo claims that “over 1.6 million Americans are exclusively from the battleground states of Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin”. (Graphic #2)

But The US government says there are 2.8 million total overseas eligible US voters…

Over half of those eligible overseas voters have a residence in the crucial swing states!

Damn near IMPOSSIBLE!

🔴 ALSO, apparently it’s very easy to register to vote overseas… (Graphic #3)

The Uniformed and Overseas Citizens Absentee Voting Act (UOCAVA) allows online voter registrations without verification of identity or citizenship status.

US Citizens in the USA who would like to register to vote must share the last four digits of their social security number and/or provide a driver’s license or state-issued ID.
—— UOCAVA voters, however, can BYPASS the requirement to share the last four digits of their social security number and/or provide a driver’s license or state-issued ID.

🔴 QUESTIONS

• WHERE the hell are the DNC numbers coming from to find an additional 6+ million voters, contradicting Government data?

• WHY do democrats assume they will get the majority of these votes?

• AND WHY is it easier to register to vote overseas than it is in our own damn country?

Official with Haitian Center of Evansville says shots fired at home “not a hate crime”

An incident believed to have been an attack on a local Haitian community leader was not a hate crime according to Gelina Mascoe, the executive director of the Haitian Center of Evansville.

Mascoe said shots were fired at a pastor’s Evansville home in September around the time Springfield, Ohio’s Haitian community was thrust into the national spotlight. Concern over the shooting incident prompted a joint statement released by the United Way of Southwestern Indiana, Evansville City Council and other community leaders condemning violence towards the local immigrant community.

Mascoe says although concerning at the time, police have now determined the incident was not a hate crime.

https://share.newsbreak.com/9hpf9pbw?s=i4

COLBERT COMMENT:

Interestingly, Gelina Mascoe, one of the individuals responsible for facilitating and coordinating the invasion of the Temporary Protected Status Haitians, continues the onslaught of victimization. Nope, we see what she and other coordinators are blatantly facilitating across America. It’s everywhere, not just Evansville.

Taxpayers continue to subsidize housing, health care, transportation for the “poor” refugees, all in the name of social welfare, while simultaneously neglecting its own citizens.

If you see the elephant in the room and demand answers concerning the valuable resources being redirected away from local residents, instantly you are described as a racists, white supremacist, spreading hate speech. , etc.. You know the emotional manipulation to garner public support.

What is hate speech? An opposing position that the alleged victim is attempting to garner sympathy. It’s an emotional technique used by those caught with their “hand in the cookie jar”. The 1st Amendment protects your right to express yourself, even if one disagrees. Sorta like “gun violence” an inanimate object cannot commit a crime; it’s the person that refuses to take personal responsibility for their actions.

The Indiana Attorney General, Todd Rokita, must investigate those in Indiana that are eagerly participating in the unconstitutional Executive order of the Biden Administration to allow the Department of Homeland Security to flood the country with unvetted “illegal aliens”. Those participating are accomplices to the crime.

Calling the criminals “Temporary Protected Status” does NOT change the offense of breaking the law.

An upcoming Colbertreport will profile the manipulated Commercial Drivers License requirements for the “illegal aliens”. Hoosiers are being killed by the Illegal alien’s inability to adhere to safety regulations of driving. Imagine a four week course to drive a semi-tractor trailer. We’re discussing those responsible for coordinating this dangerous decision.

A Democrat county in Indiana registered a man to vote even though he marked on the voter registration form that he was not a citizen.
The man, who asked that his name be withheld, is from India.

He came to Indiana on a student visa in the fall of 2017 to attend Indiana University, graduating in 2019. From 2020 until 2023, he worked for the university on an H1-B visa.
He says he attended a meeting in 2023 where someone was passing out the voter registration forms, and filled one out.
He checked the box on the form that he’s not a citizen of the United States, but when he looked this year, he found his name had been added to the voter roll.

He says he called the Indiana Secretary of State’s office, and was sent a form to fill out to cancel his registration.
He took this to the voter registration office in Monroe County, where he resides, and they removed him from the roll.
But why was he ever registered in the first place? And how many other noncitizens are on the roll?

He and I went to the Monroe County, Indiana, elections office to find out.

The election supervisor for the county, Kylie Farris, could not give us answers to either of these questions.

“This one was in 2023. So I was not here at this time,” she said, “So it’s going to be best for you to have a conversation with Clerk Brown [Nicole Brown, the county clerk].”

“We cannot check about citizenship until July 1, 2025,” she said when asked what the office is doing about other noncitizens who may be on the voter roll.

Farris was referencing the bill that was passed by the Indiana General Assembly on February 29 that requires county election officials to cross reference their voter rolls with the Bureau of Motor Vehicles, to identify any noncitizens who may be on the rolls.
That law goes into effect on July 1, 2025.

“We cannot check until July 1st of 2025. It is the law that we cannot check for citizenship,” said Farris.
County Clerk Nicole Brown did not return a call on Friday afternoon.

The man from India who was placed on the voter roll even after marking that he was not a citizen says he doesn’t understand how the United States can have such a system. In India, he has to have a voter ID card to vote.

“We have to apply for that to get that,” he said. “If I don’t enter the voting center with this, they’re not going to let me vote.”
Three documents have to be submitted to get a voter ID card in India, and it’s impossible to get one if you’re not a citizen, he says.

Monroe County is the home to Indiana University, and is one of just five counties in Indiana that voted for Joe Biden over Donald Trump in 2020.
It is almost tied with Marion County (Indianapolis) as the most Democrat county in the state.

According to the website of Indiana University, as of the fall of 2024, there are 5,042 foreign students enrolled at the main campus in Bloomington, in Monroe County — 38 percent from India, 18 percent from China and 9 percent from South Korea (the rest are from various other countries).

Many of them have driver’s licenses and some have social security cards.

“It’s basically an honor system,” says Jerry Bonnet, chief counsel in the Indiana Secretary of State’s office.

When I ask if we know how many noncitizens may be on the voter roll in Indiana, he says No.

“We don’t know if there are any pilots who don’t have training or any doctors who didn’t go to medical school,” he says.
Indiana Attorney General Todd Rokita and Secretary of State Diego Morales recently sent a letter to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services requesting citizenship status on 585,000 people on the voter rolls in Indiana who don’t have a Real ID.
This information is not expected to be provided before the Nov. 5 presidential election, however.

There’s no such thing as absentee voting or mail voting in India, except in exceptional circumstances.

Former GOP congressional candidate arrested on allegations of Madison County ballot theft

Larry Lee Savage Jr., a former Republican 5th Congressional District candidate, turned himself in to authorities Tuesday morning after he was charged with stealing ballots during a public test of voting machines in Madison County.
Before voting machines can be used in Indiana elections, they're tested in front of political parties' representatives, candidates, media and the general public. Savage was elected as a precinct committeeman, a local political party leader, during the May Republican primary and was participating in a public voting machine test in Madison County on Oct. 3.

In the tests, election officials manually calculate results from pre-marked ballots. People attending the test are then invited to run those ballots through the voting machines to make sure the computerized systems counted accurately.
Madison County tested four voting machines with 136 ballots on Oct. 3. Two of the ballots went missing over the course of the test. Surveillance footage showed Savage folding them and putting them into his pocket, according to a probable cause affidavit.

Elections 2024 live updates:Marion County voters face long lines to vote early
Charging documents say he then approached Katherine Callahan, a former Republican Madison County auditor candidate, and whispered "f----- up count."

Test ballots are identical to official ballots but say "test" on the back of the paper. Test ballots could be put through a scanner at a polling place to cast an actual vote, and they're still considered official ballots under state law. They must be sealed and disposed of like official paper ballots.
While conducting a search warrant, Indiana State Police found the missing ballots in Savage's car. One was a straight Republican ballot and the other was blank.

Savage told an investigator on the scene that he took the ballots because the woman overseeing the event said they weren't real ballots. A recording of the testing event showed that she told the attendees, "They are live ballots. They are live election ballots."
In an interview, a detective asked Savage why he put the ballots in his pocket if he believed he could freely take one. Savage "stated that he wasn't going to incriminate himself," according to a probable cause affidavit.

He told police he had no ill intentions and would have returned the ballots if he'd known he wasn't allowed to take them. Investigators cast doubt on this claim after an examination of his cellphone revealed that he texted Callahan about an hour after the test and asked, "Sis they say anything about the ballots I took?"
On Monday, authorities issued an arrest warrant for Savage on one charge of destroying or misplacing a ballot and one charge of theft. He reported to jail Tuesday morning.

A representative for the voting machines' manufacturer told police the ballot theft was "sabotage of the public test and their voting equipment," according to court documents.
Savage ran in the Indiana 5th Congressional District Republican primary in May against Rep. Victoria Spartz and seven other candidates, winning just under 2% of the vote. On social media, Savage describes himself as a "MAGA candidate."

An initial appearance has not yet been scheduled, according to online records. No defense attorney is listed for Savage. Griffin Reid, a spokesperson for the state GOP, condemned Savage.
"We unequivocally condemn any form of criminal election interference," Reid said. "We appreciate law enforcement’s efforts in pursuing justice and we will continue to monitor this situation as the process unfolds."

The Supreme Court has a handful of elections related documents on the docket leading up to the election. So I guess we should prepare for the inevitable outcome of what this means. Because They already ruled non citizens can not vote in Virginia. Things are about to turn up to a thousand degrees. 🌡

November's High Stakes: The U.S. Supreme Court Tackles Landmark Cases

The U.S. Supreme Court gears up for a series of pivotal hearings in November 2024, set to navigate through some of the most contentious legal waters of recent times. Here's a rundown of what's on the docket:

Gilead Life Sciences v. Superior Court: Scheduled for October but spilling into the public consciousness, this case examines the intersection of patent law and public health. Gilead, known for its HIV drugs, is facing challenges regarding patent infringement and the broader implications for pharmaceutical innovation versus generic drug availability. The outcome could influence how new drugs are patented and how long exclusive rights should last, affecting consumer access to medication.

Election-Related Applications: The Court has taken up two applications related to election processes in Pennsylvania, highlighting the ongoing national debate over voting rights and election integrity. One involves a ruling on ballots, and the other, seemingly less likely to succeed, concerns the candidacy application of Cornel West, reflecting the broader discussion on candidate eligibility and electoral processes.

Stanley v. Sanford: This case, although listed for January, touches upon a theme of broad interest: the application of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) protections to retired employees. The decision could redefine how retirement and disability rights intersect, potentially expanding or limiting the scope of ADA protections in workplace scenarios after retirement.

Free Speech Coalition v. Paxton: Another case with significant implications for privacy versus regulation, this argument revolves around Texas's attempt to mandate age verification for accessing pornographic websites. The case delves into First Amendment rights in the digital age, questioning how far states can go in regulating internet content for the sake of public morality.

These cases represent more than just legal disputes; they are pivotal moments where the Court's decisions could steer the course of American law, policy, and societal norms for years to come. Here's what makes them stand out:

Patent Law and Public Health: Gilead's case could set a precedent for how pharmaceutical patents are handled, potentially balancing the need for innovation with public health demands for affordable medication.

Voting Rights: The election-related cases underscore the ongoing battle over how votes are cast, counted, and who qualifies to run for office, touching the heart of democratic processes.

Disability Rights in Retirement: Stanley v. Sanford might redefine what protections employees have post-retirement, affecting how companies manage their retired workforce's benefits and accommodations.

Internet Freedom vs. Regulation: The Texas case could either reinforce the fortress around free speech online or allow for a more regulated internet, affecting everything from content creation to user privacy.
