Old National Insurance provided previous underwriting for the school bonds. Old National Insurance was sold to Epic Insurance Midwest in Evansville. The agent Brian Hancock refuses copies of the bonds. 4) Demand letter sent to the School Boards demanding the release. 5) My Senator Jim Tomes is involving Attorney General Todd Rokita’s office to sue for the bond information. 5). We are ready and prepared to serve once the bond certificate number is available. 6) Public exposure is occurring and spreading to adjacent Counties. Harrison County (Corydon) is having the same issue; Rokita’s office will assist in the releasing of the Bonds. Go Patriots!!!!
